Karma is a motherfucking bitch! I serious can't believe that just happened. Sure, I haven't always been the faithful loving boyfriend but nobody deserves a punch below the belt like this...especially not Val.

I glance up from my now empty shot glass and see her staring blankly into her full one. "Val, are you alright?" I know the question is stupid under the circumstances but I'm worried about her.

My voice breaks her from her trance and she downs the shot and sighs, "Oh me, I'm just fucking fantastic!" she spits out through gritted teeth. "My fiancé who just proposed to me today just fucked my twin sister....I'm the model image of alright!"

What can I say....nothing is going to make this situation any less painful for either of us. I pull her close to my chest as her tears stain my shirt. "Do you want to get out of here? We can hit up the liquor store and buy them out of their whiskey and drown our sorrows together at least?" I whisper into her ear. She just nods her head and we head towards the door.

I run in the store and buy every bottle of Jack Daniels they have on the shelf and hurry back to the car. Val has her head in her hands as I walk up and pull the door open. She jumps a little so I say, "Hey, it's only me."

She at least gives me a half-hearted smile when she see the amount to alcohol I purchased. "Do you think you got enough?" she jokes.

"I sure hope so." I tease back and a small laugh escapes her lips. Well at least that's an improvement!

I decide that taking Val back to her house wouldn't be such a great idea in case Matt showed up and I have been living with Michelle so we can't go there obviously, unless we want bloodshed...which right now we both do, but I talk myself out of it...we are both too attractive for prison.

"Do you want to go to the beach?" I suggest.

"No, I want you to take me to bed." she says frankly "I say we get even.... make them pay for hurting us like that!"

I'm shocked to say the least. "Val, I know you are upset but I don't think that's such a great idea....in time we can still fix this" I say.

"FIX THIS?!? Brian, there is no fixing this! The two people in this world that I am closest to just tore my heart out...I don't want to fix anything! I want to make them hurt like we are hurting!" She screams.

I have to admit that a betrayal like this is next to impossible to forgive. Sure, I cheated on Michelle before but never with any of her friends....and Matt, I'm going to fucking kick his ass when I see him. How could he do this to me...to both of us?

I look at Val and wipe away the tears falling from her eyes, "Ok, let's make them pay!" I say and smash my lips against her's and she moans into my mouth.

There is no turning back now!

I'm think a Matt POV chapter next....maybe he's trying to call Val but her phone is busted....maybe he see the outgoing call in his call log. You will have to stay tuned to find out :)
