When the World Crashes Down, Will You Still Be There?

04

Today was the big day, and everyone was meeting up at the airport and in less than two hours the group would be on a flight to Tahiti. Almost everyone was there. Anxious and excited to get on the plane, the friends waited in anticipation. The only people missing were the Haners’ and Tiffany. They were all exhausted, it was almost nine in the morning and they’d gotten up early to make sure they'd get to LAX airport with time to spare. Most of the group looked dead to the world practically falling asleep in their seats or cradling coffee in their hands.

Hailey was sitting in Johnny’s lap, head buried in the crook of his neck, dozing off and on, while Johnny fiddled around on his phone, while still holding his wife close. Zack was lying down in a row of seats with his head in Abrianna’s lap. His wife ran her fingers through his hair, as the pair had a quiet and intimate conversation. Jamie was on her tablet going through work emails, while Jimmy was facetiming their daughter. Jason had went off to grab breakfast and La’Nay and Matt were sharing headphones and watching random youtube videos on Matt’s phone.
When Blenda and Brian finally showed up everyone could feel the tension radiating off of them. Though the couple were walking close together, there was a clear distance put between them. Blenda’s face held a permanent scowl, like she’d eaten something sour and Brian’s lips were pursed in a tight, thin line. It was painfully obvious that they’d had an argument and the last thing anyone needed was for this trip to start off badly.

“H-hey, guys” Zacky stuttered out unsurely trying to get some type of vibe off of his friends.

“How’s it going?”

“Great!”

“Fantastic!”

The couple said at the same time through gritted teeth. Zacky gave them both a tense smile before turning back to his wife. He knew when to address an issue and when to leave it alone. Like always his wife was probably going to mediate between the two of them and help them fix it. Blenda and Brian fighting was nothing close to new to any of them. Zack turned to his wife and they both shared a look. He was calling it now that he’d be switching seats with Blenda on the flight. He groaned to himself knowing he was going to have to sit next to Brian and hear him bitch about his wife for a full eight hours.

He knew his own relationship wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows either but at least he and Abrianna decided to leave it all behind for two weeks. The thought about eventually having to face his own problems made him shudder. After going back and forth for almost three days they decided their daughter Neema would stay with Abrianna’s parents. Zack had wanted his daughter to stay with his parents and his wife had raised all hell at the mere suggestion. He’d never seen Abrianna so enraged before and promptly dropped the idea. Zack received an earful from his parents about it but all he could do was listen to them yell at him. His wife’s warning of possibly leaving him rang clear through his head and left him terrified. And past decisions that he’d kept secret for so long threatened to do just that.

“You know we’re gonna end up switching seats right?” Abrianna’s voice brought him out of his thoughts and he glanced up from her lap to see her properly.

“Huh?”

“I said, with the way those two are acting, one of us is switching seats.”

“Well my seats by the window so it won’t be me” he teased and his wife rolled her eyes playfully. Abrianna leaned down to kiss his forehead and she pulled back with concern written across her features.

“Are you alright?” there must have been some type of expression on his face because she could tell there was something bothering him.

“I’m fine Babe” he spoke in reassurance but he knew his wife could see right through him.

“Are you sure?” she asked eyebrows furrowing.

Zack sighed and nodded “Yeah Baby, I’m all good” He reached up and twirled one of her blue almost black braids that was brushing against his cheek. It was Abrianna’s turn to sigh and she bit her lip trying to find her wording before she spoke.

“Look Zack, I know that you’re pissed off with me right now, but can we please put that all aside just for two weeks? We need this” the desperation in her voice had Zacky feeling like shit. His wife was blaming herself for something that wasn’t even her fault and he didn’t know what to do.

He let go of her braids to caress her cheek “Love you”

She placed her hand on top of his and leaned into his touch. “Love you too” It was all that needed to be said between them, Abrianna leaned down to seal their silent agreement with a kiss. She could tell that there was something that was truly bothering her husband but she decided to let it go, she trusted that Zacky would tell her what was troubling him eventually.
Everyone was in their own little world, waiting for their boarding call. Just minutes after Jason had gotten back to the group a high pitched voice called out to La’Nay. The tattooed woman turned when she heard her name and smiled as a fashionable woman in sunglasses came their way lugging a louis vuitton suitcase behind her.

Tiffany Allman was stunning, she had vibrant hazel-green eyes, long platinum blonde hair and sun kissed tanned skin. No matter what the occasion she was dolled up, and dressed as if she was walking a runway. Her makeup was always impeccable, not a single flaw to be found. Sure there were times when Tiffany came off as high maintenance and snooty but that wasn’t who she really was. La’Nay had grown to know the woman after almost a year and a half. She’d found that Tiffany could be really sweet, and the two had clicked instantly.

They had met through the public relations agency that Tiffany worked for. The company was upscale and worked with models to current chart topping pop stars. The company had been looking to redecorate their Los Angeles office and had hired La’Nay to come up with murals for various parts of their space. Tiffany had been in charge of overseeing the project and they became fast friends, continuing to link up even after La’Nay had finished.

La’Nay had always hoped that Tiffany could become a part of her friend circle, but Tiffany’s schedule always kept her on her toes and busy. She’d never been able to meet La’Nay’s little makeshift family, but now that they were going on vacation, she hoped that all her friends would like her. Tiffany had only met Jason before, her friend had taken her out to dinner as a thank you for her work in the office and La’Nay had brought Jason along. Jason and Tiffany had gotten along well and La’Nay was happy her husband was getting along with her friend. The girls and Jason could barely be around each other long before some type of argument would rise. It sucked that her friends and husband couldn’t get along but she’d learned to live with it over the years.

“You’re finally here!” La’Nay squealed getting up and rushing to her friend. “I’m so glad you agreed to come with us” she was beaming as she hugged her friend tightly.

“Doll, I’m so glad that you invited me to come along, of course I wouldn’t pass up a trip to Tahiti with you” Tiffany stated squeezing the shorter woman tightly. “And you weren’t lying, Matt is just my type.” Tiffany said glancing over her friend’s shoulder, she whistled lowly clearly liking what she saw. “Can’t wait to get to know him on this trip” she whispered suggestively. La’Nay ignored the weird feeling that stirred in her chest. She’d only been slightly bothered by Matt’s past girlfriends or hookups. But even though she had wanted to set her friends up, she couldn’t help but feel slightly put off about the idea of Matt and Tiffany actually being together. Tiffany could have anyone she wanted and if she had her sights on Matt there was a high chance she was going to get him.

“Everyone this is my friend Tiffany, I’ve told you all about” La’Nay gushed clinging onto her friend’s arm in excitement. Being the social butterfly that she was, Tiffany instantly started greeting everyone. Tiffany let go of her and instantly started going in for hugs as she greeted La’Nay’s family. The tattooed woman thought that Tiffany would fit in well with them and hoped that they’d all truly get along during this trip.

La’Nay couldn't help but to feel a bit insecure as she watched Tiffany introduce herself. Her friend was so well put together, wearing skintight blue jeans, red pumps and a off the shoulders white flowy shirt. Her makeup was done up as usual and she looked gorgeous. La’Nay glanced over her own appearance of black sweatpants, beat up classic vans and a Metallica hoodie that had seen better days. She had no idea who it belonged to but she guessed it was Johnny’s once upon a time. She hadn't bothered to put on makeup and her pink braids were up in a loose ponytail. She was opting for comfort over cuteness because she hated being uncomfortable in small spaces.

She admired the fact that Tiffany put effort into her look no matter what she did. La’Nay wished she had the motivation to do that, maybe then her husband wouldn’t be so distant. Jason had told her that she looked like a bum right before they were leaving and as much as it had hurt; she’d refused to change. La’Nay was not about to spend the next eight hours uncomfortable just to appease a stupid request from her husband. Jason had gotten pissed about it and went on a long tangent about how trashy and embarrassing her appearance was.

Her husband had practically yelled and degraded her all the way to the airport. La’Nay hadn’t said a word she’d been so embarrassed the driver had heard Jason’s rant the entire uber ride to LAX. Her husband had almost brought her to tears, but she had just kept her head down and took it. All the while wondering how her marriage had come to this. The moment La’Nay had stepped out of the backseat of the car, she had wiped her eyes and put a bright smile on her face. None of her friends had suspected a thing. That was the problem with emotional abuse; the internal bruising on the heart and mental scarring wasn't easily detectable. Sadly for La’Nay this had been normalized since childhood so although he’d never put his hands on her; the way Jason treated her didn’t register as wrong, if anything La’Nay felt that she was always in the wrong.

La’Nay continued to watch her friends get acquainted with Tiffany and smiled bittersweetly. This vacation needed to go well, not just for the sake of her marriage but for her friends as well. But she couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right or that things were going to go wrong. There was some type of tension in the air that she just couldn’t place. There was a nasty feeling in her gut as she watched Tiffany strike up a conversation with Matt. La’Nay turned away from the sight and sat back down on the semi-uncomfortable seats. There were twenty minutes left until their boarding call and she was anxious to get on the plane but also dreading having to sit next to her husband. Sighing to herself, La’Nay focused back on her phone and tried to distract herself by scrolling through Tumblr.

In what felt like a blink of an eye they were called to board the plane. Flying first class always had it perks and being amongst friends always made it better. It took no time for everyone to get situated, but before Tiffany sat down in her seat next to Matt, she glanced up at her seat number with a sour expression.

“I hate the window seat” she pouted “It make me sick looking out the window” Tiffany stated as she eyed her seat with disdain.

“Well then shut the blinds or switch seats with Matt” Blenda grumbled to herself as she opened the blinds on her own window seat.

“I’ll switch with you Tiff” La’Nay offered getting up from her centered seat next to her husband. At the moment she was still upset about the previous car ride and would prefer to have some space from Jason. Besides Tiffany was originally sitting next to Matt and her best friend always managed to lift her spirits.

“Are you sure?” Tiffany double checked.

“I don’t mind it all, besides I can just bother Matt the whole time” La’Nay said teasingly and Matt turned around in his seat and flipped her off playfully.

“Thanks, Doll; you’re the best” Tiffany exclaimed pecking her friend’s cheek. La’Nay hugged her back before starting to move.

Matt watched his friend collect her stuff. He stood up and waited in the aisle for her to get to him. Matt knew how much La’Nay enjoyed the window seat. He took a quick glance at Tiffany and smiled politely. He knew that his friend wanted him to get to know Tiffany during the course of the trip and for them to hook up but he could tell right off the bat she wasn't his type. He would play nice to appease La’Nay during the vacation but that’s as far as it was going to go. But for right now he was going to enjoy spending the duration of the eight hour flight next to his best friend.

As soon as La'Nay sat down by the window she lifted the armrest separating her from Matt and instantly rested her head on his shoulder once he sat back down. Knowing her as well as he did red flags raised in his head and Matt instantly knew something wasn’t right.

“You gonna tell me what's wrong or am I gonna have to guess?” He asked lowly in her ear so nobody else could hear. La'Nay just sighed heavily, mentally cursing the fact that she could never hide anything from Matt.

“I'm fine, Mattie” she whispered back.

“Lala, you act like I haven't known you since we were kids. I know when something is bothering you. So spill it.”

La'Nay closed her eyes and just snuggled up to him more. “I’m just tired.”

“Don’t bullshit me” he whispered accidental harshness in his tone “Tiffany and I could have easily just switched seats but you were quick to move three rows back and away from your husband. So I’ll ask you again, what’s wrong?” It was more of an order than a request and La’Nay couldn't help but to flinch from his tone. Matt noticed and instantly felt guilty, he knew how she could get with just the slight raise of someone’s voice.

Taking a deep breath and mentally counting to ten to calm himself; Matt wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her closer. He lifted her chin so she could look at him as he spoke. La’Nay avoided looking him in the eyes at first, but eventually she caved and her wide russet eyes connected with his hazel ones. There was a sadness that ran deep there and Matt knew that words couldn’t simply fix it or make everything better. He swore one of these days he was going to beat Jason senseless. He must have said something, Matt just knew that Jason had done something to make La’Nay upset. She’d been so excited when they spoke on the phone the night before and now all the sudden she was miserable.

Matt felt hopeless and guilty all at once; he didn’t know what he could possibly do to make things better. “La’Nay” he spoke softer this time around “you know I’m just worried about you right? I hate seeing you upset, we’re about to go on vacation, nobody wants it to start on a bad note. I just want you and everyone else to be happy.”

La’Nay could feel herself caving in, and practically melted into his touch. She had always hated how Matt always seemed to have some type of hold on her. “Jason and I got into an argument on the ride here, we didn’t resolve it and now there’s just this awkward tension between us. I don’t want this trip to start on a bad vibe so I thought it be best to give each other space. Maybe give us both a chance to relax and let go before we reach Tahiti.”

Matt went to say something but she cut him off “And no I don’t want to talk about the fight, I’d rather just forgot about it.” La’Nay stated knowing exactly what Matt was about to ask. Matt couldn’t help but to chuckle at that, she really did know him too well.

“I'm going to let this slide for now, but don't think I'm letting this go. We will talk about this later” Matt warned but squeezed her hand in reassurance that she was going to be okay. La’Nay huffed but snuggled into her best friend’s embrace. Despite everything she’d been through over the years Matt was the one thing that always made the world seem better.

As Blenda sat down in her seat by the window she couldn’t help but to eye the people in front of her with caution. Jason and Tiffany were seated in the row in front of her and to the left, which gave her the perfect view of them until Brian would come and block her sight of the pair once he sat down in the aisle seat.

For two people that didn’t seem to know each other that well, they gave off a very comfortable and suspicious vibe. They were talking so casually and Jason was smiling, replacing the permanent scowl that seemed to be placed on his face. Tiffany leaned over and said something in his ear and he laughed, wholeheartedly. Blenda couldn’t remember the last time she’d seen Jason, laugh or even talk to his wife in a way that didn’t come off as hostile.

She had never trusted Jason the entire time she'd known him but Blenda didn’t trust this Tiffany person at all. There was a vibe that rolled off of her in ways that screamed be wary. Judging by how comfortable the two were it was obvious that something was going on. Blenda wasn’t stupid and could see the signs from miles away. She was going to be watching the two of them like a hawk during this trip. She didn't want to accuse Jason of cheating without any form of proof, but the moment he slipped up Blenda was going to be on his ass. Nobody messed with one of her girls and got away with it. She didn't give a shit if Jason was one of her best friends’ husband. He had an ass kicking that was long overdue and rest a sure Blenda was going to fuck him up.

Blenda was so deep into her thoughts and the different ways she could murder her friend’s husband that she almost shrieked from surprise when Abrianna sat down in her husband’s seat, effectively blocking her view of Tiffany and Jason.

“W-why are you sitting here?” Blenda stuttered over her words at first as she got over her initial shock.

“You clearly need a break from your husband, Be and I figured you’d enjoy my company more” Abrianna reasoned and Blenda couldn’t deny that at the moment she did feel more at ease now that Brian wasn’t next to her. Blenda was grateful that her friend didn’t instantly start badgering her about what was wrong between her and her husband. Abrianna always knew when and when not to push. Even if they clashed at times Blenda was the closest to Abrianna out of all the girls and that's saying something since all five of them were so close already.

“Well nots get into that right now, you can bug me about it later. But for now let's talk about positive things.”

Abrianna grinned knowingly “You look like you’re dying to tell me something so go on and spill it” she teased.

“I don’t know how I did it but I somehow got La’Nay to agree to do a photoshoot with me.”

“Shut the fuck up, you serious?” Abrianna couldn’t hide her shock. Blenda and La’Nay used to model a lot but it had been almost three years since La’Nay had. “How the hell did you manage to get her to agree?”

“Believe me it wasn’t easy at all, but I pulled some strings and the people I’m doing the shoot for agreed to have her art featured as well. She’s designed so many of my tattoos for free, she deserves the recognition. Also I practically begged her with my signature pout, so she really had no choice.”

Abrianna couldn’t help but to laugh at that “You weren’t playing fair, nobody can resist that pout Be.”

“Which is exactly why I used it, Abri” she teased and the friends just giggled to themselves. “The shoot is two weeks after we get back, if you want to come to the set you’re more than welcome to join us, to come watch.”

“I’ll have to check my schedule but if I have no appointments of course I’ll be there.”

“Thanks Abri.” Smiled body feeling lighter; it was unspoken but both of them knew that she was thanking her for so much more.

“You’ve been glaring at the screen for the past our dude, are you even watching the movie?” Zack asked nudging Brian as he spoke. He’s friend had barely spoken a word since the plane had taken off more than an hour ago and all he’d seem to have done in that time is keep the scowl on his face.

Brian just huffed and crossed his arms over his chest. “What’s up with you man? We all saw how you and Be came walking in at the airport, obviously something is going on” Zack questioned concerned.

“Why don’t you focus on your own damn relationship instead of worrying about mine” Brian snapped in agitation but felt bad as soon as the words slipped out of his mind. He breathed in deep and took his headphones out of his ears, movie completely forgotten. “I’m sorry dude, I’m just agitated and I don’t really feel like talking about it.”

“It’s cool man, I’m not trying to pry but if you want to talk about it you know I’m here.”

“I know, man. Don’t think the same doesn’t go for you. We’ve all noticed you’ve been a bit out of it lately. You wanna talk about it?” Brian asked. His gaze shifted up a few rows to where their wives were sitting and could tell they were out of earshot to hear what they were saying. “You’re parents still on you about you know what?” Brian asked leaning in close just to make sure their conversation couldn’t he heard.

Guilt sunk into Zack’s bones and he sighed heavily. “I buried that in the past and have no intentions of going through with it. Any evidence about that has been destroyed and as much as my parents want that to happen it won’t.” Zack ran his fingers through his hair in frustration “I just don’t fucking get it, Abrianna and I have been together for thirteen years and I just don’t understand why they dislike her so much.”

“Dude, you know exactly why you’re parents don’t like your wife, you just refuse to believe it.” Brian pointed out and Zack ignored his friend’s statement even though he’d only admit it was true in his head. “I mean dude, you’re parents refused to go to your wedding, they practically disowned you until Neema was born.”

“I know, man, but they’re trying to make up for it now by trying to get to know their grandchild but Abrianna is practically hellbent on making sure that doesn’t happen.”

“To be fair can you really blame her though?”

“No, I don’t blame her at all, my wife has done nothing wrong. All she’s done is put up with my family’s bullshit like a saint. Abrianna is too good for me and I’m not blind to that fact.”

“Yeah Zack to be honest I don’t know how she does it. I mean I don’t even know if I should be telling you this but I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve overheard your wife crying to mine over the phone” Brian confessed and Zack felt like complete shit.

“I don’t know what the fuck to do. I almost made the biggest mistake of my life but it looks like things are heading in that direction anyway.”

“What do you mean?” Brian asked a uneasy feeling like he knew which direction their conversation was about to go.

“She didn’t directly say it but Abrianna threatened to leave me.”

“I don’t think you’d actually do it man, your wife is crazily in love with you. I mean look at the shit she puts up with.”

“She said she wasn’t going to take it anymore. And the thought of losing her and Neema scares the shit out of me. I know it just be easier to cut my parents out of my life for good, but how can I do that to them?”

“If you want my honest opinion, I’d tell you to just do it. They were so quick to cut you out of their life for years just because you married Abrianna and I don’t see why you can’t do the same. I know you want to keep your parents in your life because you’re a good person, but not everybody deserves a second chance, bro. You parents are definitely undeserving of any type of chance.” Brian knew how hypocritical his words were but he wasn’t in the mood to acknowledge them.

“I just don’t know what the fuck to do.” Zack groaned.

“Unfortunately dude, nobody can tell you what to do about this expect for you.”

Zack knew that, it was one of the things that kept him up at night. He stayed silent and mulled things over in his head. He honestly didn’t want to think about it at the moment but it had been plaguing his mind for a while now. Like always Zack decided to avoid it as much as possible and try to make the best out of his vacation with Abrianna.

*****

"So...what's up with you and Brian?" Abrianna asked a bit unsurely as she tried to get a feel of her friend's emotions. She could tell that Blenda was pissed when they were waiting for the plane to take off; but now that they were almost two hours into the flight, Abrianna was hoping her best friend's anger had simmered down a bit.

"Oh everything is fine!” Blenda exclaimed sarcastically. “Unless you ignore the fact that Brian decided Landon staying with Lindsey was the best option. Paris had a huge tantrum because she won't see all three of us for two fucking weeks. Both of my kids were so upset that they wouldn't let me hug them when we dropped them off last night. Landon was so hurt he wouldn't look either of us in the eyes, Abrianna." Blenda explained, visibly upset about the whole ordeal. "And just to be petty I asked Brian if he was satisfied that he got his way. Which of course lead to a fight so neither of us have said a word to each other since last night. I'm still so angry that I want to smash his head through a wall. How the fuck am I supposed to enjoy this trip knowing both of my children are going to be miserable while I'm away?"

Abrianna stayed silent for a few moments. She was rendered speechless and had no clue as to what she could possibly say to make her friend feel better. It was easy to help other people but when it came to the people she considered her family it was always difficult. She never wanted to be bias with any of her friends, but she couldn't help but to learn more towards Blenda in this situation. Abrianna knew first hand what it was like to have toxic people involved with her own family and how it affected them. This was harder because Landon wasn't little anymore, he was a teenager and was much more aware of issues and the tension between his parents.
Both Blenda and Brian were headstrong and stubborn people and it was always hard for one of them to give up control and back down. It could be like pulling teeth with them sometimes but they truly did love each other. Though some times to outsiders it didn’t appear so.

What sucked the most was that Abrianna understood where both of them were coming from. Brian had good intentions and his heart was there. He just didn't see Lindsey the way his wife did and refused to see things through her perspective. Brian thought she was making things up, and basically telling their son his birth mother was a bad person. It was just like how her own husband refused to believe her when she told Zack just how horribly his parents treated her and their daughter. Abrianna had always thought it was worth it because she loved Zack, but now she wasn’t so sure.

Abrianna felt useless and like a shit friend. There was no advice she could give out without being hypocritical. If she couldn’t follow her own advice than there was no point in giving it.
“I’m really sorry, Be, I don’t know what I could possibly say to make any of this better” Abrianna spoke sadly. Blenda just entwined their fingers and squeezed.

“Just knowing that you’re here for me is enough Abri. You don’t have to be super woman all the time. Sometimes people are allowed to be there for you too.”

“I know” she mumbled looking down at their entwined fingers.

“With that being said, you wanna tell me what’s up with you and Zacky?” Blenda asked. Abrianna sighed and starting twirling one of her braids between her fingers.

“Zack’s still pissed at me cause I refused to let Neema stay with his parents while we’re away.”

“I would have flat out refused to” Blenda scoffed; her friend had every right to deny her in-laws visitation of their granddaughter. Blenda had lost count of how many times Abrianna and secretly called her or one of the girls in tears about Zack’s parents. It had only gotten worse after Neema was born and honestly Abrianna was beyond strong for loving Zack enough to put up with such racist bullshit.

“He says he’s not mad about it anymore but I honestly think it's bullshit. He’s drifting away from me slowly and I can feel it. He’s keeping something from me, I just know it. Zack says there's nothing wrong but I can see right through him. I’ve just been too afraid to bring it up” she confessed. Blenda brought her arm around her best friend’s shoulder and drew her in close to her side. Abrianna rested her head on the older woman’s shoulder and sighed deeply. “What am I going to do? I swear this vacation has already gone to shit and we’re not even at our destination yet” she huffed.

Blenda chuckled bitterly in response to the truth in her friend’s words. “Well no matter what at least we have each other as well as Jamie, Hailey and Nay.”

Abrianna couldn’t help but to smile at that. “True. Over ten years of friendship, all five of us are thick as thieves. If anything all of us are probably closer than the guys.” She joked but there was a large truth to her words.

A loud shrill laugh broke through their moment and the two of them leaned forward in their seats to see Tiffany slapping at Jason’s arm as she laughed at something he’d said. The two friends stared at each other for a moment before sighing heavily.

“You can’t tell me something's not going on there, Abri” Blenda stated and Abrianna just mentally cursed. This was just another thing they’d have to deal with.

“I know” she stated sadly “But until we have concrete proof we can’t say anything. Fuck this trip is already shot to hell already.” She groaned throwing her head back. “A deep part of me is praying that something isn’t going on just for La’Nay’s sake. But a fucked up part of me wants it to be true so she can finally be rid of his sorry ass. She’s always been too good for Jason.”

“Damn right he doesn’t deserve her; I’ve honestly never understood how they even got together in the first place.” Blenda scoffed. “La’Nay is like the definition of a sweetheart, the only good thing that could come out of this is her finally getting rid of her sorry excuse for a husband.”

“They’ve been together long before the two of us came into the picture and even then Jamie said he’s always been like this. Whatever happens though, we won’t let her go through this alone.”

“So much for adding a new girl to our group, Tiffany might get her ass beat before this trip is over” Blenda stated.

“Ugh, what the fuck are we gonna do?” Abrianna groaned resting her head on Blenda’s shoulder.

“I don’t know, Abri. I honestly don’t know.”
