**Michelle's POV**

Holy fuck....no offense to Brian but that, hands down, had to be the best sex of my life! My heart breaks a little and envy courses through my veins...Why can't I have this all the time? What wrongs have I done not to deserve this?

I reluctantly pull away from Matt and start to search for clean yet comfortable clothes to put on. I can feel his eyes watching my naked body and it excites me.

"Like what you see?" I say in a sexy tone and quirk and eyebrow at him.

"I'd be lying if I said I didn't." he replies with a smirk and grabs me by the hips, pulling me back to him. "You are stunning, don't you realize that?" he whispers against my neck and softly nibbles at the flesh there.

I can't help but moan, "Matt, what are we going to do?" He freezes instantly. Damn me and my big mouth!

"Shit, Chelle you know I love you and I want you to be happy but I can't be that guy...I'm sorry I just can't." he says sadly and gets up in search of his clothes.

I scream, "It's not fair you know! I deserve happiness too! Everyone else gets a happily ever after while I get cheated on time and time again! Plus, I can't help that I'm falling madly in love with you!!!" My hands fly over my mouth when I realize what I just said. I told Matt I was in love with him.

...I wish I could say it wasn't true.

**Matt's POV**

Christ! Did I just hear her correctly? She's in love with me?! "Fuck.." I whisper out as softly as I can but she hears me and frowns, "Michelle, I'm sorry but your with Brian and I'm engaged to Val..."

Even the mention of Val's name at a time like this is like a stab to the heart. What have I done?

"You should just go.." She sobs out and rushes into her bedroom, slamming the door behind her.

God, I'm such an asshole! I grab my clothes off the floor and my cell phone falls from my pocket, cracking the screen on impact. "Perfect, I deserve that." I mumble to myself. I quickly get dressed and knock on Michelle's bedroom door. I may be an unfaithful ass but I'm not going to leave without saying goodnight.

"Go away Matt, you made your choice" she cries from the other side of the door.

"Please let me at least say goodnight, Chelle!" I beg.

She scoffs, "Don't you mean goodbye??"

i whisper, "I'm sorry" because I know she will not be opening that door unless I can promise her forever....but how can I? I'm promised to someone else.

I walk out of her house and slide into my SUV. I pull my phone back out of my pocket and decide to call Val to let her know I was heading home and to see if she was still at the party. I unlock the newly cracked screen and click on the phone icon. Surprisingly, the recent call log pops up and suddenly I feel sick to my stomach. I stare at the screen...most recent call is to Val....tonight....right after her last text to me. I click the info button and pray that the call never connected.

Duration: 1 hour, 9 mins.....I'm a dead man!
