Next Month
Matt’s POV

Today is the best day I have since my daughter was born. I was standing in my house with all the guys around me. Auden was in her brother’s house getting ready, I was so nervous. I hope I was going to mess up my vows or anything. Auden has been such an amazing mom this last month and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. I know she wanted a fall wedding but she switched to a beach wedding. She makes everything work.
“Yo Sanders how are you feeling?” Brian asked.
“I’m fine” I said
“Dude no you’re not, you’re fucking shaking” Zack said.
“Dude I feel like I am going to fuck up everything” I sighed.
“Man it’s gonna be ok, you’ll be fine” Johnny said.
“I’m so excited to see her though. She is so beautiful” I gushed.
“You got it bad” Brian laughed
“MATTTT!” Aimee walked in
“Damn baby you look good” Zack said pulling her into a hug
“You look good yourself babe” she chuckled. “But I am here for Matt”
“What’s up girl?” I said
“Auden has a message for you” She said walking towards me handing me a note
“Thanks” I said grabbing it from her.
“You guys better start getting ready, we are almost ready to put dresses on” She said kissing Zack on the cheek then walking out.
I walked away from the guys into the living room unfolding the note.

Matt,
Today is the day we become one. I honestly never thought I would be this far in life with you by my side. I am so glad to have you and Elena along with the wild ones in my life. You’re such a good father and friend and brother. I can’t believe you would choose me to be your life long partner, you could of had anyone in the world and yet you chose me. I will never understand why you did. I have a feeling Dylan knew something like this was going to happen that’s why he chose to live next to you. I keep bringing up Dylan and I was never clear if that upset you. He was just a huge impact on my life like you are. I love you with all my heart and if you’re not crying as I walk down that aisle we have an issue cause you should be crying, you’re stuck with my demon ass self for the rest of your life.

I walked back into the room with the biggest smile on my face, I folded the paper up and put in my jacket pocket hanging up.
“Woah Sanders is the Mrs. giving you problems now?” Brian laughed.
“No, if she was I could handle it” I chuckled.
“Yeah right, she is a total handful” Johnny said.
“Johnny I am marrying her today aren’t I?” I said.
“That is very true” He said.
“You my friend are the true definition of dumbass” Jimmy said.


Auden’s POV

I was writing Matt's letter, the girls were working on each others hair. I kept looking at them through the mirror smiling to myself.
“Hey Aimee can you do me a favor?” I asked turning to her.
“Yeah sure whatcha need?” She said walking over to me.
“Can you run this over to Matt?” I asked
“Sure thing girl!” She said throwing on her shoes and walking out.
I got up and walked up to Dylan’s room, it looked so bare since the last time I was here with my dad and he had taken some things. I picked up the guitar sitting in the corner and started strumming and humming along.
“Shouldn’t you be getting in your dress right now?” Brian said standing in the doorway
“What time is it?” I asked
“A quarter till 3” he said.
“I got time.” I said looking down at my hands.
“Are you ok?” He said sitting down on the bed beside me
“I’m fine, just over thinking. You know the usual with me” I chuckled.
“Auden you’re marrying your best friend today it’s all ok” Brian said wrapping his arm around me.
“I know Brian but like what if he wakes up one day and decides he doesn’t love me anymore?” I sighed
“Honestly don’t think that’s a problem. I don’t know what you put in that note but I saw his soft side today.” Brian smiled.
“I always see his soft side” I laughed
“Oh we know, now let’s go get you into that dress. I also have something for you” Brian said standing up and grabbing my arm.
“What do I do without you?” I smiled
“Clearly you would melt and go insane” Brian said walking me down the stairs.
“Auden! Where have you been? Brian how did you get in here and find her?” Aimee said
“First of all listen to the music and where it is coming from. And second of all I had to see my bestfriend and talk with her.” Brian smiled.
“Well thank you for finding her. She needs to get in her dress.” Kindred said
“Hold on before she does. Here this was Suzy’s. She wanted you to have something blue. We figured you would already have something borrowed from your brother.” Brian said grabbing out a new sapphire necklace.
“Brian she didn’t have to do that!” I said with tears in my eyes.
“BRIAN! We can’t have her crying!!!” Malibu said.
“It’s ok girls” I smiled pulling him in for a hug. “Thanks Bri. I will get to Suzy later”
“You’re welcome babes, now get in that dress and go marry our best friend. Plus you look stunning” He said kissing the side of my head before leaving.
I walked over to my dress, running my fingers over it and smiling.
“Are you ready to do this?” Aimee said smiling at me.
“More ready than I will ever be. I just hope he doesn’t change his mind.” I said
“Bitch please he’d be very stupid to change his mind.” Aimee laughed
“If you say so” I giggled
“Time to put the dress on.” Aimee said motioning the girls to come help.
Once the dress was on, the necklace and brothers favorite ring around my neck, we were all ready to go.
“Well damn you look great” My dad said walking in.
“Thanks dad” I smiled.
“Come on kiddo time to get in position” He smiled holding his arm out.
I wrapped my arm through his, Aimee handed me my bouquet and made her way next to Brian.
“I’m so proud you” My dad said
“Thanks dad that means a lot” I smiled watching everyone start walking. Soon it was our turn.
“Are you ready?” My dad said patting my hand.
“More ready than I have ever been in my life.” I said.
As we were walking down I was staring at Matt through my veil. He was smiling so big and he was crying. Brian was patting his shoulder. Aimee was smiling huge. Once we met at the alter, my dad gave me over to Matt. I handed my bouquet to Aimee.
“Hi Matty” I smiled
“Hi babe” he said removing my veil.
“Today we are gather here to join Auden Renee Halpern and Matthew Charles Sanders in marriage.” the priest said.
Everything was going great, I was smiling, Matt was smiling. Aimee and Zacky were making faces at each other.
“Does anyone object these two from being wedded” the priest called out.
It was silent for a moment.
“I do” someone said
“Come forth and state why” Brian said.
Jake walked out from the crowd.
“Because I love her” he said
“Oh bullshit you piece of shit. Excuse me father and grandma for my language” I said. I ripped my hands out of Matt’s and walked over to Jake. Everyone turned and was watching me walk over to him. I raised my hand and smacked him. Matt started moving towards me but Brian stopped him.
“How dare you show up to my damn wedding and say you love me. You are so pathetic, I will never love you. How the hell did you even get in?” I said
“It’s all over the news” He said smiling
“Ok well get the hell out.” I snarled
“But I objected you getting married to that jackass” Jake said pointing to Matt.
“Oh no he done it” Aimee whispered to Malibu and Kindred. I balled my hand up threw it back and punched him in the nose. Matt and the guys came rushing over getting in between us.
“If I was you dude I would walk the hell out of here. Cause they are getting married whether you like it or not. You’re not important.” Jimmy said getting in Jake’s face.
“YEAH GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE YOU PIECE OF SHIT, HOW DOES IT FEEL GETTING HIT? HUH?” I screamed trying to fight through the guys
“Auden. Auden. AUDEN.” Matt said
“WHAT!” I screamed.
“Chill the hell out” he said
I stared at him.
“Oh my god.” I gasped “I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to scream”
“It’s ok baby I understand.” Matt said.
I watched Jimmy and Brian pull Jake away from the wedding, I was thankful someone called the police, they shoved him in the car and everyone returned to their spots. I look over at my grandma, she looked highly upset
“Sorry grandma!” I said
“It’s ok honey!!” she smiled
“Can we continue?” the priest asked
“Yes” Matt and I said together.
“Any other ungodly bullshit objections?” the priest said.
Matt and I looked at him with wide eyes.
“No? Ok. You can now read your vows.” He said. “Matt you first”

Auden,
When I first saw you, I knew there was something about you that I wouldn’t be able to shake. You weren’t like any other girl to come across me, you treated me like a regular person. From learning about your life and your dreams to falling asleep next to you every night I have never felt this way for anyone, you’ve shown me things in life. You’ve seen me at my worst and still stuck around. You gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, you’ve made sure everyone was always safe. You are so beautiful, you’re the light for my dark days. I will be here always.

Matt,
You are everything I have ever dreamed of. I may have looked up to the band as an idol. I never would have thought I would have fallen in love with you as much as I did. You have shown so much and have brought me so much joy. I honestly never would have thought I would be standing here today with you. Yes I may be marrying you but I am also marrying the band and everything that comes with it.

“Yeah you are” The boys said smiling.

You’re the best dad to Elena, you’re the best friend anyone could ask for. Being with you so far in this year and being through half the shit we have dealt with makes me know that I have chose the right person to go through hell with. Thank you for being my rock, I love you so much. I will stand by you through anything no matter what. I am nothing without you.

“I may now pronounce husband and wife. You may kiss the bride” the priest said.
Matt smashed his lips into mine like we’ve never kissed a day in our lives. I turned towards the audience and threw my hands in the air.
“WOOOO NOW LET’S PARTY!” I screamed. Matt just laughed and grabbed my hand pulling me away. I let go of his hand.
“Matt wait.” I smiled.
He stopped in his tracks, I picked up my dressed, started sprinting and jumped on his back.
“Onward sire” I said. Matt started laughing.
We made our way to our house, everyone else followed. Once we got back I ran upstairs and changed out of my dress.
“Matt!” I yelled
“Yes baby?” he said walking in the room.
“Can you unzip me?” I asked. He came over to me unzipping my dress.
“You can’t stay in dresses long can you?” He asked
“Hell no. They suck. I’m surprised you’re staying in your tux.” I smiled
“Babe you got me 5 ways of fucked up to think I will be staying in this hot ass suit.” He laughed
“Ok well I’m changed to shorts and a tank top” I said getting out of my dress.
Matt whistled when he saw what I was wearing underneath and pulled me towards him.
“Later babe, totally later” I smiled
“Oh come on just real quick” he smiled
“Sorry but no” I said pulling away and walking to the closet. I grabbed a pair of shorts and a tank top throwing them on. I walked out to see Matt has done the same thing. I grab his hand and drag him outside seeing that most of the bridal and groom parties have already changed.
“Hey y’all!” I said looking at everyone.
Matt and I gathered in our groups, every once in a while we would look at each other and I would get butterflies all over again.
“Auden honey you looked fabulous” said a voice coming up behind me.
When I turned around my drinking class dropped out of my hand.
