Chapter 10
Erin’s P.O.V
For the time being Zack and I just decided to calm down and I walked to the beach to get away from everything because I was really really upset. I knew what I wanted for Colby.. he was going to go to Heaven with Sarah… that was the only way for him to live. I walked along the empty beach and was literally frightened…. Because Papa Gates was right down the beach with Jake… I walked further down and already had so much to say to him.
“You cannot threaten me… you cannot hurt my son… you DO NOT talk to my husband the way that you did and you most certainly cannot have me EVER!” I said yelling at the end and they both just sat there not even phased by my anger. I slapped him in anger and he grabbed my wrist and just shook his head no.
“Mrs. Baker.. you shouldn’t mess with me. I am much too strong for you right now” He said and I just looked at Jake starting to tremble. Papa Gates grabbed my chin and forced me to look into his eyes.
“You will not send that child to be with your sister or it will be the last thing that you do you little bitch; you played me before but I have had 5 months to come back from that… you better prepare yourself for the worst and pray that you live long enough to see your child grow up” He said…. And I got pissed… how dare he ever fucking threaten me like this. I punched him with my other fist that was free and he went flying down the beach and then Jake came at me and I hit him in the face and he did a 360 and hit me in the stomach and I dropped face first only to kick under his feet making him fall and I pulled myself up and he grabbed my ankle and dragged me towards him making me fall again and kicked him in the face and ran at Papa Gates and kicked him making him fall and I ran towards home. I looked back and saw Jake running towards me so I sprinted as fast as I could and pushed my way through all the people and when I made my way around the block I ran right into Arin and we both fell and I sat there holding onto him and we both shot up when we saw Jake still running down the street. We made a run into Matts house and we crashed right into Brian and I grabbed him tightly.
“What the fuck is going on!” He said and then we heard someone trying to kick in the door. I screamed in fear because I knew that Jake was honestly not good at all and I knew what he was like when he was pure evil. He broke down the door and I made a run out the back door only to run into Papa Gates and he grabbed my neck and dragged me back inside so everyone could see. Brian ran at his father and Papa Gates and I went flying into the staircase and he pulled me up and before Brian could get a firm grip on me I ran for the hills. I heard loud crashes and I saw Jake run at me once again and when I made my way towards Zacks house Ellie grabbed me while holding onto Colby and teleported us away. When I opened my eyes Colby was crying and everything was white. I grabbed Colby from this unknown crib and held him tightly.
“Oh baby boy I am so sorry that I brought this” I said kissing his head and set him back down when I saw Sarah.
“You have really gotten yourself deep into Papa Gates bad side haven’t you?” She asked and I felt like a total idiot….
“I really cannot take a lecture right now Sarah… I don’t know what the hell is even going on down there and Ellie just took me and Colby away from it all” I said and she looked a little sad.
“Your son is staying Erin at least for now whether you like it or not. Ellie was just doing what she was told. I am going to give you your powers back because she got the dagger from Izzy and I was able to extract the angel side; this may sting a little but know Erin.. you are my sister and I love you and you need to fix this” She said and placed her hand of head and I felt burning and discomfort and it was all in all a very unpleasant feeling. She stopped and I fell to the ground… the lights going out.
Brian’s P.O.V
“YOU NEED TO GET OUT RIGHT NOW!!! YOU DON’T EVER DO THIS AGAIN OR I SWEAR DAD….. YOU WONT EVEN BEGIN TO KNOW WHAT HELL IS” Brian yelled causing the whole house to shake. Jake ran back in and Papa Gates just waited for a response.
“She was teleported away with the baby master” Jake said and I felt relieved knowing that she was safe. I am sure that Zack though wasn’t going to like what was going on. I saw Ellie run inside and she came over to me and nodded. She sent Erin and Colby to heaven… thank god.
“Master we have to go… we have to put the other plan in place” Jake said and I punched my father in the gut and he disappeared into the nothing... This was not good… this was terrible in fact.
“Fucking hell is Erin okay? Why the hell was he chasing after her like that?” I asked Ellie and she didn’t have the slightest clue.
“Arin she ran into you… do you know what’s up?” I asked him.
“Dude I have no idea. I was just taking a walk and she came around the corner running like she was terrified and she ran right smack into me sending up both down and Jake was right after her and we both ran thinking we were gonna find Matt” He said out of breath still from this.
“Jesus Christ this is a fucking mess… Matt is gonna be pissed when he comes home not only from my father but because his house is a mess” I said and Ellie snapped her fingers and everything was good again. Thank god for Ellie. I sat there pacing for a moment back and forth and just wondered what to do… I was worried about telling Zack about this. All of the sudden he comes strolling through the door.
“Where is Colby?” He asked and looked around at all of us wondering why all of us looked annoyed and tired along with pissed.
“Dude we gotta talk about something and you may wanna sit down for this” I said and he moved over to the couch with the rest of us.
“What is wrong?” He asked and Ellie was tearing up since she was the one who took Erin and Colby away. I knew she felt bad but she had a job and orders and it was for the best and Erin could always handle herself. She would be back… I think.
“Well I will start first… I was walking outside clearing my mind and Erin came sprinting around the bend scared shitless and ran right into me… She was being chased by Jake” Arin said and I butted in.
“They both ran to Matt’s only to run into me and Jake busted through the door and Erin ran towards the back… but my father was back there and carried her in by the throat I ran at him and got Erin from him but she ran again” I said and Zack was pissed and terrified.
“Now Zack… I am sorry about this first off… I had to teleport Erin…. AND Colby to Heaven with Sarah… they were my orders Zack” Ellie said and Zack shot up and I could tell he wanted nothing to do with this right now….
The madness has started again….
