**Kaylyn's POV**

"I-I don't want to be j-j--" Brian stutter out while softly caressing my burning cheeks...holy shit, is he really going to tell me he doesn't just want to be my friend?!?

My eyes dance with excitement as I wait for him to finish his sentence but Matt starts yelling for Brian to get back to band practice before he can finish his sentence. Ugh, fuck you Matt!!

He let's out a heavy sigh and pulls his hand away from me yelling back to Matt that he's coming. He looks back at me but I can tell that the moment we just shared was shattered by the interruption.

Brian gently kisses my lips before standing up and heading back inside. What?! No! He can't leave it like that?! I need to know if he feels the same way about me, and I need to know NOW!

I scramble up and rush towards the house just as Jimmy steps out and blocks the entrance. "Jimmy can I get by?? Please!" I beg but he shakes his head at me. What??? Why is he trying to distance me from Brian??

"Sorry Riz, no can do" he shrugs and I try to shove him out of the way but he's not as gangly as he looks.

I sink to the ground and beat on his shins, "B-but Jimmy, Brian almost said-" I choke out and he kneels down next to me...if I thought it would work, I would push him over like a linebacker and run downstairs after Brian, but let's face it, I'm weak.

He let's out a heavy sigh, "Oh I know what he was going to say...I was coming to check on him before Matt cut him off. I also saw his hesitation in actually saying it and his relief when Matt interrupted him. He's not ready.. and unless you want to scare him, you need to slow your roll" he whispers and I rest my forehead against my knees.

Jimmy stands back up and joins the rest of the guys back downstairs while I continue to sit all by my lonesome, outside Matt's house. I can't go back down there and pretend like nothing life changing almost happened.

I so badly want to see Brian play some more though. The way his fingers glide effortlessly over the frets is one of the biggest turn ons I have ever witnessed. Mhmm what I wouldn't do to feel his fingers on my skin. I bite my lower lip and let out a small moan before realizing my surroundings. This is not the place to get myself off daydreaming about my...my..FUCK, I DON'T KNOW!!

I groan standing up and decide that I can't hide...things are about to get real close and personal in two days, when the tour starts, so I can't avoid him forever.

I make my way back downstairs but force myself not to look at Brian as I do. I pull my laptop back onto my lap and hope to distract myself with work for the rest of practice.

I click on my inbox and read through a whole bunch of junk mail before reading one that Iida sent saying that my belongings have shipped to Zacky's house. I had her send them their since I wasn't sure if Operation Haner was going to be a success...I'm still not sure if it was a success.

I quickly glance over the screen and see Brian looking at me with concern but I quickly drop my eyes back down. I can't let him know that he's hurting me or he will push even further away. I decide to respond to my assistant when a new email pops up.
