Roadtrip

Mia’s POV
“I just can’t believe you have been living around my corner for a few months and I haven’t seen you around” I smiled at Jimmy’s voice, he just couldn’t get over the fact that I was living in Huntington too and apparently right around the corner of his house. We laid on the bed, his arms wrapped around me, kissing and talking and kissing some more. We had a lot to talk about and a lot of plans to make. I loved the thought of not having to leave him anytime soon and I never had been more happy, I never wanted to let him go again.

But for now I had to, at least for a few seconds, I got up from the bed, Jimmy looked at me with a sad look “Where are you going?” I started dressing myself and Jimmy got up, pulling me to his body again. “We promised to eat together, remember?” I smiled at him.
“But I don’t want to go out, I want to stay here with you, I want to do a whole lot of other things with you, things I don’t need an audience for” he was nuzzling my neck and his hands roamed over my body.
“James, I want all those things, but I want to see the others too, I want to hang out with Izzie for a bit, you can have me all ways you want later, okay?” I put my hands on his cheeks and pulled him down for a hungry kiss, he groaned “If you want me to go out, you need to stop that”, he pulled me to his body and I could feel some movement in his pants. I giggled.
“Come on you sexy man, let’s eat and regain our strengths for later”

Jimmy put his arm around me and pulled me close as we walked into the restaurant, Matt, Zack and Johnny were already there “Hey, you guys came” Zack said, while pulling me in for a hug, “Not yet” Jimmy muttered under his breath.
“We weren’t sure you were going to make it” Matt added with a big smile.
“I promised, where are Izzie and Brian?”
Matt shrugged “I don’t know, Izzie just went with Brian thoughtlessly and we didn’t hear anything or see them anymore, I just hope they didn’t kill each other”
“I think they did quite the opposite” Johnny said, motioning his head to the entrance. Izzie and Brian came walking in, his arm around her waist, her body pulled close to his side, only eye for each other, barely noticing where they walked “When the fuck did that happen” I heard Matt whisper quietly.
“Babe!” Izzie yelled, running over to me, as soon as they noticed us sitting there, looking at them with open mouths. I pulled her into a hug and whispered in her ear “What’s this?” she smiled at me “I’ll tell you later”. Izzie sat down next to me and Brian pulled his chair to the head of the table, never letting go of Izzie’s hand, they both seemed very happy. Being abducted was good for something apparently.

Matt’s POV
I looked around our little group of friends with a smile on my face. Everybody sat together, we were having fun again, we were together and everybody was happy.
This was exactly the moments that we needed together after everything that had happened.
I looked at Brian and Izzie, he was holding her hand over the table, for everyone to see.
She smiled even if she was indulged in a conversation with Mia, I knew that this must have something to do with what had happened with Brian.
I hoped, and it seemed like that, they finally talked it out and Brian had succeeded in winning her back.
“So Brian, will you let Izzie go back to Olly now?” Johnny grinned and Brian narrowed his eyes at him.
“Fuck off, Short Shit.”
“I am not going back, Johnny. Can’t leave Mia out of my sight… and who will chase away the few girls that want your number, huh?” Izzie said and winked at him.
“Oh why Izzie? Why??” Johnny was holding his hands over his heart a sad look on his face.

“I don’t wanna disturb your funny back and forth but I guess we all want to know what really happened to Mia?” I interrupted them.
I was sad that I really had to bring the good mood down, but we all needed to know what this guy had done with her and what really happened.

I saw Jimmy tense up beside Mia and Zack open his mouth “Matt, maybe she doesn’t want to talk about it..I mean…” Zack looked a little helpless to Jimmy and he turned his gaze at Mia.
“It’s okay. You are right, I should tell you what happened.” I saw Jimmy lay his arm around Mia even firmer pulling her to his side.
“He got me in the restroom as you might already know. I woke up in a hotel room, he was completely disillusioned he thought you guys had taken me away from him, that I never wanted to be with you. He talked about our 5 year anniversary coming up. Our break up was more than 2 years ago!”
She stopped and I saw her struggling with the next words, she turned her face to Jimmy and he kissed her temple.
“You can tell us, Mia. We are all here for you.” I told her with a nod and I saw her small smile.
Zack grabbing her hand from her other side, I knew these two also had a bonding moment over the time similar to me and Izzie, Zack just didn’t want to admit he never stood a chance with Mia, but well that was just to ease his ego I guess, he knew what was going on when he was honest with himself.

“At first I fought him off, tried to get away from him, but he was stronger and he was determined that we belonged together that I was willingly with him. When I tried to really fight him, couldn’t stand his hands on me, I bit him, and after that he hit me… well that explains the black eye and the bruises on the cheekbone.” I saw Mia touch her cheek softly and Jimmy put his hand over her, kissing her lips.
After that Mia told us the rest of her day with Josh and how she finally saw Jimmy and Zack and they saved her. I was glad to hear, that nothing else had happened to her, that Josh didn’t take it further, maybe he would have if Jimmy and Zack wouldn’t have been there in time.
Must have been fate…

“Alright, then let’s all have a drink! That we are all back together, that we are all healthy and won’t part so soon again… and then maybe Brian wants to tell us something? A relationship update?” I said the last part quickly so Brian would take a moment to realize it.
I held my beer bottle high for everyone to click against. “To us!”
“Wait.. what?” Brian looked at me and narrowed his eyes. “Could you all fucking shut up, my private life shouldn’t be any of your concerns… better search for a girl for yourself then prying into my private life, ass!”
We all laughed at his little speech but at the end I saw him looking at Izzie with a wink and she leaned into his body, alright, maybe they just needed a little more time to admit.
I looked over at Mia and Jimmy again, Mia was in a discussion with Zack and Johnny while Jimmy absently stroked her neck, always keeping contact…
Izzie got up and sat next to me for a minute “Thank you for everything Matt, you have been there for me all the time, I really appreciate it.”
“You are very welcome, you happy? I asked her, looking over to Brian, who engaged in the conversation with the others, glancing over to Izzie every now and then.
“I am, I really am” She smiled widely.
“You know, there was no getting away from it. Brian had marked you, the moment he gave this to you” I tapped my finger at the Syn logo on the beanie she was wearing.
She blushed deeply, kissed my cheek and went back to Brian, who pulled her on his lap immediately.

We sat there and finished our meal and beers until Zack and Johnny announced their departure.
“Good idea, come on… We have something to catch up on.” Brian grinned at Izzie but I already saw the glance Izzie and Mia shared.
They needed a moment for themselves and that meant for me, I had to somehow get these two guys hovering over them, upstairs.
Brian would be hard, but Jimmy would be horrible to get away from Mia just for a moment…

“Brian, I’m staying a little longer” Izzie said wrapping her arms around his waist
“So am I” Mia added standing in the same position with Jimmy.
“Okay, we will stay too then” Jimmy replied, looking from Mia to Brian to Izzie
“No, I want some time with Izzie alone, I will be up in an hour” I saw Jimmy look at Mia with a confused face
“What?! Why?!”
“Yeah, Why?!” Brian added.
Izzie tiptoed to almost kiss Brian “Because I need some time with my best friend, an hour, I promise too” then she pulled Brian into a hungry kiss that showed so much want, I almost got jealous. I saw Mia do the same, it was amazing to see how these two girls had the same movements, they might as well been sisters, as that was totally how they moved around each other.When the girls moved away from their guys, I put my hands on their shoulders and put my head in between theirs. “Let’s go guys, give these girls some room” Izzie looked at me with a thankful smile, mouthing “Thank you” . The three of us turned around and walked for the elevator. Jimmy and Brian still a little stunned from the kiss and the fact that they didn’t come. I’d better make sure they got to their rooms before the girls had to look for them later...

Izzie’s POV
Mia and I found some comfortable chairs in the hotel bar and we ordered us some cocktails, I was glad Matt took the guys away, I wanted to be with Brian, I needed to be with Brian, but now I needed some time with Mia, a lot had happened and we needed to talk.
“Are you okay babe?” I asked her when our drinks arrived
“Yes,I really am. Jimmy and I talked about our future tonight, he lives right around my corner, we are both determined to make this work, I hope we will. I can’t even imagine being without him anymore” Her face was glowing in happiness, I smiled “I love seeing you like this”, she blushed.

“You look pretty good yourself, tell me what happened”’
“Nothing happened with the groupie” I saw Mia raising her brows at me
“Oh Izzie, don’t tell me you fell for his smooth talking”
“Don’t ruin this for me. Didn’t you see him tonight?” I felt annoyed with her distrust with Brian’s words.
“I never heard him talk so much at once. He told me he didn’t want me being with other guys and he wanted to show me what I meant to him, he wasn’t making any promises, he just wants a chance and I’m willing to give him that. I really like him, Mia, there is no use in denying that anymore.I want to see where this can go”
Mia still didn’t look to convinced “Maybe I should talk to him”
“You can if you want to, but not now... Please let me enjoy this”
She smiled at me “Okay, as long as you’re happy, but I will tell you this, and I will tell him too tomorrow, if he breaks your heart again I’m cutting off his balls with a rusty knife.”
I giggled and couldn’t get rid of the image in my head.

“So, we are finally going to be happy again?” I laughed, looking at Mia.
“Sounds like a fucking good plan to me” she replied, drinking the last of her cocktail.
I finished mine too and stood up... “I’m going to Brian now”
“And I’m to Jimmy, they’ve waited long enough”

We both laughed and headed for the elevator, as we both knocked on our hotelroom doors we looked at each other with big smiles, this could be it, finally not only us two anymore, finally happy.
