Call Me Crazy.

Oh What Fun.

I woke up with two arms wrapped around me tightly, the warmth I felt was something I hadn't felt in a very long time. I smiled slightly, turning my head to see Jimmy snoring away, his eyes twitching slightly like he was having a dream. Can ghosts have dreams? I shrugged my shoulders, deciding not to dwell on it any longer. I somehow got out of his firm grasp, slipping out of the heart shaped bed and made my way into the bathroom. The room was about as girlish and pink as the rest of the hotel room. Rose smelling soaps decorating the tub and sink. Plush pink towels on the rack, pink wash clothes. "Jesus it's like walking into a Dolly Parton video." I grumbled to myself as I reached for the sink. I splashed cool water over my face to wake me up a little more before moving to the shower. I sighed, rubbing the back of my neck as I tested the temperature of the water, going back into the room to grab some clothes to change into. Jimmy had stirred slightly, one leg draped over the edge of the bed, his arms spread out on both sides of his long body. I shook my head, hearing him mumble in his sleep. I grabbed a pair of bleached out jeans, a Misfits tee shirt with the sleeves cut off and one of my red plaid shirts. I walked back into the bathroom, stripping down to my birthday suit and stepped under the spray of the shower.

I don't know how long I was in there, letting the water beat down on me as I stood there. My mind raced. Thinking about everything that's happened in the past few days. I was so wrapped up in my thoughts that I hadn't noticed a very curious Jimmy walking into the bathroom. "Hey there, sunshine!" He yelled, causing me to scream, which in fact caused him to scream as well. "Why are you screaming?!" I yelled, turning the water off and wrapping a towel around my body. "Why am I screaming? What about you, you started it!" He yelled back, clapping hand over his eyes. "You scared the shit out of me!" I said, glaring at him. "Well excuse me." He said, still standing there.
"Jimmy."
"Hmm?"
"Get the fuck out so I can get dressed." I seethed, my right eye twitching slightly.
"Right, gotcha. Just gonna...ow!" He stubbed his toe on the toilet, making me giggle then.
"Uncover your eyes, dumbo." I said through my laughter.
He did as I said, turning his head to look at me again. A crazed smile coming to play on his lips. "OUT!" I shouted, making him jump into step and darted out of the bathroom. I groaned, shutting the door after him.

After emerging out of the bathroom, raking my fingers through my damp hair, I spotted him coming back into the room with bags in his hands. "Where did you go?" I asked him, furrowing my brows. "Got us some breakfast." He said, giving me a smile as he set the items on the table. "You think they went a little overboard on red in this room?" He asked, looking up at the red ceiling. "A little?" I asked, scoffing a bit, "It's like they went to Lady Gaga for designing details and fail miserably." I said, taking a seat on the edge of the bed. "How'd you sleep?" I asked, stretching my arms out, my back popping in the process. "Eh, can't really complain. Had to keep you still though. You kept thrashing about like someone was trying to kill you." He said, handing me a styrofoam box that consisted of waffles, fried eggs, bacon, and grits. That's right, fucking grainy goodness that is grits. "How the fuck did you know I like grits?" I asked, looking up at him. He shrugged his shoulders, "Call it a hunch." He said, taking a seat on the couch with his own box of food. I dug in immediately, spoon my grits into my eggs and mashing them together. "Dude, that looks so fucking gross." Jimmy said, looking over at my food, scrunching his nose up. "Don't knock it till you try it, Rev." I said with a mouthful of food. "You're so sexy when you do that." He teased, shaking his head as he took a bite out of his pancakes. I grinned at him, licking my bottom lip. "So what's the plan today?" I asked, wiping my mouth with a napkin before tossing it in the waste basket. "Umm...well.." He swallowed his bite of food before speaking any further. Funny, of all the things I've seen him do or say, I wouldn't have pegged him not to talk with his mouth full of food. I grinned at him as he carried on with the plan. We were to drive the rest of the way to the venue where the concert was to be held, sick there like a couple of stalkers, go to the concert the next day, and then let out the big news. His words, not mine.

"Jimmy, I don't know if we should do that." I said, laughing as he started to ramble on about a new 'reunion' with the guys, up until I piped up.
"Meadow. Baby. Sweetie. Light of my undead life. You're doing this. You're so close right now. We're so close right now. You cannot back out right now. You just don'--"
"I'm talking about spending the night in my fucking car you genious." I spat out, standing up from the couch. During our little talk, we both ended up pacing the floor, resulting in Jimmy bouncing on the bed, nearly bashing his head into the ceiling, and me sitting on the couch, laughing at him. There was one occasioin during out little talk that he decided he was going to try and make a fort. Seeing as the bed set was made of silk, the blankets and sheets kept slipping and falling off the chairs, causing him to let out a few choice words. Somewhere along those lines, I was on the floor in a fit of laughter, tears rolling down my cheeks. I've never met someone that was so..full of life. And that's what he was. He was the man that looked life in the eyes and took every challenge it had to offer. I caught myself staring at him as he dangled over the bed upside down, a smirk on my face. "Whatchu looking at?" He asked, snapping out of my daze. "Huh? What? Nothing. Pfft, I'm..thinking." I said, getting up from the couch. I stretched out again, grumbling slightly. "Right, you're bad at covering your tracks up, Keyser." He said, getting up from the bed. "I have an idea." He said, picking me up and putting me over his shoulder. Usually, I would object to this, but how many times do you have a rockstar picking you up? It's not an everyday thing. He swung the door open, barging out into the afternoon air. "What are we doing, Jimmy?" I groaned, looking around me as my arms hung loosely down his back. "It's a surprise. Duh." He said, adjusting me on his shoulder. "Well can I at least fucking walk? I have two legs for a reason." I grumbled, trying to wiggle out of his hold. "Nope, now shush." He said, suddenly taking on a full on sprint. I could see grass beneath us as he ran like a mad man. I was being jossled about, I could have sworn my ribs were being rearranged as his shoulder kept prodding my torso. "Jimmyyy" I whine, but couldn't hold back the laughter. Suddenly, he let me down, but covered my eyes. "Dude, come o-" "Shut up." He said quickly, pushing me forward. He then uncovered my eyes, my gasp barely loud enough when I saw the scenery in front of me. I plopped down in the grass, smiling softly. The view on the hill we were on was breath taking, the way the sky started to change colors. Bright purples and pinks, a bit of red and blue. Everything was just beautiful. "What is this, Jim?" I asked, looking up at him. He sat down beside me, crossing his legs in front of him. "I've always like sunsets. It always reminded me of something better out there. Something I wanted more than anything." He said, staring off at the sky. "I wanted to share it with you. I know this is hard. Talking to the guys. I can see it written on your face how distressed you are about it. This always calmed me. I wanted you to be calmed." He said, looking over at me. I smiled at him then, scooting over closer to him. I rested my head on his shoulder, staring at the sky as the colors changed. "Thank you, Jimmy." I whispered. The feelings of not wanting to ruin the first chance I had at meeting the band on a personal level started to drift away. I felt confident enough to give them the news, hoping, no..praying these men would understand and thank me for it.

Notes

***Sorry for not coming in a few days. Everything around here has been hectic and fucking writers block kept me from writing anything. I know this chapter isn't very good, but it's a start to what's to come. Thank you all for the comments and the rating. It's hard to believe that what I came up with people actually like.****
