Izzy’s P.O.V
It seemed like a really time since anyone had heard from Erin or Matt… Jimmy said that he and Monique were with her till she went to meet him and then never heard from her after that. We had gotten word towards 1 that Matt said I love you to her and so my guess is that they were working things out.
“Hannah are you gonna worry all night about Brian or are you actually gonna head downstairs and take him aside and talk to him about this?” I asked Hannah who was trying to avoid talking about the fact that Brian never got emotional.
“Please just let me do it on my own time” She pleaded to me.
“I just don’t want you to get hurt by this Hannah… the more you wait the more he is gonna hold it in and is likely to break… and then you never know what can happen” I said to her and she sighed.
“Can you and Jimmy stay… somehow Jimmy just makes everything easier” She asked and I nodded and pulled her downstairs. The guys were sitting there cracking jokes like usual and Hannah took a deep breath and went over there frantically taking Brian off guard.
“I hate that you never wanna talk about how you feel about what happened” She blurted out and my eyes widened… not what I meant when I wanted them to talk.
“What?” He said and every single one of us raised our eyebrows at the fact that Brian was confused.
“You slept with Michelle.. you cheated.. you said sorry but for me.. that isn’t enough. I need communication… to know how you feel about it otherwise we aren’t gonna last” She said and I sat down on Jimmy’s lap.
“What more is there to say other than I am sorry? What more do you want me to say? That I am torn up about it? That I feel terrible because I stepped on one of the greatest girls that I love so much? Well there I fucking said it!” Brian said loudly and everyone just sat there stricken with love, excitement and of course shock.
“Was that so hard to get out? I mean jeeze were you more worried that I would leave you? Cause I would never leave a man that I love more than anything” Hannah stated and sat down on his lap and he smiled but he still had a sad look on his face because that wasn’t easy for him to say.
“You do love me back though?” Brian asked with his head down a little bit and she lifted his face and kissed him gently and then Tatum and Monique bursted through the door.
“I swear to god if that girl does not text me back soon I am gonna kill her!” Monique said and Tatum was just laughing at the fact that Monique was being her usual self… Drama Queen!
“Monique she went to see Matt and they have a lot of stuff to get through… it takes time! And besides- oh umm…. Mr. Collins!” I said being cut off when Erin’s dad walked through the door and was looking around oddly at the sight of there being so many people in the house when he came home.
“Umm hi ladies and Jimmy and Brian… what are you all up to this fine afternoon and where has my daughter run off to?” He asked and all of us were laughing.
“She and Matt offered to make an ice cream run! You want me to text her anything specific for you? She is going to Sugar Crush on 7th! I know that is your fav!” I asked and he got all excited.
“AH YES! That amazing butterscotch one! You know which one I mean Iz!” He said and then walked upstairs and just then I was frantic to find her.
“I really really need you all to try and figure out where Erin and Matt would meet… it is really really important” I said and then Jimmy put his hand over my mouth.
“They are at that secluded park bench that is a little past the park… that has always been their spot” Jimmy said and then Hannah and Tatum ran for Erin. Hannah was the main one who would remember that they need to stop for ice cream to pull off this plan.
Erin’s P.O.V
Matt and I had been through a lot the past 4 hours according to my phone and I saw that I had endless texts but right now I really wanted this to work. I wanted to be there for him right now through any outcome and I needed to make sure that he knew that.
“I wanna say something since we are being really open with each other” I said to him and he just rubbed my hair.
“I want you to know that no matter what… whether the baby is yours or not… I am gonna be here for you as a friend and as your girlfriend. I just wanted to make it known” I said and he leaned down and kissed my forehead and I pulled myself up and looked him in the eyes and kissed him deeply crawling onto his lap. And then I heard someone shouting my name along with Matt’s… Hannah?... and… Tatum? The voices grew closer and then Hannah and Tatum came into the area and were out of breath.
“What the hell is going on?” Matt asked them.
“More like how the fuck did you find us?” I asked.
“Listen your dad came home and everyone was there but you and Izzy said that you and Matt ran for ice cream at Sugar Crush on 7th for everyone and he wants you home and some butterscotch ice cream” Hannah said panting still. I hopped off of Matt and smiled at Tatum and grabbed her hand and Matt’s and we ran for the hills… it is pretty important when my dad wants ice cream and wants me home.
“You are gonna love the ice cream Tatum! Oh and Hannah are Zacky and Johnny coming?” I asked making sure to get ice cream for everyone and Hannah nodded. After a long wait and multiple bags of ice cream I got back to the house and my dad seemed bothered by the fact that we took so long… uh oh not cool. He threw the lid on the ice cream across the room and took a huge bite.
“So we have got a major problem sweetie” He said and I just brought everyone into our massive dining room as we munched on the ice cream. Everyone was in silence like this was a movie. Matt rubbed my back as I took a bit of my buttercream flavored ice cream.
“Your mom just moved in next door… says that she wants joint custody and she will fight for it” He said and suddenly I was choking on my ice cream and Matt was now patting my back.. well roughly to get it out and I took a huge drink of water.
“WHAT!? NO I DON’T WANT TO LIVE WITH HER AT ALL!” I yelled wiping the ice cream that got on the table.
“Yeah well Erin she may get custody of you as well so you may be going next door with her sometimes.. I know that she is messed up but she made the choice to do this so for now we will fight.. and I will try my best to win.. but as for tonight. You have to say goodnight to everyone because it is her night” He said and I was in a daze… fucking hell how did this happen. And just then out of being pissed I stood up and yelled at Matt.
“I WANT MY SHOES BACK!” I yelled and everyone was confused and I ran upstairs to grab my stuff in a hurry and when I came back down Matt was waiting outside for me.
“Did you really find it necessary to yell that in front of everyone?” He asked with a bitter tone and I was still pissy about being with my mom so I snapped back.
“Well if you won’t get them then I will! No I love you but dammit leave me alone” I said and kissed him roughly and walked next door to my mothers who was waiting for me inside at the bottom of the stairs holding a glass of sparkling cider for me and for her.
“Welcome home my love” She said and at that point I said what the hell and drank it down with her… fucking hell what an interesting week this was gonna be…
