Untold Misfortunes

Ivy Sullivan has had her fair share of misfortunes and leaving California was not one of them. After one event, she no longer could handle being there, so her big brother, Jimmy sent her off to Australia; knowing he'd more than likely never see her again.
However, when Ivy gets a phone call from Brian, her brother's best friend, it seems her misfortunes aren't quite done with her yet.
Now, being rushed back to California to be by her comatose brother's side, she's greeted with some heated hatred, that she can't get herself out of.
