“Sorry guys... Start to feel sick..” He waved goodbye to everyone and then turned himself to me. “Are you coming with me?”

I didn't know why he wanted me to come with him but I just nodded, said my goodbyes and followed. He was very quiet. When we were far enough, he whispered loudly.

“I don't like this guy!”

“Yeah, I know.” I laughed as we were still walking.

“Did you see it?!” He asked, angry, looking behind him at the guys sitting at the table.

“See what?”

“How he talked to you! He called you pretty, he doesn't even know you!” Brian said furious.

“Well! You should be happy for me! For once someone cares about me, it never happens!” I yelled, I couldn't believe how selfish his behavior was.

“You're wrong! I care about you..” He said, stopping me. I blushed.

“I know, but that's different..” I said crossing my arms onto my chest and looking away.

“Yeah but I'm still the only one that do it for real...” He said starting to walk again.

I didn't say anything but just followed him. We ended up playing video games, just like the old times. When it was all silence, except the video game's sound, I asked to Brian.

“How was it with Anna?” I asked with a pinch in my heart.

“Well she talked about her all the time...” Brian said as he was still looking at the tv. I couldn't help but smile.

“And?” I wanted to know more.

“She asked me out this Saturday. You know me, I,m too nice to say no..” He said laughing and looking at me. I laughed too.

“Do you want to?” I asked

“Not really, no.” He said looking back at the tv.

“Why don't you just tell her you forgot that you had already something to do with me!” I said, kidding, I knew Brian always kept his promises.

“Fuck Hayley! You're a genius. I'm going to call her, Right now!” He said putting the game on pause and standing up to reach his phone.

I looked at the scene, amused. I never thought Brian would have listen to me. He typed her number, then put his phone onto his ear and looked at me. He gave me his thumb up, I laughed quietly.

“Hey Anna, It's me Brian.. I'm sorry, I can't come this Saturday, I have a date with Hayley.. See yah!” He said shutting his phone down. He came back to sit on his bed next to me. “It was her voicemail, thank god!” He said laughing with a sigh of relief.

“Date?” I asked quietly, my heart racing onto my chest.

“Well it had to be something more than just going out so.. yeah, if you want to take it as a date then it's a date.” He said looking directly into my eyes.

“Where would we go?” I asked shyly.

“You'll see Saturday!” He said as he winked at me.

Time past and Matt came back into the room, I said goodbye to them and left their room. I couldn't help but smile again, I was happy, I felt good on that moment, I really was freaking out for nothing earlier. Brian didn't like that type of girl. The only thing I had to know was if Brian had the same feelings as me.. I really hoped tho.. I entered into our room to find out Val, laying on her bed, watching something on her computer. I had a big grin on my face still.

“Brian asked me on a date!” I said, so excited.

“No way?!” She said as she jumped out of bed to reach my arms.

We both were jumping like crazy girls in the middle of our room when the door opened. We stopped and looked at it, there was Brian standing there with my coat in his hand. He seemed lost, he quite probably didn't understand why we were jumping for no reason.

“Hum.. You..”

“I forgot my coat” I said as I cleared my throat, I went closer to him and took my coat from his hands. “Thanks...” I said.

“No problem. Goodnight.” He said as he closed the door and smiled to me.
