Girl I Know

Later on that night, Casey, Savannah, and I were running around the house, getting ready for the guys show…we were also getting ready to go out for dinner before the show for a girls night. “Vannie what are you wearing?” I asked looking through my closet having set out 3 different outfits already unable to decide.

She laughed as she called back into me, “I was just gonna ask you the same thing.”

“Are you bitches ready yet?” Casey asked in her endearing way as she walked into my room, dressed in short denim shorts a black halter top with skulls all over the top in different colors, her hair pulled back in a bun. She had wedged heels on her feet and her tattoos on her legs glistened as if she had just lotioned them up.

“We can’t decide what to wear,” I commented as Savannah brought her outfit choices to my room laying them on my bed next to my choices. I turned and leaned against the door way of my closet.

“I’m between these 3,” Savannah said as she set the shoes on top of their respective outfits.

I laughed, “I honestly think you should wear the skinny jeans with the white tank top and blue/green plaid shirt tied under your boobs with the boots. It looks cute.” I smiled at her.

Casey nodded, “Definitely, you look adorable in that outfit.”

Savannah’s eyes lit up and she grinned widely at us, “Thanks guys.” I grinned back at her then looked at my three choices and frowned before turning back to my closet and looked through.

“Trying to impress a certain someone Tenney?” Casey teased me as Savannah giggled.

“Shut up Case,” I laughed, “I’m just wanting to look nice, that’s all.”

“Uh-huh, it’s been what….6 months since you’ve gotten any?” Savannah joined in on the fun.

I flipped them both off as they laughed, “I think she should wear the short denim skirt to show off those tan toned legs and the purple corset top with the 5 inch stilettos,” Casey said.

I gaped at them, “Are you serious?! Am I a whore?” I asked looking at them, “Or am I going to work?”

Savannah rolled her eyes, “Oh come on Tenney, we’re not saying that, just saying, live it up. He’s obviously into you, just dress it up, see what happens. You may be able to get some action if you play your cards right.” She winked.

“I’d rather not look like a prostitute while doing so,” I replied back a little irritated with them.

“Alright, what about the denim skirt and heels, but a tight tank top and a plaid shirt like mine to tie below your bust?” Savannah compromised picking up on my mood and went back to her room for a second coming back with a purple plaid shirt and showed me her idea with a black beater mixed with the skirt.

“I guess that doesn’t look too bad, I don’t know about the stiletto’s though,” I commented tilting my head.

“What about these?” Casey went to my closet and picked up my shoes that had a wider heel and had rainbow stars all over and more of a strappy sandal feel to it but still had the heel on it.

“YES!” I smiled and clapped my hands excitedly.

They giggled, “That actually looks adorable,” Savannah smiled at our compromised ideas.

We all got changed and finished our hair and make up, My hair was up in a half up-half down ponytail and I had on only black eyeliner, but it brought out my brown eyes. As I walked down the stairs, meeting Casey and Savannah who were conversing at the bottom they froze and Casey wolf whistled at me. I rolled my eyes, “Oh hush.”

Savannah giggled, “You look cute though Tenney.”

“Thanks, Vannie,” I smiled at her, “You girls look beautiful too, shall we head out?”

“YEAH!” They both said as we grabbed wallets and purses off the hallway table and walked out to Casey’s 2014 Jetta.

“I seriously love this car,” I stated as I slid in the passenger seat while Casey fired it up.

“I do too,” Casey laughed, “It’s why I bought it.”

We all laughed, “So where are we gonna go eat?” Savannah asked from the back seat.

“Well lets go eat at Pete’s Sunset Grille,” I replied and the others nodded in agreement, it had been awhile since we’d been there.

“Dude I’m so craving one of their burgers, they’re so delicious!” Casey said as she started towards the Hyatt resort.

“The guy’s show is down on the Pier correct?” Savannah asked, biting her lip, I knew that meant she was nervous. Her eyes were perfectly outlined in a dark navy blue liner with purple glitter shadow on her lids.

“Nervous Vannie?” Casey teased as she smirked at her through the rearview mirror.

“NO!” Savannah giggled from the backseat knowing she’d been caught.

“Yes, the shows on the pier, down at one of the bars I think,” I smirked her way as Casey giggled then pulled into the parking lot.

We pulled up to the valet who gave us a ticket and hopped in to go park the car as we walked into the restaurant we were greeted and seated in our normal table, overlooking the ocean just as the sun was setting. “Fuck I love this view,” I smiled as I pulled out my phone and snapped a few pictures.

“Good evening ladies, my name is Jason, I’ll be your waiter tonight. May I start you off with some Pina Coladas or Margaritas?” Our waiter asked as he came up to our table.

I laughed, “Jason, you do realize that you don’t have to treat us like every other customer right?” I shook my head at our friend.

He laughed, “Well fine, what do you bitches want?”

As we laughed other patrons near by looked over at him alarmed by his words, “3 shots of JD and I’ll have a Jack and Coke,” Casey ordered first.

“Strawberry Margarita,” Savannah ordered smiling at him.

“I’ll have a Liquid Marijuana,” I smiled and looked at him.

“ID’s?” He asked looking at us expectantly.

We rolled our eyes collectively, “Go be a dick elsewhere,” Casey joked with him.

He laughed, “Alright. 3 JD’s and 3 drinks with saliva mixed in. Anything else at this moment?”

“Nah, that’ll be it for now Sugar, thank-you,” Savannah told him as he nodded and walked away.

I shook my head, “Every God damned time we get him.”

Savannah laughed, “He’s a nice guy.”

“Yeah, he is a pretty good Lay too, if you’re interested Tenney I could hook you up,” Casey wiggled her eyebrows.

I rolled my eyes, “I’d rather not have your sloppy seconds, no offense.”

Jason returned shortly after as we were excitedly talking about the show and he raised an eyebrow, “You guys are going down to the pier tonight for a concert?” He passed out the shots and the drinks to their respective drinker.

“Yeah, why?” Casey asked him curiously.

“That’s where me and the guys are going tonight too, their band is playing tonight,” he said as he stood there, the tray folded down.

“Cool cool,” I smiled up at him.

“Yeah, can I take your order girls?” He asked as he took out his pad of paper.

“Burgers all around with fries and can we get an order of mozzarella sticks for the table?” Savannah ordered for us knowing that’s what we’d all decide on anyways as it’s what we always ordered.

“Awesome, no problem,” he wrote it down. “Honey mustard and ranch out for you right?”

“That’s right chief,” Casey winked at him.

He laughed and shook his head before walking away. We talked and laughed, a little later on he brought out our food, we ate and afterwards we paid the bill which come to find out Jason had given us the employee discount rate of 25% off the total ticket price, plus an additional 30 dollars off as he didn’t charge us for the alcohol.

“Jason, you’re gonna get yourself fired,” Casey chastised him as we all handed over cash.

He shrugged, “I’m getting a new job anyways.” We laughed and shook our heads giving him a few dollars each as a tip as a thank-you, “So see you tonight?”

“Probably,” I laughed as we stood and grabbed our purses.

“Alright, catch ya later,” he grinned as he walked away.
