Unholy Confessions

Prom seemed to have came fast, I had trouble keeping my prom date a secret, Matt wouldn't stop bugging me about it, he said he wanted to meet the guy but I refused to give in, I managed to spend the rest of the week avoiding Brad and Taylor but I knew I was going to see them tonight, and I have no idea how I'm going to react.

I climbed into the shower, quickly getting washed and shaving the places that needed shaved, I climbed out and got dried, I pulled on black lacy underwear and sat at my dresser doing my make-up, I put on a pair of dangling earrings with a matching necklace and bracelet, I then done my hair, curling it, letting it fall down my back, I couldn't believe I actually looked this nice with my hair like this, I took my dress out of the bag in my closet, I stepped into into, it was a red mermaid dress, it hugged every curve on my body and the bottom of it was a bit loose, giving me just enough room to walk, I looked in the mirror, my butt looked bigger and so did my boobs, I knew Zacky would love this, I looked killer in it, I had to admit.

I paired my outfit with a black pair of heels, making me look and feel taller, I grabbed my clutch from my bed and had one more glance in the mirror, I was please with how I looked and I hoped Zacky would like it.

I walked out of my room "Mom, dad!" I yelled and I heard my mum and dad walk to the bottom of the stairs, I started walking down them, and my mum covered her mouth with her hand and my dad had a tear in his eye "You look beautiful, sweetie!" My mom said hugging me "Matt, come and see your sister, now!" My mom shouted and I hear Matt get up from the sofa, along with someone else.

"Oh my god, Elisa, you look gorgeous" Matt said, looking stunned "Wasn't expecting you to wear anything like that, I thought you would have went with something more floaty or short" Val walked out from behind him and she was wearing a short pink dress, with a pair of pink heels.

"Thanks, Matt, you look lovely, Val" I said smiling, showing off my dimples "Thanks, you too, you look amazing in that dress, it's killer, you look like some kind of vampire princess or something" she let out an awkward laugh and I laughed along with her.

"Okay, get together, I want photos, how long will your date be, honey?" My mom asked me,, just as she did I got a text from Zack.

I'm so sorry, I know you were excited but I'm not able to make it, I really am sorry - Z

I let out a sigh and tried to hold back the tears "He's not coming" my mom put down the camera she was holding "Honey, oh my goodness" she stared at me in disbelief along with my dad and Matt.

I felt embarrassed, I ran back upstairs, ignoring everyone shouting on me, I locked my bedroom door and sat on my bed, I looked in my chest of drawers, there was two mini bottles of whiskey, I opened one and downed it, screwing my face up because of the taste, why was I so upset, Zack and I weren't even a thing, I heard a knock came from my door.

"Elisa, It's Val, come to prom with us, it'll be fun I promise, don't let the douche ruin your night" I took in a deep sigh, she was right, I wasn't going to let Zack ruin my night, I grabbed the bottle of whiskey and shoved it in my clutch, I stood up and sorted my dress and hair, I opened my door and Val took me into a hug "Don't worry about him, he's an ass, you'll have fun with us, plus" She looked behind her shoulder to see if anyone was there "We have alcohol" I laughed and so did she, I opened up my clutch, revealing the mini bottle of whiskey and she gave me a high-five before grabbing my hand and taking me downstairs.

My mom was relieved to see me and she stood up about to talk but I bet her to it, "Can you take pictures now?" I said, handing her my phone, once she was done we said goodbye, I was about to climb into my car but Val stopped me "Matt's driving us, let's go" I climbed into the back seat of the car and so did Val, before Matt started the car up he turned around to face us.

"Let me take a picture of my to favorite girls" Val and I both laugh and squeezed our cheeks together, smiling, Matt quickly took the picture and then checked the time "We're going to be late" I looked at him confused, it was still daylight, but Val started talking to Matt so I couldn't say anything.

We arrived at the school and there was a few other cars sitting, we climbed out of his car and walked over to the building, I got a few whistles here and there "Matt, you're sister is hot!" someone shouted but Matt just flipped him off and mumbled something under his breath, Val had linked arms with Matt and I was walking behind them, at least there was some single guys here I could probably get with.

Matt and Val turned the corner first "About fucking time" I heard Brian say, I stood still for a second, not sure if I wanted to actually be here alone, "Where's Elisa?" I could here Jimmy asked, before anyone answered I turned the corner and showed myself "I'm here" I said, grabbing everyone's attention.

"Whoa.." Jimmy said "You look stunning, Elisa, wow" I smiled, showing my dimples "You do look amazing" Brian said complimenting me, my smile grew bigger "You all don't look too bad yourselves, you clean up well" I earned some laughter, and it felt like everyone's nerves calmed down.

"Where's Zacky?" I asked no one in particular, the tension in the air was thicker than ever, Johnny finally answered me "His date bailed, he didn't want to come" I nodded my head and looked away from everyone "That meant we had to find a guitarist on short notice, but we managed" I looked up at them "I didn't realize you guys were playing tonight" I said, feeling bad that I didn't pay any attention to what they were saying.

"We better go in and get set up, more people will be arriving soon" Brian said and everyone agreed with him "I'm going to wait outside a little longer, get some fresh air and.." Jimmy shook his head and lifted me over his shoulder, his date didn't look too pleased.

"We want you to make sure that we sound good before everyone else comes in" I sighed and didn't fight back, Matt looked at me and gave me a sad smile, Jimmy soon put me back on my feet.

"We need to get the instruments and that, if you lovely ladies would just go on ahead without us, we'll only be a moment" we all walked through the big double doors into the gymnasium, it was all decorated and the lights were low, there was rose petals on the floor, leading up to the stage, I looked at the girls in confusion and they looked at me the same way.

Someone walked onto the stage, but I couldn't make out who it was "Sorry I upset you" a voice came from the man on the stage, I looked up in confusion, I walked towards the stage slowly, "I didn't officially ask you to prom" all the lights went out and there was on big light shined on the man on stage, I covered my hand with my mouth "And I got your brothers blessing" I walked closer to the stage and saw Zacky standing, wearing skinny jeans, a white shirt with suspenders and a red bow tie "Will you go to prom with me, as my girlfriend?" He said into the microphone, I looked up at him in awe, I looked away into the darkness, now only realizing there was a light on me as well.

"Zacky" I said trying to hold back tears, he jumped down from the stage and stood with his arms open, waiting for me to answer, I ran the best I could in the shoes I was wearing, I hugged him and then planted a kiss on his lips and he kissed me back, I pulled away from him "Is that a yes?" He said and I laughed nodding my head, the lights came back on and I saw everyone surrounding us, clapping their hands and cheering.

"Finally!" Jimmy shouted, making everyone laugh "Let's party!" I kissed Zacky one last time before he jumped onto the stage with the rest of the guys, Val ran over to me and hugged me, the guys started playing their music and the room was soon packed full of people dancing.

I looked around for everyone but I was left on my own, I walked over to the punch, I took a sip and noticed no one had spiked it yet, I looked around me and saw that no one was watching, I took the small bottle of whiskey from my bag and poured it into the punch "Here" I jumped and saw Val standing behind me with a bottle of vodka, "Jesus Christ, Val, you scared me" I took the bottle from her and poured the full bottle into the punch and hid it under the table, along with the whiskey bottle, she pulled out another bottle from her bag, a bottle of whiskey, I grabbed it from her and then poured it in, hiding it in the same place as the others, I took two red cups and poured some in for Val and myself, we both took a big swig and screwed up our faces.

"Too much whiskey" she said, trying not to choke, one of the teachers walked up to us "What are you two girls doing here, you've been standing for a while" I looked up and saw Mr. Dale, I smiled at him "I was just telling Val about how I'm going up to sing after my brother" He smiled back at me and nodded his head "Good, that's good, can't wait to hear you" I looked at Val who was trying to hold in her laugh "I want to die right now" I took another big swig from my cup, finishing it.

We looked up at the guys playing, finishing the song they were on, they shouted out to the crowd of people and they all yelled, they then came off the stage and walked over to us, taking some punch "What the fuck did you two do to this?" Matt said screwing his face up, Val and I laughed "It was all Val's fault, I need to go" I saw Val's face dropping and flip me off but she started to laugh again, knowing what I was about to do, I slipped into the crowd of people, and then climbed onto the stage.

"I have to do this so I don't get suspended for spiking the punch" I said into the microphone I saw Mr. Dale look up at me and shake his head "Thanks for getting me off the hook Mr. Dale, you're the best" I said, earning laughs from everyone, I looked over to the guys who were all in stitches.

"Anyway, here I go" I picked up the acoustic guitar from the side and sat on the stool in front of everyone, I closed my eyes and started to sing.

I opened my eyes and saw everyone slow dancing with their dates, everyone but Zacky who was standing right at my feet, a rose in his hand and smile on his face "You're amazing babe" I smiled back and climbed down from the stage, taking his hand in mine, he brought me in for a kiss and just now I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, the way he wrapped his arm around my waist drove me crazy, I think I was falling for Zacky,

"I love you" my eyes snapped open, I didn't mean for that to come out, I din't mean to say that, my heart as racing and Zacky was just staring at me "I love you" He said looking down lovingly at me. "I listened to you rant about your feelings about Brian whilst I suffered in silence and now, I've finally won you over" He leaned down and kissed me again and I couldn't help but melt into his kiss, maybe the feelings for Brian were slowly disappearing.
