Looking for True Love

Hope was frozen for a minute. “Babe, can you come take this picture?” Syn asked Hope. Hope just nodded her head and went on the stage. Josh had his back turned to her and she had the look of anger on her face. Syn walked up to Hope and quietly asked, “What is wrong?” Hope was quiet for a minute then said, “That is my ex-boyfriend. He never wanted to come to an Avenged Sevenfold concert with me but here he is meeting you guys.” Syn looked mad then pulled Hope in for a hug. “Just don’t do anything you will regret,” Syn said looking at her.

Syn walked back towards the guys so Hope could take the picture. When she turned around Josh was staring at her with a surprised look on his face. After Hope took the picture, Josh walked up to her. “What is going on?” Zacky asked Syn quietly. “That’s her ex-boyfriend,” Syn said seeming mad. “What the hell are you doing here?” Josh said sarcastically. “What am I doing here? I can come to a concert if I feel like it! You don’t even like the band!” Hope said yelling.

“Oh no, Syn you better do something.” Zacky said. “Just give her a minute,” Syn said. “I’m here because my girlfriend likes them and wanted an autograph,” Josh said yelling at Hope. Syn saw that Hope was almost in tears and walked over to her. “Do you mind? We are trying to have a conversation.” Josh said rudely to Syn. “First of all, you don’t fucking talk to me like that and you sure as hell don’t talk to Hope like that.” Syn said yelling at Josh. “I can talk to her anyway that I fucking want to. Besides she’s not even your girlfriend so why you sticking up for her?” Josh said getting in Syn’s face.

“Get the fuck out of my face! I will stick up for my girlfriend if I want to.” Syn said trying to calm down. Zacky and Jimmy were on their way over to get Syn to back off. “So you are dating someone in the band? He’s not even your type.” Josh said rudely to Hope. “You don’t know what my type is. I find being in a band, and having tattoos and piercings is more attractive than playing sports.” Hope said walking up to Josh. Zacky and Jimmy came over to see if everything was okay. “I know that you are still attracted to me,” Josh said getting closer to Hope. Zacky pulled Josh away from Hope, “I think you need to leave.”

“Fine, I’ll leave.” Josh said walking away and winking at Hope. “You don’t have the right to wink at me!” Hope yelled trying to run after him but Syn was holding her back. After Josh left, Syn looked at Hope and said, “Can we talk?” “Yeah, we need to straighten some things out.” Hope replied to Syn. “Give us a few minutes,” Syn said to the guys. Syn took Hope’s hand and led her to the dressing room. Syn looked at Hope and blurted out, “Are you still attracted to him?”

Hope had the weirdest look on her face. “Why would you think that? Just because Josh said that it doesn’t mean it’s true. I think he’s desperate to get me back,” Hope replied walking towards Syn. “But still, he wouldn’t say it if you weren’t?” Syn said looking like he was about to lose Hope. “I’m not attracted to him. I’m attracted to you!” Hope said almost crying. “I just feel like you are not over him and I don’t want to lose you.” Syn said looking at Hope. She saw that Syn was crying and ran into his arms. “You don’t need to worry about losing me because it will not happen.” Hope said crying.

Syn looked down at Hope and kissed her. While they were kissing, Zacky came in to look for Syn and saw he was kissing Hope. “Syn you need to stop kissing Hope and come back to practice,” Zacky said. Syn pulled away from Hope and was smiling. “Syn, are you coming?” Zacky asked. “Yeah, I’ll be there in a minute.” Syn replied to Zacky without taking his eyes off Hope. Zacky nodded his head and left the dressing room.

Syn grabbed Hope’s hand, “Will you stay the night after the concert is over?” “I would love to but I don’t have any clothes.” Hope replied. “Don’t worry about that, we will find something,” Syn said kissing Hope’s forehead. “You better get back to practice before Zacky comes back in,” Hope said smiling. Syn gave her a small kiss and went back to practice. “What is taking him so long?” Matt said kinda frustrated. “Well, Syn and Hope were kissing in the dressing room.” Zacky said.

“Yeah we were and it was amazing.” Syn replied walking on the stage. “Well we only have an hour to rehearse and you are kissing your girl,” Matt said. “Sorry about that Matt. I’ll try and not let it happen again,” Hope said sitting in the front row. She looked at Syn and winked which made him smile. “Okay let’s get this show on the road,” Jimmy said starting the beat to Almost Easy.
