Big Not So Bad Wolf

Declan's POV:

I have been trying for almost a week to get a moment alone with Zacky. It's important that he know the entire situation. Every time I tried however something comes up.

I know he's searching him and low for Allie. While at the same tone he's still doing his High Alpha duties. So I couldn't blame him for his time constraints but it didn't make my life any easier.

Zacky's POV:

Things have been beyond stressful. Allie had been missing for almost two weeks now. There's be absolutely no sign off anything. I had the word spread to all the packs in the United States.

If no word came soon I'd take myself over seas and spread the news of Allie's disappearance over there as well. The more eyes we have open the better chance wet have of finding her. It's extremely difficult to focus on my duties but I couldn't fall Allie in this way too.

I know Declan has something he wants to talk about I've just been stretched so thin I haven't found the time to sit with him and talk.

A knock on my door draws my attention. Turning I see Kole standing there. His face looks sullen.

"I'm sorry to hear about Allie. I can help with anything you need." He says.

"Thank you. It's great to hear. I'll let you know if I need your help." I dismiss him quickly not on the mood to desk with the likes of him right now.

Growling sounds through out the whole house. I rush down stairs to check it out. Kole is hot on my heels. When we get to the bottom of the stairs we find Matt gripping a vampire by the throat.

The vampire has a package in his hands. I tell Matt to let him go.

"Are you Zachary Baker?" He asks.

I nod my head yes. He holds the package out to me. I take it with both hands looking at it quizzically. He's gone before I can even question what it is.

My finger slides under the flap. Lifting it up I look inside. All that's in the large envelope is a disc.

Tipping the package upside down the disc falls into my awaiting hand. It says play me on the front. My feet take me to the DVD player in the living room.

Everyone is suddenly there. The disc comes out of it's plastic housing easily. It's joke fits over the tip of my finger.

Walking over the player I lay the disc on the slot. The machine sucks the disc inside. Some one hits play on the remote.

Allie's face appears on the screen. She doesn't seems to be injured in any way.

"I've been taken. You'll only get me back when Zacky turns himself over. There will be no negotiations. It's me for Zacky.

He must pay for the crime he has committed. That payment will come in the cost of his life."

Allie pauses for a moment. It's clear she's holding back tears. She takes a deep breath. Her eyes keep looking down at her lap. I can only assume she's reading from a cue card.

"If no word is sent by Monday then your answer will be you decline the terms. In that case you'll be sent piece of my body. Starting with my toes and fingers moving to bigger parts until Zacky gives himself over."
