Dear Brian,
I'm writing you because my lawyer said that I have a chance of getting out of here early according to my lawyer I know I have some explaining to do when I get out of this place I don't even belong here with these people. I have something to give Abel when I get home this wasn't how I wanted things to be but sadly they are either way the papers will be signed under one condition. I get to see Abel maybe bring him to visit ? Jesus I'm still his mother at least do that for him. See you soon.

The day dragged on as usual in this rotting place I sat with my bunkmates Amy and Sara who were the only two who I associated with in here they seem to understand my dilemma more than I do Sara was taking a drag of her last cigarette before we were called in for lunch or "chow" as they call it here the sun had begun to irritate my eyes so I sat somewhere where there was shade trust me I'm not trying to avoid anyone I just need to be alone with my thoughts for a moment I know I sound crazy but it all stems from my childhood with my drunk mother and my asshole stepfather Rory who I haven't had contact with since I left Connecticut and moved here.

"Hey Emma what are you doing over here by yourself ?" Sara asked.

"Just wanted to be alone for a while." I replied.

"I know what you mean." Sara said.

"My son and fiancée are visiting today." I said.

"That's great are you excited ?" Sara smiled.

"Yeah but Brian wants full custody of my son." I started tearing up a little but I couldn't show a single sign of weakness or the rest of the girls will catch on and I'll be targeted so I didn't want to spill all of my emotions right there.


Two months have passed since I wrote Brian and still no answer from him all I want is to see Abel and him before I finally sign over my rights and Brian has to juggle parenting without me around to be a constant pain in his side he probably has another girl in his life which bothers me because I don't want anyone else taking care of my child let alone some random whore who I have not been informed of.... What if Abel starts calling her mommy ? I thought. I quickly erase the thought from my mind. Brian wants nothing to do with me anymore. That's clear enough.


Third Person
With Emma still locked up, Brian could move on with his life Brandon dropped off a letter that Emma had written him so that made him a little bit curious of her actions at this point and time Brian and Brandon sat at the kitchen table waiting anxiously for Brian to open the letter and absorb in her words. "Well what are you waiting for ?" Brandon asked. Brian ripped open the envelope. The letter read as follows :

Dear Brian,

"Is she serious ?" Brian asked.

"I think so." Brandon added.

"Well it's worth a shot but I still don't trust her." Brian sighed.

Brandon and Brian gathered everyone over at Brian's house because everyone needed to hear this startling news including Gretchen this was going to rock everyone's world because now Abel was involved and Brian wasn't having it.

"So I'll drive down to everyone's house's and get them all over here I'll be back." Brandon walked out the door without saying a word. Brian pinched his nose in frustration because of what Emma is pulling right now.

"Hey dude what's going on ?" Zacky asked.

"We need to talk so Brandon is gathering everyone for a house meeting." Brian sat next to Zacky.

"Will there be beer afterwards ?" Zacky asked still holding Sasha's hand.

"Yes now can we hold off on that until everyone gets here ?" Brian asked.

"Sure." Zacky replied.

Brandon returned a few hours later soon enough everyone was gathered in the living room waiting for Brian to open his mouth but nothing came out.

"Okay the reason Brian brought you all here is because he heard from Emma and she wants to see Abel before she gets out." Brandon said.

Soon enough the room erupted with opinions on both sides but Brian still hadn't said anything and he brought everyone here.

"Do you know what she did to my wife and son Brian ?!?!" Matt yelled.

"Yes I get that asshole." Brian mumbled.

"What are your thoughts on this babe ?" Gretchen asked.

"I don't know all I know is she wants to see Abel before she gets out." Brian replied.

"Well I think she should be able to see her son no mother should be denied to see their child I know that because I'm pregnant." Hollie said. Everyone looked over in shock as Hollie announced the news. Alex stood there with a huge grin plastered on his face.

"How far along are you ?" Val asked.

"Four weeks." Hollie replied.

"Welcome to the mommy club." Michelle chimed in.

"Thanks girls." Hollie smiled.

Now back on topic, Brian showed everyone the letter of course everyone had their mix opinions but Val, Hollie, and Gretchen stood to their guns on where they stand but this was far from over according to Brian. This was all getting to him faster than he thought.

"So what now ?" Gretchen asked.

"I don't know we will definitely be meeting with a lawyer." Brian crossed his arms.

"Why is she doing this ?" Gretchen asked.

"She wants to see me break." Brian sighed.

"She won't get near you not if I have anything to say about it." Gretchen said.

"I don't want you involved." Brian said taking a drag of his cigarette.

This has definitely rocked everyone's world but this was far from over.

Here's an update I'm running on two hours of sleep so I pulled this out of my brain I won't be updating on Wednesday I'll be going to Florida for a birthday party and I'll be gone most of the day Chapter 37 will be Val's POV.
