Big Not So Bad Wolf

Allie's POV:

I'm sitting at the breakfast bar eating when suddenly I don't feel well. I finish the last bite of my sandwich. Placing the plate in the sink I head back to the bedroom.

My feet seem to be moving extra slowly. Every thing in my body just feels sluggish. It doesn't like I've been dosed again.

I honestly don't know what's wrong with me. A yawn forces itself from my lips. Sleep sounded really good.

After what feels like an eternity the bedroom door comes into my view. Unfortunately Evey is standing in front of it.

Thankfully she's on the phone. I turn back around hiding in the corner and listen to her call.

"I've been very patient Kole. You promised me that I'd have him so you could become High Alpha in light of his death. I'm keeping my end of the deal you need to keep yours." Peaking my head out I see Evey hang up the phone and walk away img the opposite direction.

Evey's POV:

Allie is slow moving. Her eating habits have changed even if only slightly. She seemed to be sleeping most if not all day.

The signs are all there. I know exactly what was going on just by watching her. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened any day now.

Screw Kole and whatever he has planned. I'm in this for me. It's time I start looking out for number one.

A new ideas pops into my head. This just might be my luckiest day yet. I'm thankful to whoever has graced me with such fortune.

I certainly don't need Kole any longer. Maybe I don't need the High Alpha himself either for me to be able to exact my revenge after all.
