Living Life As Unconventional As Possible

Saige's POV

A few months later

I was happy that Matt was finally home from touring and we could spend some much-needed time together. My baby bump was now noticeable and we would soon know the gender of the baby. Quinn seemed to be adjusting to her time spent with Benji which kept my stress level low but it was still an adjustment for Matt and me.

Matt and I decided it was the time that we needed to get a bigger house for our expanding family. We had been in contact with a real estate agent that would be taking us around today. I got myself all ready for the day. Jimmy offered to babysit for us and he was so good with her so I knew she was in good hands with any of the guys.

I walked downstairs and Jimmy was now at the house and hanging out in the living room with Matt and Quinn. They noticed my presence and Jimmy walked over to me and gave me a hug “How are you doing?”

“I’m good thanks. I’m glad you are able to watch Quinn while Matt and I look at houses. All she wants to do these days is explore things.” I giggled and pulled away from the hug. I smiled when Jimmy ran his hands over my baby bump.

“I’m glad to hear you are feeling better these days.” The last few months have been hectic and I was worried at first when Benji got his first few weeks with Quinn and I had to go through a lot of things with him.

“I’ll be happy once I finally have this one.” I ran my own hand over my belly and I was happy I could give Matt a child that was his.

“Well, Quinn will be in good hands. Enjoy your day your hubby.” He grinned and walked back to over to Quinn and she started to giggle when he started to play with her once again.

“Ready babe?” Matt walked over to me and gave me kiss.

“Yes, I’m excited to see the houses our real estate agent is going to show us.” We both said bye to Jimmy and Quinn and headed out to meet our real estate, agent.

Matt and I walked into the third house of the day and it was stunning on the outside. It had an amazing landscape around the property which made it seem so inviting. I looked around and I feel in love what how nice the architecture was. I looked over at Matt which a smile. “Matt I love this house.”

He smiled back. “I could definitely see us living here.” He wrapped an arm around my waist and we explored the house a bit more. Our real estate caught up with us and she could tell how much we loved this house.

“I take it this house matches what you’re looking for?”

“Yes, and above any expectations we had. Let me talk to my wife says and we will meet you outside in a few.” He looked over at me and I knew he wanted to give me the house of my dreams.

“Shall we put on offer down?” I knew this house was pricey but Matt told me not worry about the money.

“I think we definitely should baby. This house is the best one of all the ones we looked at so far.”

“Awesome let’s go talk let our real estate agent know.” He took my hand and we walked back outside where she was waiting for us.

I let Matt discuss the offer with our real estate agent while I took in the view of our potential new house. He walked back over to me and had a smile on his face and it made my heart melt. He was so good to me and I really hoped we could call this house ours soon.

“She will let us know in a day or so if we if our offer is accepted.”

“I can’t wait.” I wrapped my arms around Matt’s waist and pulled him in for a kiss. We then headed home and I felt relieved that we didn’t have to look at too many houses to find the one for us.

It didn’t take long for our real estate agent to get back to us. I was making all of us dinner when Matt’s phone went off and called for Matt to join me in the kitchen. I answered the call since I noticed it was the real estate calling and I had a huge smile on my lips. I hung up the phone just as Matt joined me.

“We got the house!” I felt happy tears come to my eyes.

Matt smiled matched mine and he wrapped his arms around my waist. “I’m happy I can finally give you the house of your dreams.” He kissed my lips and I melted into his arms.

“So, we have to meet with our real estate tomorrow to sign all the paper work and then we can plan our move.” We also had to get our current house all ready to be sold but Matt told me not worry about that.

“Sounds good baby.” It felt like we were finally getting a new start after all the stress we have faced over the last year. Now that we had the house we both wanted it made me more excited about this pregnancy. Matt ran his hands over my bump and smiled “This time I can help fully with getting the baby’s room all set up.”

“We will have to make that one of our top priorities once we move into the new house.” As we were enjoying this moment Quinn needed our attention. We walked into the Quinn was smiling at us from her play area.

She just started saying ‘mama’ and ‘dada’ and it always melted my heart. “Hey baby girl.” I picked her up and ran my hand along her back. Matt kissed her forehead and looked over at me.

“How about I take care of her while you go relax. Have a nice bath and a nap.” I loved how well Matt knew what I needed. It was a long day after all and the pregnancy was starting to tire me out on a more regular basis.

“That sounds good.” I kissed his lips and headed upstairs to take a soothing bath and I hoped the move would go smoothly. I’ll have to see if Benji wants to have Quinn while Matt and I settle into the new house.

Matt took care of planning everything for our move and did not want to put any excess stress on me. I was grateful that he was taking care of everything and I was looking forward to settling in our new home. The moving day arrived and I packed up the last of our clothes and it was surreal to see the house so bare. Matt walked into our room and smiled at me and I felt tears come to my eyes.

“What’s wrong baby?”

“This house has so many good memories it feels sad to finally move.” I felt ridiculous now but I knew my hormones weren’t helping.

“I understand darling. I feel the same but we will make plenty of new and exciting memories at the new house.” He wrapped his arms around me and ran his hand over my bump.

“Your right. Is Quinn’s stuff all ready to go?”

“Sure is let’s head downstairs.” Nicole was helping me with the small things that had to be moved and was watching Quinn until Benji arrived.

Matt brought the last few things from our room downstairs and I heard the doorbell ring. I opened up the door and there was Benji. “Hey, Benj.” I let him in.

“wow looks some different in here.”

“I know right.” Nicole handed Quinn to Benji. I kissed my daughters cheek and hated to see her go but it was best that she did not have to be around for the hectic moving process. “See you in a couple weeks baby girl.”

“Thanks again for being able to take her. Call me if you have any problems.” I said my goodbye to Benji and Quinn and Matt helped take Quinn’s stuff to Benji car. It was always hard to see Quinn leave with Benji but I would have to get used to it for many years to come.

Matt came back inside and he could tell this day was going to a rough one. I hated my damn hormones right now. He ran a hand along my back and kissed my lips “are you ready to get this move started?”

I nodded. “Thanks for being such a great husband Matt I’ve really appreciated everything you’ve done the last few weeks. I love you.”

“I just want to make this pregnancy easier for you and plus how could I not help my beautiful wife.” He grinned and I felt my face heat up. Even after knowing Matt for so long and being married he still makes me blush.

“I can’t wait to spend time with you in the house.” I winked and connected our lips. I could hear Nicole giggling at the Matt and I acted around each other.

“Me either baby.”

The moving company arrived and Matt stayed behind to oversee everything. The guys were helping us get all settled in as well. Nicole and I headed to the house and she helped me move small things. As we walked inside the house I looked over at Nicole and she had a look of awe on her face. “Wow, Saige this house is so nice!”

I smiled. “Matt wanted to give me the best and I feel so grateful.” Nicole wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

“I’m happy that Matt is making you so happy.” Nicole had a sad look on her face because I knew things were not working out so well with her and Jimmy.

“So how are things going with Jimmy?” I usually did not ask but I felt like now was a good time since we were alone.

I could tell Nicole was not sure how to answer my question but she did anyway. “I was going to wait to tell you but we decided to take a break. He wants to have kids but I am just not ready Saige and you know me I love to work and stay busy.” I nodded and I can imagine how Jimmy felt about Nicole wanting to take a break from him. He was such a good guy and as much as I love my sister I hated that she was not spending time with one of the best guys I know.

“I can’t say I’m surprised Nic but I hope you realize how good Jimmy is for you but you need to make up your mind.” I ran my hand along her arm and I would do my best do what I could for my sister. “How about we go into the master bedroom and you can help me organize the huge closet Matt and I have.” I grinned.
“Sure, sound’s good.” I took Nicole’s hand and we to the master bedroom and I showed her the closet and again she was so surprised. We unpacked my clothes to start and I would let Matt set up his own the way he wanted.

For the rest of the day, Nicole and I focused on the smaller jobs around the new house. It was hectic around with the movers coming in along with the guys moving all our stuff. Once we had the whole house set up it was late. The guys were so helpful along with Nicole and I thanked them all before they headed out.

I grabbed a bottle water from the kitchen and Matt was right behind me. I leaned against the counter and looked over at my husband. “You must be exhausted, darling.” Matt ran his hands over my arms and landed on my baby bump.

“Yeah, I’m definitely exhausted. But you and the guys did all the hard stuff so you must be tired too Matty.” I pulled Matt closer and ran my hands along his chest and abs which were still muscular as ever.

“I got some energy left for you baby. Let’s go to the bedroom.” He pressed his lips against mine in a passionate kiss and my body reacted to Matt’s touch. We slowly pulled away from the kiss and I walked with Matt to our room.

We shared a round of amazing sex and it was the perfect end to a busy day. Matt was such a tender lover to me, especially in my pregnant state. I kissed him after we finished and looked into his beautiful hazel eyes. "I love you."

"I love you too Saige, always." I leaned over and kissed my husband's lips softly and he ran his hand over my cheek.

“I’m so happy right now Matt and I’m glad we have a chance to start fresh in our new home.”

“I feel the same baby. Let’s get some rest and I know you definitely need it.” He grinned and we kissed one more time before letting sleep take over our bodies.
