Girl I Know

Stella’s POV:
Zacky and I walk downstairs and into his kitchen. I can feel his eyes glued to my butt, which is barely covered by his shirt, as I walk to the fridge. When I turn around, Zacky is biting his lip and I laugh, “Yes?” I ask, making him snap out of his daze and look up at me. “Sorry, you’re just so damn sexy” he says while making his way over to me and wrapping his arms around my waist. I smile before pressing my head against his chest and hugging him back. I care about him a lot more than I expected I would, I usually don’t get too attached to my boyfriends, but with Zacky it’s different. But it’s not like this will make me change who I am...We eventually break away and I open the fridge again. “What do you want to eat?” I ask and he slides a hand around my waist and pulls me away, “I’ll take care of it” he says before walking over to the cabinets and pulling out some pasta, “Spaghetti?” he asks and I nod “Sure! But I’m making the noodles, you do the sauce” I instruct and he nods “Yes ma’am!” he says while winking and I smile as we start making dinner. As everything is boiling, Zacky places a hand on my waist and pulls me against him and we stand in silence for a while. I press my head against his shoulder and take a deep peaceful breath. We talk a little while the food cooks, but for the majority of the time we just stay quiet and enjoy each other’s company. After we eat, Zacky grabs the dishes and puts them in the sink before taking my hand and leading me into the living room. We sit on the couch and I press against him so I can rest my head on his shoulder. “You’re spending the night right?” he asks, intertwining our fingers, “I’d love too” I answer while rubbing my thumb on the top of his hand slowly. It’s nice to spend a night at his house, usually we’re at a bar or doing something, but now we’re just sitting quietly and it’s really peaceful, the complete opposite of my daily life. The door suddenly swings open and Johnny, Matt, Brian and Jimmy are all standing there.“Bake-” Johnny shouts but stops as soon as he lays eyes on us, more specifically the fact that we’re both half naked. Zacky jumps up, “What are you doing here?” he asks quickly. All four guys stand there awkwardly, I notice that Johnny is carrying a twelve pack and Jimmy looks like he is too, “Uh, we were supposed to hang out at your place tonight remember?” Johnny asks slowly, avoiding my eyes. I move behind Zacky a little to cover myself up as best as I can, not necessarily because I am self conscious but I don’t think Zacky is the type of guy who wants his friends to see me half dressed. “Oh shit, I completely forgot!” he runs his fingers through his hair, “Um” he looks down at me, “It’s alright” I say quickly before standing up. “You don’t have to leave” Matt says and I look at him, he smiles at me sweetly. “Yeah you’re totally welcome to hang out with us” Jimmy adds and I look at Zacky who nods “Um, alright. Let me just get dressed” I say and they all nod understandingly. “Can you bring me a shirt?” Zacky asks and the guys laugh at his question. “Sure” I say before kissing him quickly and walking back upstairs to get covered up.

Zacky's POV:
Stella walks upstairs to get dressed and the guys soon walk in, kick off their shoes and make themselves at home. “So Zacky, a little forgetful are we?” Jimmy jokes and I laugh “Yeah, I’m so sorry dude” I apologize. I made plans with them a few days ago but it completely slipped my mind when I met Stella after band practice. “That’s alright, you were pre-occupied” Johnny says with a wink, which I find odd because I thought he didn’t really like the idea of us together but I shrug off the comment and laugh with them. “So that’s Stella I’m guessing?” Brian asks while opening a can of beer and handing another to Johnny. “Yeah” I answer “She’s fucking hot” Jimmy comments and I nod “Hell yeah, I’m a lucky guy” I say while sitting down on the empty couch across from Jimmy. “Yeah you are! Where’d you meet her?” Matt asks and I glance over at Johnny who’s looking back at me. “Uh, we met-” Johnny cuts in, “They met at my place after Zacky brought me home from our last performance, caught them going at it on the couch” he laughs. Jimmy, Brian, and Matt all look at me with wide eyes . “Nice” Jimmy comments and all I can do is nod sheepishly. “Thanks” I answer. I look up at Johnny who winks at me quickly while chugging the rest of his beer, getting comfortable.
