Untold Misfortunes

"We're Going Home."

Matt's Point of View
Come get her, if you want her. That's all the note said and we all knew who it was from. I sank into the chair that was nearest and sighed.
"It has a return address," Johnny said, fingering the envelope.
"But what's his game? We go there and what if it's a trap?" Zacky asked, leaning back against the couch.
"What if it isn't though? What if he got bored of her?" I pondered.
"We have to take the chances and go get her, but I don't want to go in a big group. If it is a trap, we're going to need someone to get us out. Brian, Zacky and Johnny, you stay back. If we don't call with any update, you come for us. Got it?" Jimmy instructed. "And Matt, have you gotten over your little jealous fit?" Jimmy looked at me, raising an eyebrow.
"I was never jealous." I huffed. Jimmy cracked a grin and shook his head.
"We'll head out now, then." Jimmy and I stood up, loading a few things into his vehicle and we took off shortly after.
Luka's place was about a forty-five minute drive from Jimmy's house. On the way there, we conversed of strategies in case it was trap. Our first plan was to figure out what Luka planned, if he did plan to trap us somehow, we were going to figure the layout of his house. From there, we'd get Ivy and somehow manage to get our way out. We also had the three at home, that would be able to help us.
When we pulled up, we were surprised to find it larger than most houses, but smaller than a mansion. We got out, and walked up to the door, knocking. A naked woman answered, staring us both down and raising an eyebrow.
"May I help you?" She asked.
"Luka requested us." I said, crossing my arms over my chest, glaring down at the woman.
"One moment, I'll go get him. May I ask your names?"
"Matt and Jimmy." Her eyes widened a fraction, but she quickly left after ushering us inside.
Luka came down a few minutes later; a hollow body that once contained Ivy was on his left and a black haired beauty was on his right. He looked sinister and cocky as he walked down with both of them.
"A pleasure to see you two," He greeted. "I hope I didn't interfere with anything."
"Of course not, Luka. We just want Ivy back." Jimmy said, staring at his scantily clad little sister. I could tell he was trying to figure out what was wrong with her. Ivy's eyes didn't venture away from Luka at all, not ever when he addressed us. I could tell he was worried, not just about her physical health, but her mental as well.
"Ah yes, you can have her back. She was almost perfect for me, but obviously Victoria is the epitome of perfection." He said, his eyes grazing over the woman on his right. Ivy whimpered softly, standing there, staring up at him. I could see her lower lip trembling and tears forming.
"You see, I noticed this last night. Ivy, did everything she could to please me. It came naturally for her and she was a pretty little thing, but she fed off my words. One moment she wasn't thin enough for me, the next she's a skeleton. I can make her do anything. If I wanted her to eat my own shit, she would. But, Victoria, here, she still has some independence, she still lives for herself, and I like that. I'll have fun breaking her." He cackled. Ivy bit her lip to stop the tears.
"You're fucked up, you know that?" I growled.
He laughed, "Of course I know that! But the ladies love it!" He pushed Ivy off of him and forward. She tumbled forward and almost fell head first down the stairs, but I caught her in time. She was trembling and her skin was ice cold.
"Ivy?" I asked softly. Her eyes traveled up to meet my own, they were still blue, but dulled and vacant as she stared up at me. No recognition of who I was, registered on her face. She just stared and stared at me, and it haunted me to know the feisty Ivy I knew, wasn't in there.
I picked her up in my arms, cradling her close to hopefully give her some of my warmth. Jimmy glared at Luka, before turning his back and walking out. I followed suit, sliding Ivy in the back, and covering her with one of Jimmy's jackets. I slid into the front seat and looked at the house, then at Jimmy.
"How many years of counseling did it take to fix Ivy last time?" I asked.
"Like three or four. Counseling won't fix her this time, Matt. We're going to have to." He said, glancing in the rearview mirror and at his sister.
"Call the guys, we're going home." He said finally, before leaving Luka's driveway.
