Fire Inside

At our next fuel stop we met up with my dad and the guys ‘hey, can I stay a little longer?’ I asked as I walked over to my dad, he nodded and I smiled ‘thank you’ I said as I hugged him, he chuckled and hugged back then I went to the Disturbed bus and grabbed my things. When I came back out Jimmy helped me put my things on the Avenged bus and said I could share with someone at bedtime. ‘So what do we do now?’ I asked as I talked through the door at Jimmy so I could change ‘were going to get some food then get back on the road’ ‘sweet, do I look ok?’ I asked when I opened the door, I was in black shorts and a black tank top, he nodded and smiled at me. I smiled back and hugged him ‘what's this for?’ ‘Just because’ I whispered and I felt him nod then kiss the top of my head.

‘Come on guys’ I heard Brian say as he walked in, we nodded and walked out together and over to the rest of the group, my dad and the guys already left so it was just me and the Avenged guys. ‘Where are we getting food?’ I asked and they all shrugged and looked around ‘how about that little dinner?’ I asked as I pointed it out to them, they nodded and we all walked over. I walked over to Matt and pulled his arm around my shoulders and laced my fingers with his, he smiled down at me and I smiled back as we walked in.

‘6?’ the woman asked and we nodded, she nodded back then grabbed our menus and led us to a table that would fit us all. I sat in between Matt and Brian and the other three sat across from us ‘what would you guys like to drink?’ the woman asked, we either said water or coffee, she nodded then went to go get it ‘let’s see, what do they have for lunch?’ I said out loud as I looked at the menu ‘what about tomato soup and grilled cheese, you like that’ Jimmy said and I nodded happily then closed my menu and set it next to Brian at the end of the table.

As we were waiting on our food we were all talking and I was leaning my head against Matt’s arm and sipping on my drink ‘ok, here you go’ our waitress said as she and another girl brought out our food since there was a lot of us. We thanked them then started eating ‘you know, you two look like mountains sitting next to her’ Johnny said seriously making me giggle and look between Matt and Brian ‘yeah, well I can’t help that I'm little’ I said and he nodded ‘you're not that little’ Matt whispered in my ear making me blush a little and go back to my food.

Once we finished eating we all just kinda sat and talked for a while. I was leaning against Matt’s chest and he had his arm on the back of the booth, ‘so how long are you guys on tour for?’ I asked and everyone looked at Johnny because apparently he knew ‘were touring with your dad so we end the same time his done’ ‘oh ok so just another month then?’ ‘yeah, this is a really short tour compared to the six months we usually do’ he said and I nodded ‘well at least you'll be able to have a good break before your next album’ I said and they all agreed then we decided to head back to the bus so one of the guys paid for food and we left.

When we got back to the bus we just watched movies until everyone started dropping off until it was just Matt and I on the couch in the back ‘I'm gonna change, I’ll be right back’ I said and he nodded then flipped through the channels to find something for us to watch. I changed into sleep shorts and an oversized tank top after taking my bra off. I walked back into the back and Matt was still trying to find us something to watch ‘nice shirt’ he smirked and I giggled a little and walked over to him then straddled him ‘this is much better then tv’ he said as he looked me over, I blushed and ran my hands over his chest slowly. He had changed earlier so he was just in his boxers and basketball shorts

‘Hey’ he said and I looked up at him with a little smile, he smiled back and rested his hands on my waist ‘you're so beautiful’ he whispered and I blushed a little but kept my eyes on him ‘and you're handsome’ I whispered back and he smirked then leaned down close to my face. I leaned up and we kissed softly but it was quickly turned into a make out session. I wrapped my arms around his neck tightly and I felt him wrap his arms around my waist as he pulled me closer making me smile and break the kiss, we were both breathing hard and smiling at each other ‘I don’t wanna do this if you're not ready’ he whispered and I nodded ‘maybe we should get to know each other better?’ I asked and he nodded

‘What about a date?’ he said and I just raised an eyebrow at him ‘a date?’ ‘Mhm, why not?’ ‘I uh, I've never been on a date’ I whispered as I sat back on his legs instead of being up on my knees ‘how have you not been on a date?’ ‘Well, my dad is kinda scary when you don’t know him’ I said and Matt nodded a little ‘I see, well, what if I ask him?’ he said and I chuckled a little ‘you can try and if he says no I guess I’ll just have to go out the window won’t I?’ I smiled and he nodded then leaned down and kissed me again, I kissed back and yawned a little when we pulled away. ‘Come on, let’s go to bed’ he said and I nodded then got off his lap, he turned off the tv and we walked to his bunk, which was at the top so he had to help me get up there. He climbed up and I cuddled up to him and fell asleep quickly.
