Big Not So Bad Wolf

Evey's POV:

The sound of a blood cuddling scream fills the air. I know right away it's Allie. I make my way to the room she's staying in.

The door flies open under the aright e of my shove. I find Markus one of my vamps inside. He's clearly trying to rape Allie.

Walking over I grasp his head in my hands and twist. His snapping neck sounds throughout the room. He'd pay dearly for committing this grievance against me.

Grabbing his arm I drag him from the room. Before I cost the door behind me I double check that Allie is okay.

Allie and all of my vampires are gathered here to watch Markus's punishment. They need to understand that I don't mess around. Markus lays on the floor at my feet.

"Do you see this?" I question then pointing down to Markus.

They all nod their heads. I tell him to stand. He obeys without question or hesitation.

My hand rubs the side of his neck. He turns his head the opposite direction leaving into my touch. I dig my finger nails into his skin.

Yanking my hand back a massive chunk of his throat comes with it. I flick the hunk of flesh to the floor. Markus grabs his neck desperately trying to keep his blood inside his body.

The effort is wasted as well as useless. I'd just dealt him a fatal blow. His eyes meet mine.

"This is what happens when you disobey me." I say to him as well as all my other vamps.

Markus's dead body drops to the floor. I order my vamps to clean it up. Allie follows me from the room after I call her.

"You need to understand why I did what I did last night. Don't get it twisted in your mind it wasn't because I care about you. You're my leverage.

If any harm was to come to you I'd never get my revenge against your mate. That just as easily could be you if the mood strikes me." I make it abundantly clear that her safety means little to me.
