*Carry On*

I sneak out of my temporary bedroom and hear Zacky scolding Brian and telling him to picture me as Grandma Haner before hearing Brian argue back that his grandma never looked like me.

"You're a sick bastard, thinking of my poor Grandma, rest her soul, as a hot and totally bangable woman" Brian says and I can't help but blush and let out a quiet chuckle...although wrong, his words are funny and flattering.

Zacky warns him if he doesn't get his shit together then they are kicking him out of the band. I can't help but frown because I didn't realize how bad it actually was...I guess they really are at the end of their ropes with him.

Suddenly, Brian shouts "Look Jimmy is here!" before the door swings over and an extremely tall and attractive man with dark hair and crystal blue eyes appears in the hallway. I back up out of sights as he asks where the hottie with the body is, and I have to put my hand over my mouth to prevent myself from laughing out loud.

Zacky leaves and I hear Jimmy and Brian take off running down the hallway but a few seconds later there is a loud bang and some distant muffled sounds, so I make my way towards the direction of the noise.

I freeze as I reach the door way of the studio and Brian picks up his guitar and begins playing a hauntingly beautiful melody and Jimmy joins in on drums.

I can almost feel the pain and sorrow as he sings the lyrics and I can relate to his current emotional state....someone hurt him and he's blaming himself for not knowing any better.

Jimmy sees me standing in the doorway and stops playing as Brian finishes his solo and we both back at him. He leaves and walks out on the patio and I turn to follow him but Jimmy grabs my elbow and turns me around.

"Hi, I'm Jimmy...you must be Kaylyn" he says with a charming smile that makes me a little weak in the knees.

I smile back at him, "It's very nice to meet you Jimmy, but could you excuse me for a minute?" I ask and he nods his head as I make my way out onto the patio behind Brian.

He's leaning against the railing with his back to me and smoking a Marlboro cigarette. "Can I have one?" I ask and he jumps slightly in surprise but recovers quickly. He sticks another cigarette between his perfect lips and lights it before handing it over to me.

I can't help but smirk as I take a long drag and remember the taste of his lips on mine from before. He notices and teases me, "Is someone wanting to taste my lips again?" he whispers and backs me up against the house.

I can feel myself get excited at his words and it takes every inch of my willpower to place my hand in his chest and lightly push him back away. I look up into his beautiful chocolate brown eyes, "So do you want to let me help you?" I ask

...but I'm not fully prepared for his response.
