Friends 2 Lovers

“What are you two pulling?!” Tammy hissed at Mei and Kim while they all stood in the kitchen. Tammy had dragged her friends in there after Zack and Johnny left, demanding answers.
“What are you pulling?! What happened between you and Brian? You two are weird around each other!” Kim replied smartly. Tammy sighed and knew there was no getting away from it, her friend had always been the observant one. Tammy looked over to the three men, standing outside in the garden and sighed.
“He sort of kissed me last night” she mumbled.
“WHAT?!” Mei and Kim both yelled, grabbing Tammy’s arms. “That is amazing! Finally!” Kim sighed with a happy smile on her face.
“I guess there won’t be much guitar playing later on then” Mei wiggled her brows.
“Shut up! I don’t know where we stand, he kissed me, we both went to our own beds and haven’t spoken about it since, maybe he thinks it’s a mistake”
The other two women stood back, folding their arms over their chests and shook their heads.
“He will definitely not think that” they both replied “And if he doesn’t come through…”
“We will kick his ass”

“Whose ass are you going to kick?” Jimmy snaked his arms around Mei’s waist and pulled her against him, watching Matt doing the same with Kim, leaving Tammy and Brian standing around awkwardly.
“I think this is our cue to get out of here” Brian offered, heading for the door. Hugs were exchanged and Tammy followed him outside quickly.

“Soooo….Do you want to head over to my place right away? I could give you a ride if you want to?” Brian looked at Tammy from the side, after saying goodbye to his friends.
“I need to head home, but how about I’ll be at your place in… let’s say an hour?” Tammy looked at her watch and then back up to Brian meeting his eyes.
“Good, perfect… one hour.” Brian nodded “Okay, I’ll get my stuff set up and then we do some jamming.”
“Okay, then I’ll see you in an hour.” Tammy hugged Brian and quickly made her way towards her car.
“Yes, in an hour.” Brian headed over to his car and when he saw Tammy pull away from the driveway, waving at him one final time, and he let his head fall down on the steering wheel.

What had his friends gotten him into?
The whole morning he was questioning if it had been right or wrong to kiss her, hell he had been thinking about that question ever since it happened anyway…
He knew he had this crush on her since forever, but wasn’t able to make a move, his friends were trying to push him to do something about it, but didn’t they see that he was afraid that she wouldn’t return the feelings he had?
But maybe this was the chance to find out more, he would be alone with her, teaching her how to play, he was a master in that…
A private lesson just for her, in his home… sounded so innocent… then why were his thoughts always returning to that image of her in his bed?

Tammy quickly headed home, maybe she should have better taken him up on his offer and just gone with him to his home right away, get it over with…
Was she hoping for more… was she hoping Brian wanted to teach her, but not only the guitar?
Yes, she was, if she was honest with herself, she wanted more… but were her friends right, pushing her and Brian into the same direction, telling her that he liked her?
Does he really want to spent time with her alone?
He never asked her out or wanted to do something with her in private before?
Normally they were all hanging out with the others around, but maybe that was it?
Maybe that was the reason nothing happened between them before… Because someone would make a stupid joke or pushing when no one wanted to be pushed… maybe today… on my birthday we could finally find out if there was more than just friends…

Exactly one hour later Tammy stood in front of Brian’s house, the doorbell only inches away from her finger, waiting to be pushed.
But her finger shook… hell her entire body felt like it was made of jelly… but why?!
He was her friend, she spend days, months, no years together in his company but now.. it felt different.
One final breath and she put her finger on the doorbell waiting for him to open up.
The door was pulled open with one swift move, revealing Brian, he had changed his clothes, she noticed that immediately.
His hair was still a little wet at the bottom, so he must have taken a shower recently, just like her.
“Hey, there you are, come inside.” Brian held the door open while motioning her in.
“Thanks.” She walked past him into his living room, setting her new guitar next to the couch and smiled that he put an amp next to his couch and his guitar lay there plugged in, ready to play.
“You are prepared.” She smiled turning towards him and saw his eyes wandering up from somewhere on her lower back and meeting her eyes, his cheeks were getting a slight pink that hadn’t been there before.
“Yes… I thought, if we would do this, we do it the right way.”Brian walked past her trying to get rid of the embarrassment that he felt getting caught watching her ass when she had walked past him.
“Take a seat, you want something to drink or should we start right away?” He asked Tammy trying to regain the main point of this meeting.

“I’m fine thanks, if you want to, we can start.” Tammy smiled at him and Brian moved next to her on the couch, breathing deeply in and out and inhaling Tammy’s sweet scent, making him very aware how close they were getting if he really wanted to teach her something now.
“Okay, you want me to show you something, or should we do it together?” Brian asked her and Tammy looked at his plugged in guitar.
“How about you show me something, and then we try it together on mine? That way I can keep an eye on your fingers first, maybe that will help me.” Tammy suggested making Brian swallow thickly.
“Alright, let see… you got some ideas? What song do you wanna play?” Brian took his guitar and set it in his lap Tammy thought for a moment and “Dear God, it’s not so fast” She said finally making Brian look up.
“Okay, then keep those eyes on my fingers.” Brian wiggled them at her with a smile and Tammy could imagine that those fingers could do also many other different things that would bring a smile to her face.

Brian began to play, closing his eyes, he was sure that if he would look at Tammy he might slip a wrong note into the playing and he didn’t want that, if he was playing and teaching he wanted to do it perfectly, as perfectly as he could at least.
“That was wonderful” Tammy said when the last note was finished.
“Thanks… So, Tammy… now we gonna do that together, right?” Brian asked meeting her eyes, somehow he felt like playing this song for her made him braver, maybe it really was time to make a move… maybe the music could connect them even more.
“Yes, what do I have to do?” Tammy asked grabbing her guitar, Brian looked at her for a second, holding the guitar way too high and she looked rather uncomfortable.
“Wait let me…” Brian got off his place on the couch and slipped in between the cushions and Tammy’s back, making her sit between his legs and making Tammy’s mouth escape a small sigh.
“Let’s try it this way.” Brian helped her position the guitar and placed his hands atop of hers, his head was on her shoulder, leaning over her, his front pressed to her back.

His warm breath was softly gracing her cheek when his head turned towards her and his fingers stroking hers, he whispered in her ear, or it felt like whispers when he told her what to do and before Tammy even knew it, she heard the song playing, it wasn’t perfect, but she was amazed at how easy her fingers were gliding over the sides and fret board just with the little guidance she got from Brian. Maybe it was just his presence making her able to do that, all the small strokes of his fingers that made her way too aware of how close they really were to each other now, and when he softly began to hum in her ear, letting her hear how the notes should sound like, Tammy was sure…
She needed to make the next move, if Brian wouldn’t be making it soon.

“See, there is not much to it” Brian softly said in her ear, making her turn her face towards him with a smile. That smile faltered when Tammy realized how close they were, their noses already touching, his breath on her face.
“Brian….” Tammy let out on a sigh as he bridged the last inch and softly kissed her lips. Way too soon to her liking, Brian backed away again and got up from behind her. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She would never let the other women give her advice again, he wasn’t interested, it was just the heat of the moment and now he turned away from her. That thought was the reason Tammy was caught completely off guard when she felt Brian’s lips on hers again. He had moved over to sit down next to her again and she hadn’t even noticed it. This kiss had more want in it, Brian’s tongue moving over her lips, trying to gain entrance to her mouth, which he took as soon as she opened up a little. His calloused hands were on her face now and Tammy suppressed a shiver, not really succeeding.

Brian backed away from her a little, uncertainty in his eyes as he looked down on her.
“Is this okay? I mean, I know we are friends, but I think I might like you a little more than just friends” his voice was hesitant and unsure and he looked at her with begging eyes. Tammy couldn’t help herself and bend forward again, kissing him once again.
“Yes, this is definitely okay, I… I… wanted you to do that for a long time”
“Did I make you stutter? You never stutter!” Brian looked at her amazed, as if it was the first time he really saw her.
“Yes, you did, thanks for pointing that out, you ass!” Tammy playfully pushed Brian’s shoulder and Brian stared at her, making the air around them thick, quickly. He stared in her eyes again and pushed forward, his lips crashing down on Tammy’s. There was no stopping it now, not now she admitted she liked him too.

Brian pushed Tammy back on the couch, touching every little bit of her body he could reach, while their kisses grew more and more demanding, more hungry. After a little while they both needed to come up for air and Brian stared at Tammy’s beautiful face.
“Is this real?” he smiled down at her.
“As real as you want this to be, but if this is a dream, please don’t wake me up”
Brian chuckled “You are tacky”
“I know! It’s your fault” Tammy replied with a facewide grin.
Her smile faded when she saw Brian’s serious face, afraid something was wrong, afraid something would ruin this perfect little moment they were having. But then Brian spoke up.

“I know we are at our first date at the most, and I know you are not that kind of girl, but I want you so bad Tammy. I’ve known you for so long, this can hardly count as really dating, right?” Brian’s kind eyes looked into Tammy’s, a little embarrassed about his confession, but Tammy just smiled and kissed him again.
“I thought I would never be together with you, I thought I would just have to live with this crush….. and now you ask me if I want to wait? Hell no! You better take me right now and give me the best birthday present ever!” Tammy smirked at the man she had wanted for so long and she couldn’t stop her heart from thumping as Brian grabbed her hand and dragged her to his bedroom.

As soon as they entered the room, Brian started undressing Tammy, kissing every part of skin he revealed. Tammy was tugging on Brian’s shirt, and after that had vanished, his pants followed, she was not able to contain her desire for him anymore.
“I’ve wanted you for so long… “ he sighed in between kisses, pushing her back on his bed.
Tammy giggled, a sound Brian hadn’t heard her use often.
“We are so stupid, we could have saved so much time”
“We still have plenty of time” Brian whispered as he laid on top of Tammy, calmly sliding his erection inside of her. “We have all the time in the world”
Brian kissed Tammy again, not leaving her lips for even a second now, while he was slowly thrusting, slowly making love to this amazing woman, who had only love for him in her eyes.
Brian moved his kisses from Tammy’s mouth, to her neck, to her breasts as they were both slowly working to building that climax, that explosion that wasn’t far away now. They could both feel it coming.

The thrusts Brian was making became faster and deeper as Tammy squirmed under his touch.
“Oh shit Tammy, I’m so close!” Brian rushed out, while taking over Tammy’s mouth again. Tammy hummed in agreement and tumbled her hips a little, making Brian come hard and suddenly. Brian fell down next to Tammy and pulled her to his body.

“I love you Tammy, I am never ever going to let you go again”

Brian came back into the room with an mischievous grin on his face. Tammy and him had been enjoying their afterglow, when it was roughly disrupted by Tammy’s growling stomach, so Brian had suggested he would get something to eat. He was holding a tray with all kinds of foods and drinks, and…. Their cellphones….
“What the hell?” Tammy asked as she held up her own phone.
“You should check it” Brian chuckled “Let’s see who wins”
Tammy opened her startscreen, seeing 15 missed calls from Matt, 25 missed calls from Mei and another 25 from Kim and a whole lot of texts. She showed Brian her result, making Brian show his. Tammy won, but it had been a close call.

“Do you wanna fuck with them a little?” Tammy asked Brian, a twinkle in her eyes.
“Absolutely” he grinned. He laid down next to her, watching her unlock his phone, hitting the speeddial button for Matt, putting him on speaker.
“Haner, seriously, what is going on?! Why aren’t you answering your phone?! Did you finally make a move on Tammy? I mean, we set everything up for you, you only had to seal the deal!”
“Matt?” Tammy sniffed, pretending to be crying “Matt? You should come over here… I… Brian…”
“Tams?! What did he do to you? Tammy?!”
“I… I…. Matt, Brian…”
They hurt a ruffle on the background, some murmering between Matt, Kim, Jimmy and Mei and then a door opening.
“I will be there in a few minutes.” Tammy and Brian heard Matt open his car door “I’m going to kick Haner’s ass if he hurt you, please tell me what is wrong Tammy, you got me worried. Tell me now. I’m coming.” Matt’s voice sounded worried, angry and impatient and Tammy could hardly suppress her laughter.

“Oh Matt, Brian… well… Brian took real good care of me… and I figure he will be doing that for a long time to come.. Speaking of coming… I don’t need you to come over… we can handle ourselves”
“You… Brian… What?!” Matt’s sounded confused and then finally put everything together “You finally…”
Brian took the phone out of Tammy’s hand “Yes, we finally… now leave us alone and excuse us for Kim’s birthday, but we won’t be able to make it this year…. Maybe next one… if you guys are lucky…”
“Brian! We need to know… You need to…” Matt tried to get some answers, but was cut off by the beeping of his phone. Tammy and Brian had hung up on him.

“We are turning off our phones… and not opening the door…. I want you to myself, now I finally got you” Brian hovered over Tammy as he kissed her deeply, Tammy nodded in agreement.
“I don’t want to share you, not even with my best friends”

Brian kissed her again and smiled
“Happy first birthday of the rest of your life, baby”
