Chapter 23
Previously
They made the living room into a big bed and Matt placed Elliot next to Zacky as he went to find DVD’s to watch. More thunder was heard and Elliot gripped on to Zacky, wanting the storm to be over.
Now
Elliot was woken up with a load bang. She opened her eyes and groaned. Matt, Amy, Jimmy, Brian, Zacky, Johnny and her parents were in her room with a cake. Elliot rolled over and stuck her head into her pillow.
A chorus of ‘Happy Birthday!’ was ringing in her ears as everyone sang.
Elliot deicide to sit up and blow the candles out, hoping that they would go away. How wrong she was. Cheering was heard and Elliot glared at Jimmy and Zacky as they made too much noise.
“Now can you all please get out?” Elliot asked as she stood up.
Everyone laughed and got out of her room except from Jimmy, Matt, Brian and Zacky.
“What do you four want?” Elliot asked as she got her clothes ready.
“Whatever Amy’s got you, bring it tonight.” Matt said as he smiled as his sister looked confused.
“Why? Where we going?”
“Out,” Brian said also smiling. Elliot glared at all of them before pointing to the door.
None of them moved so Elliot began to lift her top up.
“Okay were going!” Matt said as he pushed the guys out the room.
Elliot laughed and got ready. She went to the bathroom and washed her face and brushed her teeth and then made her way back into her bedroom. She applied her make-up and heard her phone buzz on the wooden draws a few times.
Elliot walked over to her phone and saw that she had two new messages.
Hannah
Happy birthday, I’ll be at your’s soon x
Elliot smiled and opened the last text.
Addie
Even though we aren’t friends, Happy birthday.
How thoughtful, Elliot thought as she grabbed her bag and made her way downstairs.
She saw her breakfast on the table and started to eat the pancakes her Mom made for her. After Elliot was done eating her Dad gave her a small box.
She opened it and looked at him.
“Go on and look.”
She made her way outside and saw a new white SUV. When she saw Hannah staring at it she laughed. Elliot hugged her Mom and Dad and made her way outside. She got the car keys and opened the door.
“Check the glove department,” Jimmy shouted out.
She did as he shouted and saw a drivers licence and a bottle of Jack Daniels and a card in
Jimmy’s hand writing.
Dear Duck,
Happy birthday! You’re finally 17. Don’t drink all the JD at once, it’s bad. I know from experience. Anyway, you’re all grown up now and I can’t wait until you start your own life! When and if you have a wedding, I’m going to out beat Matt’s speech!

Elliot jumped out of her car and jumped into Jimmy’s arms.
“Thank you so much!” she exclaimed with the card still in her hands. Hannah grabbed the card
and laughed her ass off as she read what Jimmy put.
“You’ll have my present later.” Hannah said as she hugged her friend. “But for now, happy birthday!”
Elliot laughed and said bye to her overly extend family. They both walked and talk about what was going to happen. Hannah gave nothing away and stopped in her tracks once they were at school. Elliot looked over at Hannah and then saw what she was looking at.
Addie and London. Together. Talking. Nothing else. No fighting or arguing.
“And speak of the Devil,” London said as she moved forward to Elliot and Hannah.
“Go away Silver.” Elliot said as she tried to walk past them.
“Why Sanders? I mean we were just talking about you, and it seems like Addie has some interesting facts about you.” Elliot glared at the both off them and she was worried.
“And what did James telly you?” Elliot said. She felt weird using Addie’s last name, but seeing her with London made it that way.
“Well there’s a lot, but apparently you’ve slept with my sisters boyfriend, again. Is it true?”
“It has nothing to do with you.” Elliot said as she pushed past them, Hannah following her.
Fucking bitch, she swore to me that she would never turn out like her. Elliot thought as she made her way to her locker. Hannah looked at Elliot and hugged her.
“I know that I’ve not knowing you long, but is it true?”
“That I slept with Jimmy?” Elliot asked quietly. Hannah nodded her head and so did Elliot.
“It’s gonna be okay. Everything happens for a reason right?” Hannah said as she let go of Elliot. Elliot smiled and closed her locker. The bell went off and Elliot made her way to Homeroom, thinking if the day could get any worse.

I liked it at first but honestly there`s too much drama.. No decent older brother, especially not Matt, would be this shitty to their sister.
