Where Do We Go From Here ?

After going over to Brian's house, Matt and I went for our two week check up to check up on the babies and their development I was halfway through my second pregnancy and I have never been in this much pain let alone exhaustion this was all getting to be a little too much I barely sleep at night due to all of the pressure on my lower back Matt took River out for a father son day before the twins arrived so that was nice now I need some time to clean up Matt's messy side of our bedroom... Now what am I going to do with four boys ? I thought. My cellphone rang on the kitchen counter I saw that Michelle was calling for the 12th time today and I was already getting annoyed but I can't get mad at her she's only trying to help and I appreciate her help but I wasn't in the mood.

Hollie was about 8 weeks pregnant according to Alex and his constant updates to Matt I was happy for the both of them they would make wonderful parents to their little boy or girl I wonder if Hollie is having morning sickness yet. I was more than relieved to have Michelle and Dan send over whatever Hollie because I can't physically do it right now. I saw Matt and River pull into the driveway they had huge grins on their faces upon entering the door, I spotted a something small and furry following right behind them I shot Matt a glare.

"Matt you want to explain yourself ?" I said crossing my arms.

"It's a puppy ?" Matt questioned.

"I know what it is genius I'm not blind." I replied.

"River saw it and wanted it." Matt said picking up the new family member.

"Okay so you went behind my back ?" I asked.

"It's not a big deal Val." Matt said seriously.

By this point, I was beginning to get really frustrated with everyone I just wanted everyone to leave me alone just until these babies are out of me and everything goes back to normal wait my life wasn't normal look who I'm married to for Christ sake there are always going to be fans always getting his attention and Brian's not afraid to be seen in public with that redhead around his arm but Claire was always with Michelle to keep her out of the public eye and away from the hellish fans that tend to crowd around the guys.


Three Months Later
Things were getting back to normal but not how I wanted it to be my doctor wants to induce me on Tuesday night so Michelle, Hollie, and Gretchen wanted to throw a last minute baby shower I was all for the fun and games but when these babies arrive I don't want anyone around me during labor this was the most grueling experience of my life.

"So what should we do first ?" Hollie asked.

"Let's play a game." Michelle chimed.

"Okay." I said taking a drink of my lemonade tea.

"Question one how old was River when he said his first word ?" Gretchen asked.

"He was two years old." I replied.

"Score one for momma!" Hollie yelled.

"Question two who are River's two favorite people ?" Michelle asked.

"Well I assumed it was Matt and I." I shrugged.

"Nope wrong answer it's Johnny and Lacey." Michelle laughed.

I could feel the twins pushing down on my cervix and I can't handle this pain not like this so I rushed to the bathroom I tried using the bathroom but that wasn't working... These babies are coming right now!" I yelled outside of the bathroom that immediately alerted the girls and Michelle called Matt and told him to rush over right now.

I was only in labor for 2 hours and 3 centimeters dilated... Quit stressing Val I'm sure Matt will be on his way. I thought. Matt and the guys arrived a few hours later and I was beyond pissed. I shooed away the guys because I didn't want anyone else around me at the moment because I began crowning and the bathroom looked like an episode of CSI which was my favorite TV show nobody else knew that not even Matt.

"Okay Val it's time to push!" Michelle yelled.

"I don't think I'm ready." I cried.

"You have to sister these babies can't bare much longer." Michelle said.

I began pushing with all of my force it was so painful that I began screaming out in pain extreme pain I might add I pushed one final time and I heard a faint cry. "Okay baby Noah is out now it's time to push one more time." Michelle said.

"Did you just name our first baby ?" I looked up at her.

"I did now push!" Michelle yelled.

I pushed like my life depended on it and finally I heard the last baby cry I rested on Matt's shoulders as Michelle carried Noah downstairs to meet his new uncles and aunts while Matt and I spent some alone time with our second son I looked into his eyes and he had Matt's eyes and my nose.

"What should we name him ?" Matt asked.

"I think we should name him Collin."

"I love that name." Matt smiled.

Matt made his exit with Collin in tow I smiled at them both while they made their way downstairs. I finally had my family altogether in the same room this made me smile knowing that I had everyone I loved in one room.
