Carry On

As soon as I put the phone down, almost instantly Ren and Gray returned.

"Who was you talking too daddy?"

"Grandma" I smiled brushing the wet hair from her face.

"Grandma!! I want to talk to grandma!!" She gasped. I dialed her number and gave the phone to Gracie.

"Hey Ren, you wanna go bac--"

"Don't talk to me" she spat with tears falling down her cheeks. "Mom?" She gave me a discusted look before snatching a towel from my hands and leaving us, going back into the room.

Renees POV

I raced back into the hotel dialing Zacks number.

"Hey..?" He asked oddly, wondering why I was calling.

"Will you come get me?" I sobbed.

"Sweetie, what the hells wrong? Yeah are you at home?"

"My family, that's what's wrong. I'm, at Disney Land - it's only what, an hour?" I sniggered wiping my eyes.

"I don't care how long it is, do you need picking up now?"

"Yes please, drop me a text when you're outside the resort ok?"

"Yes sweetie, I'll see you later"

I had to get out of the company of Brian. The thought of him and my mother made my hairs stand on end, the feeling of sickness grow and the tears fall. Once I'd packed my stuff up, Brian and Grace returned.

"W-what are you doing?" Brian yelled.

"Darling," I bent down to Gracie and wrapped her tight in her towel, rubbing her wet arms. "Mommy has to go home, a mister wants to see me about my job"

"Aw, ok" she sulked. I watched her bottom lip slip out, and noticed the gut in her face. "Have you been crying again mommy?"

"No, it's the chlorine in the pools!" I lied. "Be a good girl, won't you? I'll see you soon, have a super fun time!!" I kissed her chubby cheek and held back my tears. "I love you sweetie. Now, go in the room and put you're jammys on - mommy needs to talk to daddy"

"Love you millions momma, have fun at home!" She jogged to her room, and I closed the door too.

"Ray, please don't leave, I have, tons of explaining to do - I mean, how are you getting home?!"

"Zack" I sighed.

"Zack? Of course" he shouted. "Yeah. Maybe you should just, go"

The fact he didn't even fight for me to stay was heartbreaking.

"Look after her," I cried grabbing my bag. I tried to leave but Bri pulled me in for a tight hug. I sobbed into his chest as he kissed my head sweetly.

"We'll get through this Ren"
