Big Not So Bad Wolf

Cheyenne's POV:

It's been almost a week. I still feel like it was just yesterday I was just telling my father I loved him. Then we started talking about how excited we are for my pups.

Now he's gone. They'll never know first hand what a truly heartfelt and kind man the Gramps was. I would make sure they know through my memories how much he loves them.

All of them will know even though he can't  be here with us he's in our hearts. As well as watching over us and keeping us safe. There's no doubt in my mind that if one of my pups is make his name will be Joseph.

Zacky and Allie had been kind enough to take me into their home so I wasn't alone. I don't know how I'll ever be able to repay them for the kindness they continue to show me.

Theorion says that I'm doing well. He also says that time of my pups' impeding arrival was drawing near. He reminds me that I need to pick a midwife so that I'm comfortable in my birthing time.

I inform him I have already decided on who I'd like to be my midwife. That the only thing left for me to do is ask her. Thanking him I take my leave.

I decide now is as good a time as any since I'm not busy doing any thing else. I had off in search of Allie. My first stop is her most favorite place the library.

It was almost completely dark outside. I haven't seen hide nor hair of Allie anywhere. Shrugging it off I make a note to myself to find her and ask her tomorrow.

Climbing into my bed I pull the blankets over me. My eyes fall closed. Sleep is soon upon me.
