Tension

**Alexis's POV**

I chase Jimmy down the stairs and run outside but bump into my dad as he makes his way towards the stage. "Whoa, slow down there before you hurt yourself or someone else" he says with a smile.

I pant out of breath, "I'm sorry...I was trying to chase Jimmy, but his legs are a mile long!" I rasp out then remember that I owe my dad a major hug for allowing me to go on tour with the guys, "Oh Dad, Thank you so much for the best birthday gift I could have ever asked for!!" I exclaim and he pulls me in for a hug.

"I'm guess Jimmy told you already" he laughs, "Well, your mother and I had to do something to one-up the band's gift of a private concert and Jimmy's of your own drum set...we surely didn't want to be out done" he says and rustles my hair causing me to slap his hands away.

"Dad!!! Like I just told Jimmy...I'm 18 not 8! Why does everyone still treat me like a baby?!" I pout.

My dad taps my pouted out lower lip and chuckles, "Oh...I can't think of any reason why we would do that" he teases and I scowl at him. "I'm joking...but you will always be my baby so please be careful out there, I love you!" he says in a protective but sincere tone.

I smile up at him, "I will Daddy, I love you too" I reply before heading towards the make-shift backstage area looking for Jimmy but literally bump into Matt. He grabs me so I don't fall backwards and gives me an adorable dimpled smile that I can't help but blush over before chuckling nervously and asking where Jimmy is hiding.

"Oh he made me swear not to tell.....but, if I could give the birthday girl a kiss I might reconsider" he teases and wiggles and eyebrow at me. I nod my head yes and he lowers his lips to within an inch of mine and I hold my breath in preparation but he tilts his face up and kisses the tip of my nose instead of my lips. I release the shaky breath that I was holding and he full on laughs making me punch his rock hard bicep...ouch, I think that hurt me more than him.

I scowl at him but he pulls me in for a hug, "You always were a tease...I'm glad somethings never change" I say and hug him back.

He softly kisses the top of my head and mumbles out into my hair, "Jimmy just told me you're coming, so I'm sure you'll regret saying that when you're out on tour with us. We are all still a bunch of loud-mouthed horny slobs..but I know you love that about us, right?" he asks in a deeply sexy voice that would make any girl weak in the knees.

I nod my head in agreement because I've seemed to misplaced my voice at the moment before catching a glimpse of Jimmy's tall frame attempting to sneak by, "I can't wait... excuse me" I mumble out to Matt before tackling Jimmy to the ground and squeezing him tightly. "I love you!" I say and bury my face against his lean chest.

"I love you too Lexi-Poo!" he laughs and I bite down over his nipple causing him to yelp in pain. "Ouch! You know, if you weren't my cousin I would find that kind of hott!" he teases and I smack him playfully all over his chest and abs in mock disgust of his statement. Honestly though, if Jimmy wasn't related to me, I would find him extremely attractive.....but he is, so no...just NO!

I stand and up and yank his lanky body up off the ground as the rest of the guys grab their gear and head out onto the stage. Brian winks at me as he passes behind Jimmy's back and I can't help but fluster and drop my eye down to the ground. I give Jimmy a quick hug and make my way around the stage and sit in the front row of lawn chairs.

My own private concert begins and I can honestly say that I have never been happier in my life! I can feel Brian's dark brown eyes staring at me and I squirm uncomfortably in my seat....why is he looking at me like that? I can't help but secretly wish that he is lusting over me and that's the reason he's unable to look away.

Oh boy, my thoughts are going to get me in trouble on tour!

**Brian's POV**

I can't take my eyes off Alexis the entire time we are up on stage...she looks so beautiful and is happily singing along to every song we play. I love seeing her smile and would honestly do anything to see her smile all the time...especially in the morning light after a night of very passionate sex.

Whoa...I'm am so going to get my ass kicked by Jimmy if I ever suggest that thought out loud near him! I want to prove that my feelings for her go beyond the confines of my bedroom, but how?!

I can assume from the brief interaction we had in the garage before Jimmy's interruption, that she has feelings for me too but I wonder if she would be interested in anything more than a teenage make out session. It's not that I would mind that...but, I was kind of hoping for more....I don't know, a relationship possibly.

The show ends and she jumps up on stage and runs to give Jimmy a hug before making her way around and hugging and kissing the rest of the guys on the cheek before finally stopping in front of me. "Did you enjoy the show?" I ask and she nods her head and beams with excitement.

"I honestly can't wait until graduate next Friday and then hit the road with you guys to finish the rest of your tour!" she exclaims and I'm honestly shocked....Jimmy didn't tell me she was coming on tour with us...I wonder if any of the other guys know.

I unstrap my guitar and wrap my arms around her and she nervously hugs me back. I can feel her heart pounding in her chest and I'm sure that she can feel mine doing the same. She pulls back and leans in to give me a kiss on the cheek but I turn my face and connect my lips to hers briefly before she gasps loudly and covers her face with her hands in embarrassment and heads back inside.

Johnny slaps me on the shoulder, "Smooth move Gates!" he teases and I shoot him a warning glare that I will hurt him if he dares to say another word. I huff and pack up the rest of my stuff before heading in the house to look for Alexis. I find her staring at herself in her bedroom while running her finger tips over her lips softly.

She doesn't notice me standing there, so I gently knock on the doorframe and she fumbles slightly and drops her hand down away from her face before turning to face me. "I'm sorry" I whisper and I hear her breath hitch in her throat. I take a step closer and she backs up against her dresser and clutches the top and I frown thinking I am making her super uncomfortable.

I turn back towards the doorway and begin to step back into the hallway but she grabs my hand and pulls me back and kisses me passionately. I skim my tongue along her lower lip begging for access inside her mouth and she moans and obliges. Our tongues dance together in her mouth and I pick her up and wrap her legs around my waist and lean her back against the dresser. She arches into me and I can feel my dick stir in my pants before I break the kiss and lightly suck at the spot where her neck and shoulder connect.

"Oh fuck" she moans softly and I can't help but smirk against her flesh and suck harder causing her nails to dig into my shoulders. We hear Jimmy coming up the steps and she reluctantly pushes me away and slides down my body and places her feet back on the floor. I can tell that she could feel just how much she was affecting me by the adorable smile plastered to her flushed face.

I lean in and give her another chaste kiss before rushing out of her room and into the upstairs bathroom and attempt to control my breathing...

Wow...I guess the feelings are mutual!

**Jimmy's POV**

I seriously can't believe Brian kisses Lexi in front of our whole family...does he have a death wish?! I just spent the last half an hour trying to explain to my Aunt and Uncle that it was probably just an accident before heading in the house to check on Alexis.

Her bedroom door is open and she is applying a light layer of coverup over her still slightly red cheeks...damn, it's been 30 minutes and she's still blushing from what I assume is embarrassment before noticing a slight hickey on the side of her neck.

That's it...I'm going to kill Brian!
