Into the Unknown

Kory's P.O.V.

For the next couple of days, Matt was quiet and said nothing to me. He stared straight ahead and seemed to be listening to the teacher. His jaw was clenched, as I quietly sat next to him.
I looked back at Mel one day in Science and made a funny face at her. Everything had pretty much gone back to normal since the guys started here.
Mel stuck her tongue out at me and smile, dork. She mouthed.
I try, I mouthed back chuckled just a small bit. Matt tensed at the sound and looked over at me, "What are you doing?" He asked, menacingly.
I frowned and furrowed my brows, "What's up your ass?" I asked, crossing my arms.
His hands clenched into fists on the desk as his eyes bore holes into me. I swallowed, my next sarcastic comment and looked down at my lap.
"Sorry." I murmured, clenching my hands together.
Matt didn't say anything only turned away and looked straight ahead.
My heart pounded, if looks could kill.

Matt's P.O.V.

What is she doing? I looked at her out of the corner of my eye and saw her make a weird face at Mel. I turned towards her, "What are you doing?" I asked, i didn;t mean to sound so rough but she should be paying attention.
She furrowed those perfect brows of hers before snapping, "What's up your ass?"
It pissed me off, I wanted to bend her over the table so badly I almost did it in front of everyone. I clenched my hands into fists and glared her down.
She turned pale and looked down at her hands immediately, "Sorry." she murmured so low that I almost didn't hear her. I ignored her and turned back towards the front to keep from taking her right there.
I stared straight ahead and heard her heart beat faster. She was scared of me. Nervous. I struggled to keep from smirking as I pretended to listen to the teacher speak.

Kory's P.O.V.

"Holy shit I thought he was going to suck my soul out of my eyes." I told Mel after school as we headed towards my apartment.
"That's scary, Kory. Maybe you should talk to the teacher about moving tables. Asking her to switch back with me." She suggested.
We got to my apartment and I unlocked the door, "Yeah, maybe I should." I sighed, closing the door.
"Let's have a girls night in." I suggested, throwing my bag in the floor.
Mel shrugged, "Sure, why not?"

The night turned into movies and junk food. Mel and I fell asleep on the couch together watching Guardians of the Galaxy.
A rapid knock at the door woke me from a light sleep. I sat up and climbed over Mel to get to the door. I looked at the oven clock in the kitchen and sighed.
I flung open the door, pissed off, "Don't you know its 2:00 in the m-"
Something was flung over my head someone grabbed my arms and tugged them behind my back. I tried to open my mouth to scream but someone had put their hand over it.
"Shit she has her friend with her, shadows." Someone said.
Shadows? I rolled my eyes underneath the material over my head. I couldn't see anything but burlap.
I heard someone pull a moaning Mel up, "What the..?" She too, I'm sure, soon had a bag over her head a hand over her mouth.
I struggled against my captor's strong hands and arms as they dragged us to the first floor.
We're being kidnapped, I realized, my heart nearly in my throat, and nobody is going to look for us. No one.
What were we gong to do? Where were they going to take us?
