Joe’s POV
“Oh Matt! Right there! Yes!!” Matt was between my legs, his tongue hitting all the right places. We just had our last breakfast in bed, when Matt had told me he wasn’t quite satisfied yet.
I was so close to breaking apart when he stopped and hovered over me, kissing my lips.
“Why? Why did you do that?!” I whined, looking at that smug look in his eyes.

After an hour we were packed and ready to go. It was a shame we had to leave, but I was ready to face the real world. We would be ready.

“Are you ready to go home?” Matt raised me from my thought
“I think so. Will be a little weird though, don’t you think?”
“No reason to be weird, you belong to me, so they will accept it. Speaking of which. You should unpack your stuff in my room, no need for you to stay in a guestroom, you are not a guest anymore” Matt grabbed my hand and squeezed it softly. The buzzing of my phone broke our little moment.
“Don’t pick up” Matt begged “Let’s just enjoy this for a little while longer”

“Wait” I told him, looking at the caller ID “It’s Olivia, haven’t talked to her in a while, I seem to keep missing her”
I pressed the answer button and Olivia was immediately in my ear “Jose! Is that you or do I have your voicemail again?” I chuckled a little at my friend’s reaction.
“No, it’s really me Liv, I can’t believe we finally got a hold of each other!”
“Me neither.. damn, I feel like I haven’t seen you in ages” I thought about that, she was right, I hadn’t seen her since I moved in the mansion.
“Yeah, well, things have been weird, we definitely need to meet soon and catch up. Maybe you can come over sometime?” I looked at Matt who nodded in approval.
“Sure! What about you give me the address and I head over there right now. I missed you”
“I missed you too, but now can’t do, I’m not there”
A sigh of disappointment sounded in my ear, and my heart broke a little. I missed my best friend, I missed her a lot, and there was so much that had changed.
“Where did the company bring you this time?”
“Big Bear Lake, and the company didn’t, Matt did” I answered, thinking my best friend would be amazed. I didn’t tell her about Matt and my testphase, I didn’t even tell her about the night we spend together, I was too afraid to jinx a good thing.
“Yeah, I know Matt brought you, don’t be a smartass” she sounded bored already, so I decided to just throw it on her.
“Matt came with me, together we came many many times” I smirked over at Matt, who was now laughing out loud.
“WHATTTTTT!? Josephine Elisabeth Tompkinson! What are you saying?!”
“Matt and I are together, I love him and he loves me, we just had our first official getaway” Matt put his hand on my leg, stroking it with his thumb.
“I can’t believe you kept this a secret from me Jose! How could you!” Her voice softened and I could feel from her tone that this was actually the only thing she wanted to know “How is he treating you? Are you happy?” I nodded, stupidly realizing right after that she couldn’t see.
“Very good Liv, I never felt like this before… In a good way” I put my hand on Matt’s hand.
“Put me on speaker Jose, now” I did as she told me and held the phone inbetween Matt and me.
“Listen carefully Matt, you only know me as the fun best friend, but if you hurt my girl, I will hang you by your balls”
“Ouch” Matt replied with a smile “I don’t think you will need torture techniques Olivia, but thanks for taking care of Joe”
I quickly took my phone of speaker again and put it to my ear “LIV! What was that for?!”
“He needed to know” she stated matter of factly. “You let him call you Joe?” I blushed heavily as she teased me a little more.
“Bye Liv, I will see you soon”
“Jose! Wait! I…” But I didn’t hear what she was saying, I pressed the end-button and put my phone away.
“She loves you” Matt looked at me briefly.
“I know, is it okay for me to invite her over someday soon?” I didn’t ask Matt permission, this was me trying to take his opinion in to accord.
“Of course it is, it’s easier for me, I can leave you two to it if you are in my house”
“Good” I looked out of the window, enjoying the view, while holding Matt’s hand.
We were almost home.

The minute we stepped into the house, I knew something was off. Everyone stood in the hallway, except for Brian and Jacky.
“Hey, that’s some welcome committee” Matt let out, while throwing his keys and sunglasses on the table.
Arin stood a little to the side and he avoided meeting my eyes. Zack and Johnny both had their arms crossed over their chests as they both slowly shook their heads.
Zack looked from Matt to me and then back to Matt, it seemed like they knew already, but why weren’t they just saying something?

Just as that thought went through my head, Zack opened his mouth.
“Brian needs to see you in the office” His tone was all business as he looked pointedly at Matt.
“What?” Matt snapped. Zack shrugged at him.
Matt took my hand and we walked towards the office, wanting to pass Zack, but he stopped me.
“Not you. This is something between Brian and Matt.”
I saw Matt shoot an angry glare over his shoulder and even I recognized the words Matt had used on Brian when he found out about Jacky.

I watched Matt walk away from me, while I turned around to face Arin, Johnny and now Zack too, wondering what they were all up to. And what was Brian pulling? Guess I would have to find out soon.

Brian’s POV
I sat in Matt’s office, I saw them arriving on his security cams. We had planned it like this, I saw Zacky talk to Matt and motion him to his office, while he stopped Joe with a hand, the smile dropping off Joe’s face, while Matt narrowed his eyes on Zack.
He must know what was going on… and he better be prepared.

I smirked to myself, first of all he wouldn’t like me sitting in his office and especially in his chair at all.
Playing big boss, when he is not here… but that’s all part of it.
Then I had something in my head I wanted to let out on him all along… he was freaking out, because I had a secret thing going on with Jacky…
He accused me of being a bad friend and not trusting him with my feelings and shit, and look at Mr. Leader big guy there?!
Booking himself some honeymoon fun with Joe, without telling any of us what this was really about?
Really Matt?

Well, but if I come to think about it, some of us had known… Arin.. the kid… he trusted the kid more than the rest of us.. oh he was so going to hear this tirade of things and I really couldn’t wait to start.

The door opened and I saw Matt walking inside the office, he looked around and found me in his seat.
“What the fuck, Brian… what is this about?” He demanded looking annoyed and I motioned for him to sit down, let’s make this officially shall we.
“Please close the door, not everybody in the house needs to hear this and then take a seat, I think we have something to discuss.” I told him, and tried to hide the smirk on my face.
Matt rolled his eyes at me, already being pissed but I knew I would start this conversation just like he had done with me.
“So Matt, what is going on between you and Joe?” Matt opened his mouth to answer me but I interrupted him, just like he did. “I want the full answer Matthew, no beating about the bush anymore”
“You really think this is funny?” Matt asked, shaking his head at me.
“Tell me Matt... I thought you wouldn’t do relationships... anymore? I thought rule no. 1, the one that I broke, and you freaking rubbed into my face, was holy? Wasn’t it? Weren’t you so mad at me that you accused me of being just fucking my client because I felt that way? A little harsh, you had to admit, huh?” I leaned forward meeting Matt’s eyes and I saw the way he was looking at me, trying to judge my real intention behind all this, but I wouldn’t show, not yet.
I put my poker face on, and believe me I had a real good one.
“Fine, you want me to say it. I love her... okay. I fell in love with Joe, just like you did with Jacky. I broke rule no. 1 and I am sorry, for not realizing how serious you were with Jacky. Is that it?” Matt asked narrowing his eyes again and I shook my head.

“Why didn’t you say something to us? Why all the secrets, Matt?” I asked letting a small smirk come over my face making Matt frown.
“You want to talk about my feelings? Really? Fine, Joe and I decided to have a test phase, we didn’t want to jump all in like you and Jacky did, alright? We wanted to see if this would lead to something or better be unsaid. But after the time we now spend together, I know... fuck she is the one.” I opened my mouth to reply but only let out a chuckle.
“Are you fucking with me? For real Brian?” Matt chuckled as well and leaning back in his seat with a relieved sigh.
“You are a freaking asshole, you know that right?” Matt pointed at me, acting as if he was whisking sweat of his face.
“I hope you learned your lesson, big guy. You shouldn’t keep secrets from us... You don’t want us to do that, so you should treat us the same way, and you are not allowed to set rules and ask us to keep them if you cannot keep them yourself.” I got up and Matt did the same, he met me halfway and gave me a quick hug, before shoving me away.
“Don’t ever freaking sit in my chair again, you always readjust the back and the height, that sucks. And that’s a rule, you are really not supposed to break, jerk.” Matt said which earned him a laugh from me.
“If that’s all of your worries... so you and Joe are official now? You want to talk to the guys outside? Tell them the new rules... like no one is supposed to watch your girl too closely or something? I would do that, because those fuckers out there have no sense of right and wrong.” I told him which earned me a raised brow and I shook my head
“Doesn’t matter... You will see soon enough.” I added, making Matt even more confused.

I moved towards the door, but before opening up I turned around “Oh and Matt?”
He looked up to me a small smile on his face “Yeah?”
“Don’t let it get in the way, Matt, that’s the only thing I ask of you” I told him with the chuckle the same words he said to me a couple of weeks ago.
“I won’t, she is a keeper.” Matt replied with nearly my words.
“Are we good?” I held my hands up in a gesture of surrender.
“Yeah, of course” Matt smiled and shooed me out of the door, but just before I was gone I looked back inside.
“Matt?” He turned towards me again and grinned, already knowing what was to come “I’m happy for you, good catch, man”
