Stand Up and Scream

Friday came quickly for the guys and Haley-Ray and Dannielynn. Both parties bursting with excitement as it was nearly time for the polls to end.

“Zack, hit the end button now, it's noon.” Matt said while looking at the clock

Zacky nodded his head and turned the poll off. Jimmy ran in the room with Johnny chasing him.

Brian picked Johnny up and they all laughed as he struggled.

“Your all fucking mean!” Johnny said as he kicked his feet.

“And your fucking short! Jimmy said while laughing.

“Is Arin here?” Brian asked while looking at Matt.

“I think, Matt and Jason are up at Big Bear with the girls.” Matt said while sitting down.

Brian nodded his head and placed Johnny back on the floor. Johnny jumped on Jimmy's back and Jimmy just stood there.

“Arin?” Brian called upstairs.

“Yeah?”

“C'mon down.”

Brian went back into the living room and sat next to Matt. They all heard footsteps and saw Arin just in hi pyjama pants.

“We just closed the contest we put up!” Matt said with excitement in his eyes.

“Really!?” Arin asked as he sat next to Zacky.

“Yeah, I just closed it,” Zacky said with a grin.

“How many redbulls have you had?” Haley asked Danny as she ran about the apartment.

“6...?” Danny mumbled.

“Fucking Hell, Dan!”

“I'm nervous, okay? What if we do win?”

“Well then we win!” Haley said as she took the can of redbull out of Danny's hand.

Danny pouted and stomped into the living room. Haley followed her and saw that Danny was going to sit down, before Haley could say anything Danny was on the floor. Haley laughed while Danny yelped.

“You missed the sofa, babe.”

“Never say, I just wanted to fall on my fucking ass!”

Haley helped her up the got punched lightly in the arm several times.

“Danny, it was funny.”

“It fucking hurt!”

A moment later Danny's phone rang. Her eyes widened and she grabbed the phone from the coffee table.

“Hello...?” Danny said into her phone.

“Hey, this is Zacky Vengeance from Avenged Sevenfold, I was just letting you know that you and a friend have just won the contest!”

“Shut the fuck up! NO WAY!” Danny shouted into the phone.

“Yeah, I'm serious honey. Now if you tell me where you live and the guys and I will pick you
up and go to the studio.”

Danny told him where they lived and Zacky told her to be ready in the next hour. Danny put her phone down and ran up to Haley.

“We fucking won!” Danny screamed.

“I could tell,” Haley laughed.

“We need to get changed!”

Both girls ran into their rooms and started to look for clothes. Danny looked for er black Jack Daniels tank top then grabbed for it. She placed it on her bed and looked for some shorts to wear. She finally decided to wear her black high-waist shorts with her tank top. She grabbed her black converse and shoved them on.

Danny went into the bathroom and started to do her make up. She put some foundation on, with some blusher and mascara. Her eye shadow was heavy and black with her lips red. Danny walked out of the bathroom and saw Haley walk out of her bedroom.

“Lookin' good!” Danny said as she looked at Haley-Ray.

“Not bad yourself,”

Haley-Ray was wearing blue skinny jeans, a white belly top and some blue Vans. Her make up was more natural looking that Danny's.

“How long left?” Haley asked.

“About twenty minuets...?”

Haley nodded her head and put a hand through her straight brown hair. Her hazel eyes scanned outside for a car that wasn't anyone's from the neighbourhood.

“Haley, what if it was someone pranking us?”

“Danny, I don't think anyone could pull of Zacky's voice. Maybe we actually won the contest.
Stop putting yourself down.” Haley hugged Danny and they both head a car horn.

They both looked outside and saw that Zacky was standing outside a car with Brian. Both girls grinned at each other then rushed outside to meet the guys.

“We just keep on running into each other,” Brian said as he hugged Danny.

“Maybe it's fate?” Danny laughed.

Or maybe we're keeping an eye on the two of you? Brian added in his head.

Danny hopped into the back of the van with Haley and saw the other guys. They all greeted each other and Zacky drove them to the studio.

“What's the best song you can play by us?” Zacky asked Danny as she picked up one of
Brian's guitars.

Hours passed between them and Haley's and Danny's day had been wonderful.

“It depends on what. On lead I can play Critical Acclaim, Seize the Day, Scream, Afterlife and Beast and the Harlot. On rhythm I can play Seize the Day, Unholy Confessions, All things Will End. Them on bass I can play almost anything.”

Zacky and Brian nodded their heads, glad that she could play most of their hits. Johnny looked at the girl and swapped the guitar for his bass. Danny laughed and strummed the beginning of Afterlife.

Haley looked over at Danny every now and then as she talked to Matt and Jimmy.

“How long have you two known each other?” Jimmy asked.

“Since we were five. We're both twenty-one, so about sixteen years?”

“That's a long time,” Matt pointed out.

“We know,” Haley said as she looked over at Danny again.

“She's pretty good on the guitar,” Jimmy said as he watched Danny.

“You should have seen her the other night, she wouldn't stop playing My Chemical
Romance.”

Matt and Jimmy laughed and shook their heads.

“You wanna join them?”

Haley shrugged and followed Matt and Jimmy.

“Hey,” Jimmy said as he sat next to Danny.

“Fancy recording some stuff with us?” Matt asked as he looked at both girls.

“I can't really play anything...” Haley said as she looked at the floor.

“But you can sing,” Danny pointed out.

“But they don't need to know that,” Haley said as she glared at her blonde friend.

“Cool, what's your favourite song?” Matt asked.

“I don't really have favourites but thanks to Danny I have Famous Last Words in my head.” Danny laughed and shook her head.

“No, it's not my fault that I wanted to play My Chemical Romance!”

“You decided to play them at 1:00 AM!”

“Still?”

The guys laughed at the girls and Matt gently lead Haley into the recording booth. Danny
stayed in the control room with the others and lay down on the small sofa.

“Tired?” Jimmy asked as he turned around and saw her.

“A bit,”

“Maybe we should let you stay at our house for the night, if you don't mind and if Matt won't
mind.” Brian said as he looked over at Danny.

“Maybe,” Danny said as she looked at Haley through the small window, grinning slightly as
she saw her with her favourite person from Avenged Sevenfold.

Danny just sighed and sat up. Jimmy and Zacky filled the space while Brian and Johnny sat on the other sofa.

“How was that?” Matt asked through the mic.

“I thought it was a little flat from you,” Brian said through the intercom.

“We'll try again then.” Matt replied.

“Hey Matt, we we're wondering if Haley-Ray and Danny could stay at ours tonight as Danny
is really tired and our house is closer to the studio. What do you think, both of you?” Jimmy
asked through the intercom.

“If you guys let us then I don't see the problem.” Haley said.

“Then the girls are staying for the night.” Matt said.

Haley and Matt messed about in the recording booth while Brian, Zacky and Johnny went out
for a smoke. Danny rested her head in Jimmy's lap. He smiled slightly and stroked her hair
softly.

The things I would do to her in the next few weeks or so... He thought.
