The Next Morning

~Brian's POV~


I woke with a groan. I managed to sit up, my head feeling like it weighed at least a hundred pounds. I opened my eyes and regretted it instantly because the light that was coming in through the window was too bright, it was too much. My eyes finally adjusted to the light and I. looked over to the bedside table, seeing a couple of Advil's and a glass of water. Popping the pills in my mouth, I took a big gulp of water and felt relief when I felt the cool liquid enter y system. After that, I went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth, then proceeded to jump into the shower. Then, I walked downstairs and started to feel really guilty. jess must have not appreciated me getting drunk and her having to take care of me. Tentatively, I stepped into the kitchen where my two girls were, eating breakfast.

"Morning,my beautiful girls." I walked over to Melody and kissed her hands that had oatmeal all over them. Then, I walked to Jess, trying to gauge how mad she was or if she even was mad at all.

"Morning, Bri. I made some oatmeal and I left some on the stove for you." She kissed my cheek and I felt relief wash over me. I still felt so guilty about everything, though.

"Look, babe, about last night, I'm so sorry about getting drunk. I didn't mean to and I totally understand if you're pissed at me. You have the right to be." I apologized, my head hanging low.

"Bri, it's okay. You've been so good with helping out with Mel. You deserved it. Plus, you're cute when you're drunk." Leaning over the table, Jess placed a chaste kiss on the corner of my mouth and I smiled.

"I swear, I fucking love you so much." I pulled her chin up and kissed her soft, supple lips, feeling that familiar shock run through my body. We both pulled away when we suddenly heard Melody cry. I looked at her and noticed that she was not happy with not receiving any attention.

"Oh, my baby girl, I love you too!" I gave her a raspberry on her cheek and she laughed loudly. hearing her laugh is one of the greatest thing to hear. Knowing that both of my girls are happy, makes me proud.

~Jess's POV~

" Hey, love, what are we doing for Christmas? Matt told me that Jimmy said we should all head up to big bear, and that seemed like such a good idea. Especially since it'll be Mel's first Christmas and there'll be snow." Brian said while he was sitting in the living room, feeding Mel a bowl of fruit.

"Yeah! That sounds awesome actually." I said. "By the way, have you heard from Jimmy? I tried texting him the other day, but nothing."

"Uh, no, I haven't. Matt has been talking to him though, since they've both been at the studio a lot. Jimmy seems pretty adamant on finishing the album as soon as possible. You could ask Matt." Brian said. I felt uneasy as I heard him finish his sentence. I bit my lip, a nervous feeling settling in my stomach. I hope he is okay.

"Babe, I hate it when you worry. He is fine, I'm sure of it. Now, come on Let's look at some gifts online." Brian kissed the spot behind my ear. "I have an idea of what I want to get Mel."

And with that, we both went into the living room where Melody was in her swing, sound asleep.

"We could get Matt the signed Metallica album and the signed Athletics bat for Zacky? I just don't know what to get for everyone else." I whispered to myself, biting my bottom lip.

" I don't know either." Brian agreed with me. "I swear I find;t mean to, but I just ordered over $500 worth of toys and things for Melody. Jesus, this little girl is already burning a hole in my wallet"

I laughed, throwing my head back, but stopped once I saw Mel shift a little in her swing. Brian just shook his head with a loving smile.

"I'm totally going to buy all of this. She deserves the world." I smiled at Brian.

He is totally and completely devoted to our daughter, it's amazing. I silently began thinking of what I should get Brian, when he really has everything he wants. So what do you get a man who has everything he wants and more? I smiled to myself as an idea popped into my head.

Biting my lip, I picked up Mel slowly from her swing and walked upstairs with her in my arms. I walked to her bedroom and placed her in her crib, turning on the white noise machine and baby monitor on my way out. Then, I walked back downstairs to find Brian lounging on the couch, watching some random tv show. Slowly, I walked behind him, and began kissing his ear.

"Baby, what are you doing?" Brian asked, his voice husky and his breathing shallow.

"Nothing, just showing my love for my husband." I placed another sloppy kiss on his jaw, gently biting as I did so. As I did that, Brian grabbed my arm and pulled me over the couch so that I was straddling him. I giggled and leant down and kissed him hungrily.

Brian gripped my hips, moving my hips in a circular motion over his growing erection that was now poking my inner thigh. I looked down at Brian and smirked as I saw his face. His mouth was slack, his eyes were closed tight, and he had his brow furrowed.

"Come here, you." Brian said as he snaked his arm around my hips and switched our position so that he was now on top. I giggled as he kissed my neck then proceeded to make sweet love on our couch.

it's sort of a filler I guess lol idk I wrote this a long time ago. I'm not going to promise frequent updates because I am one lazy motherfucker lmao but I will try my best :)
