The girls sat and watched as the guys worked on their new songs. Brian, as always, had a few of his well known outbursts when he didn't get something right the first time. The girls couldn't help but to giggle every time he did. Brian yelled for what seemed like the hundredth time.

“I think Brian has major anger issues,” Becca whispered, giggling again.
“Major,” Tippi laughed.

Brian set his guitar down with a frustrated sigh.

“This is beginning to piss me off majorly. Can someone give me a different guitar before this piece of shit gets thrown out a fucking window?”
“Just calm down, dude. Not everything is going to be perfect on the first try. I'll grab you a different guitar.”
“Yeah thank you,” he snapped.

Matt shook his head and got up to grab Brian a different guitar. He wished Brian would stop getting so angry all the time. He was the only one to lose his temper during recording sessions.

“Hey how about we go out for a couple drinks after the recording is done? Ya know, as a celebration for how far we've come?”

Matt gave Johnny a smile as he walked back over with Brian's guitar.

“That's a wonderful idea, Johnny.”
“Yeah. I figured it was necessary.”

Matt handed Brian his guitar and sat down.

“Very. I know someone who could use a few drinks.”

He gave Brian a look and Brian rolled his eyes.

“Oh shut up.”

Matt laughed, taking the old guitar away from Brian.

“Just see if this guitar works better.”
“Whatever.”

As Matt hoped, the new guitar worked much better for Brian and soon enough they were finished with their recording.

“Awesome. Now that that's over, how about we hit the bar?”
“Hell yeah. Sounds awesome.”
“Great. Come on, Bri. You can ride with me since I picked you up.”
“Alright,” he smiled.

Matt led Brian out to his car and the others followed them out.

“Do you wanna ride with me, Becca?” Tippi smiled.
“Sure.”

They got in Tippi's car and Tippi smiled at Becca.

“It's nice to spend time with the guys again. They've been touring for such a long time, we haven't talked in months.”
“Yeah. I missed them so much. It'll be nice to have some fun again.”
“Very.”

They smiled at each other and Tippi followed the others to the bar. They got out of the car and met the others inside.

“So, what are we having for drinks?”
“How about we have some Heineken and catch up?”
“Yeah sounds good.”

They chose a booth to sit in and Matt went up to get the drinks.

“So how're you ladies doing?”
“Pretty good,” Tippi smiled. “Been working a lot lately.”
“Good, good. How about you, Becs?”
“I've been okay. Quit my job.”
“What? Why?”
“I just... didn't wanna work there anymore.”
“Any reason why?”

Becca shook her head. She hadn't told anyone about how her boss had been sexually harassing her at work. She didn't want to stir anything up and she certainly didn't want the guys to go there and beat the shit out of him.

“It's nothing, really.”
“Oh come on, Becca. I know when you're hiding something and you're hiding something right now.”

Brian gave her a look and she just let out a sigh.

“Look I don't wanna talk about it right now, okay?”
“Fine. But you will tell me what's going on another day.”
“Deal.”

Matt returned with the drinks and set them on the table before taking a seat next to Brian.

“Here's to coming so far after losing our best friend. And here's to Arin for being the best drummer to fill in Jimmy's shoes.”
“Cheers.”

They all grabbed a bottle and clanked them together in a toast. Things really were going great for them.
