MATT POV

I stayed up for a little while and enjoyed the feel of the woman in my arms. She's unlike anyone I had ever met before. She has this mysterious side of her, she tries to be so hardcore but I can see through it all and I know there is more inside of her than just a killer. I stroked her green hair and watched the small smile form on her lips. I know this feeling, and as much as I didnt want to feel it I knew there was no denying it. I felt that stab in my heart the second I laid eyes on her when Larry introduced us.

FLASHBACK
I wiped my knife off on my pants as I made my way back to the casino to tell Larry the guys who stole from him are dead. We just got off tour and this is the best way to relieve the stress that had been put on me while on the road, or at least in my opinion it was. I started to sing along to one of our songs on my stereo. I was a couple streets away from the casino when I pulled up to a red light next to a nice old purple muscle car. I revved the engine and the person in the other car did the same thing.

I looked ahead and when the light turned green we both sped down the empty road, as much as I love to win I had to admit my defeat. I seen the car follow me to the casino and I wondered what I got myself into this time. Once I parked I called Larrys phone so he could come outside and hopped out of my car. Then the car parked behind me and two girls hopped out, it was obvious they are twins.

The girl that had been driving (Rae) was slender with pale pink hair, the other one had silver hair (Nix) and was just as slim as the driver. They both waltzed up to me with the cockiest grins. The driver walked closer to me and laughed "next time bring a better car" she laughed as her sister criticized me for getting beat by a girl.

"Fucking dykes" I said as they passed me. I guess I wasnt speaking too low because the pink haired one turned back around and cocked her head sideways. "What was that?" she said and I told her again, "Fucking dykes" this seemed to piss her off because she walked back over to me with a fucking glock pointed in my face. "Oh baby, dont push my buttons, im looking for someone to kill tonight" she said.

I pulled out my gun and pointed it at her while staring at her face, I couldnt see her features in the dark but I could tell she had a smile on her face. "Two can play that game" I smirked holding my pistol. "Youre right two can play that game" the other girl said stepping up to her sisetrs side while she raised her gun in my face. Next thing I know Larry and the rest of the band are next to us.

"I see you met the twins" Larry said as the girls put their guns away. Figures he would know them, I thought to myself as he ushered us inside the casino. Once inside he turned to us.

"Guys these two are the newest mercenaries, Raevyn, nodded her head, and Phoenix", who smiled at the guys. "Girls that it Matt, Brian, Zacky, Jimmy and Johnny" he said motioning to us.

The girls took off their sunglasses and looked around the group, Nix has 2 different colored eyes which is badass but Rae is the definition of beauty to me. I couldnt help but feel my heart skip a beat when I took her features and attitude in, but she was acting like quite the cunt, still I was definitely physically attracted to her.

The rest of the night we all tried to get along but it was hard when we were all drunk and arguing. Zacky kept on losing his money to the girls who apparently have the best poker faces on earth. Johnny spilt way too much alcohol on Phoenix. Jimmy was getting along with them. Brian was hitting on them, and I was giving them the death stare.

Such a good way to start out, I thought to myself.

I woke up in a great mood but my heart dropped when I seen Rae wasnt next to me. I walked out of my room to Zacks room and seen he was alone as well. I prayed the girls didnt take off in the middle of the night as I walked through the living room into the kitchen to see the girls dancing and singing with their backs to me, making breakfast. I slid on the tile in my socks and began to sing with them when I pulled Rae into a hug and gave her a kiss before I grabbed Nix by the hands and waltzed around the room with her, making her laugh. Everyone joined us in the kitchen and Zack took Nix and kept the dance going while I finished her half of the cooking.

We ate our breakfast and decided to do some grocery shopping before we ran out of food completely. We all got in disguise so no one would notice us and walked to the cars. Jimmy, Nix and Zack got in one car while Johnny, Brian and I piled in Raes car.

Once we pulled away from the driveway Rae turned the music up loud and began to sing along to a song by Asking Alexandria while drumming her fingers on the wheel. I turned and looked at Brian and Johnny as this tiny woman screamed along to The Black:

The rest of the car ride was exactly like this, except for the rest of us chimed in and sang along to the music with her. I started to miss my band really bad when we were all singing. Maybe once this is all over we could all try to start the band again. Once our threats are eliminated I could sit everyone down and talk to them about starting a new album.
