Chapter 19

“Once we get home we are showing Mom and Dad this,” Matt said as he was getting the recording on a flash drive. Elliot blushed at all the attention and looked through more lyrics.
Now
“So your parents shortened your grounding because you helped Matt out on a song?” Arin asked as he, Elliot and Addie were walking outside of school.
“Yeah, basically. But I still have to sneak out.”
“That’s fucking rad!” Addie shouted.
“Look at Sanders and her new meat,”
Arin, Addie and Elliot turned around and saw London standing behind them. Hannah was inching away, not wanting trouble.
“And what about you’re new mean, Silver? Has he gone? Shame.” Elliot said as she watched people leave school.
“My sister means what she said, you know? It’s true about every word she said.”
“Let’s not bring that up here shall we,” Elliot said as she glared at Leana’s sister.
“What’s going on?” Jimmy said behind Elliot, scaring her shitless.
“Fucking hell Jimmy!” Elliot shouted as he hugged her.
“Shush you, anyway you ready to go home?” Jimmy said as he looked at Elliot.
Elliot nodded her head and hugged Addie. She kissed Arin and stuck her middle finger up at London. London got angry and started to walk to Jimmy while Arin and Elliot were saying bye to each other.
“Jimmy, Elliot’s been mean to me all day.” London whined.
Just like her sister… Jimmy thought.
“I haven’t got any prove off that, have I?”
London pouted and stomped off to her friends. Jimmy laughed silently and saw Elliot kiss
Arin one last time. Jimmy had to look away. He sighed and rubbed his face. Elliot walked back to him and punched his arm lightly.
“What the matter with The Knife Master?”
“London and Leana are the same,” Elliot laughed and nodded her head. She climbed into his car and waited for him to drive off.
“So are you and Arin official?”
“Yeah, we have been for a few weeks now.” Elliot said while looking out the window.
“We’re all going Big Bear for the holidays, you wanna come?” Jimmy asked, trying to make conversation.
“You sure? Matt said that you guys we’re going to write a few more songs.” Elliot said confused.
“I’m sure he won’t mind after last week when you sang ’I Won’t See You Tonight: Part 1’.”
Elliot laughed and got out the car once she saw that she was home. Jimmy followed and saw Matt’s and Brian’s car.
“Fuck! Why won’t you die!” Jimmy heard Matt yell once he walked through the door.
Jimmy walked into the front room and saw Matt and Brian playing a video game. Elliot was badly commentating and he sat down next to her.
“AND MATT WINS!” Elliot shouted. Brian sighed and watched Matt do his victory dance.
“In your face Haner, now where’s my 10 bucks?”
Brian handed Matt the money and Matt waved it in his face. Brian just shook his head and went into the kitchen for a beer. He gave one to Jimmy and sat back down.
“Hey, where’s mine?” Matt asked.
“Winners can get their own beer, new rule.” Matt said. Matt stuck his finger up at him and got himself a beer.
“How was school?” Brian asked.
“It’s school, Brian.”
Everyone laughed and got on to topic of the new songs. Elliot got out her phone and kept on texting Arin. She felt Jimmy tense up next to her and she ignored it.
“Jimmy you okay? You keep on stiffening up.” Elliot asked.
He just nodded his head and drank his beer.
Brian looked over at him and sighed.
A Few Hours Later
Elliot was in the kitchen helping her Mom cook tea.
“Elliot, cut these for me, please.” she said as she handed Elliot the vegetables.
Elliot grabbed the knife and started to cut them.
“SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKA!” Jimmy shouted behind her.
“Shit!” Elliot shouted cradling her finger.
“Shit E! Sorry!” Jimmy shouted as he saw blood flowing from her finger.
“MATT!?” Jimmy shouted.
Matt came into the room and saw Elliot’s finger bleeding. He grabbed the first aid kit and handed it to Jimmy.
“It’s in the top cupboard in case there’s anymore accidents in the future.”
Jimmy nodded and gently washed Elliot’s finger. He placed a band aid on it after cleaning it and brought the band aid to his lips. He kissed it and brought her hand back down.
“Better?” he asked.
She nodded her head and continued to cut the vegetables, with Jimmy helping her.

A Few Hours Later

I liked it at first but honestly there`s too much drama.. No decent older brother, especially not Matt, would be this shitty to their sister.
