"That is so fucking romantic!" Valary screeched over the phone. I had to pull away as she continued to ramble on about how she wished Matt would do something similar for her as what Jimmy did for me the other night. I couldn't help but smile though. Val had become like a sister to me after a short period of time. Any time the guys were off doing something, she'd come with tubs full of ice cream and sit and watch bad slasher movies with me until we ended up falling asleep on the couch. I honestly never thought she'd be this welcoming of me, but here I was, on the phone with her. After I told her that Jimmy proposed, she called me, wanting all the details.

"Do you have anything planned today? I feel like I need to get out of the house for a little bit." I said, lulling my head to the side as I stared up at the ceiling. Jimmy was out of the house again, doing God knows what. Ever since we found out I was pregnant, he was sneaking around a lot more. Which sorta made me suspicious, what with Leana knowing he was alive and what not. I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my left side, making me grunt, cutting Valary off in mid sentence. "Meads? Are you okay?" I heard her ask. The phone fell from my hand as I double over with another grunt, the same sharp pain going through my side once more. I tried standing up, only to feel like my bottom half was falling apart. "Fuck!" I yelled, clutching my stomach as another wave of shooting pain ripped through me. I could still hear Valary yelling over the phone, but I couldn't answer her. I was in so much pain. Was it the baby? Widening my eyes, I look down to see a rather large wet spot on the couch, leading down to the floor, a small trace of blood following down my legs from what I could see.

I walked to the kitchen, hunchbacked as I tried to grab the emergency bag Jimmy had kept in case it was time. Right about now, I'm thinking it's time. I clutched my stomach again, while I'm guessing is a contraction rode through. Breathing. I had to breathe. I sucked in as much air as I could, sinking down into one of the chairs around the dining room table before tilting my head back. I ran my hands over my swollen belly, trying to relieve some of the pain that was running its course through my body.

"Meadow!" I could hear a male voice coming from the front room. I was in so much pain to even answer said voice. This pain wasn't something I was used to. I turned my head once I saw who had come into my home. "Johnny." My voice cracked just slightly. The shortest member of my new found family was standing beside me with a phone to his ear as he tried to grab the things I needed to take on my way to the hospital. "Yeah, she's sitting right here. You guys need to hurry up. I'm gonna go ahead and take her to the ER." He said hurriedly, hanging the phone up and shoving it in his pocket. "Come on, baby girl, looks like you're gonna be a mommy." He said, standing in front of me to help me out of the chair. I clutched his forearms as I stood up, the cramping feelings in my lower abdomen only greatening as I stood up. "We're gonna take it nice and slow okay? Don't want you falling over. Do your breathing exercises, honey. In and out, remember? Slow and deep." Johnny coached me as he guided me out the front door to his car that waited for us on the grass, right next to the door. How the hell did he even manage that? I did as he said though, breathing in deeply as I was guided into the front seat of the exspensive looking car. He didn't waste any time shutting the door after securing my seat belt. He raced to the drivers side and took off, carefully of course. I hung onto the safety bar, letting out a few grunts as the pain kept rolling through like a raging river.

Johnny must have a fucking lead foot or something, because within minutes or so, we were in front of the entrance of the hospital. He didn't even wait for anyone to come out, he was in and out with a wheelchair for me to sit in so he could get me to the OB ward without anymore complications. "Nice and easy now." He kept saying as he helped me into the chair. He just left the car running as he pushed me inside. "We need to get her in. Her water broke about twenty minutes ago and her contractions are right on top of each other." He was quick to explain what was happening to the nurse who had a clipboard attached to her hands. "Alright, we'll get her set up. Why don't you wait right here and after she's set up we'll call you back." She explained, but Johnny was quick to argue with her. "Johnny, please. She's just doing her job. Go park the car and get the rest of the guys here. Make sure Jimmy is here before this child is born or I will tear his balls off with my bare hands." I said through clenched teeth. Johnny nodded his head, quickly turning on his heal to walk in the direction we had just came.

The nurse had pushed me to the elevator, getting me to the OB ward. I wasn't sure if I could handle all of this without Jimmy by my side. I found it kinda nerve racking that he wasn't there when my water broke, but it was Johnny who was there to save me from falling over. Johnny driving me to the hospital to give birth. Where the fuck was Jimmy?
