Hostage

Brian’s POV

“Alright, who will go together with Johnny?” Zack asked and looked into the round.
“I don’t know… I think we all want to go, right?” I asked.
Who wouldn’t want to be there and see if Matt really was alright, if this kid as Johnny had put it was telling the truth.
“What does he mean be prepared… maybe someone has to carry them? So we need the strongest? Or maybe they are hurt, and then we need someone who can do first aid?” Zack mused.
“Do.. do you really think they are hurt?” Caroline asked who was sitting quietly at the table.
“We don’t know… but we will get them out of there, as soon as possible. I promise.” Zacky said and looked at Caroline.
Zacky had brought Caroline to nearly every meeting we had, since she knew Alicia best she wanted to know everything that happened during the time. Zacky seemed to become friends with Caroline as well.
I just hope he wouldn’t be running into this to deep, since Caroline is married and has kids as far as I know.
“Alright, Johnny, you pick.” I said and nodded at Johnny.
“Hmm.. good. Then Brian and Zack will come with me. Arin you will stay here with Caroline and the others.” Johnny ended our discussion.
We all nodded and I looked at the clock it was nearly 8 we should get ready and prepared, whatever that would mean for us.

Sean’s POV

I looked over at Carl and William they ate and drink the food I had prepared for them.
I had put a good portion of crushed sleeping pills into the food.
I was eating with them to not ruse any mistrust.
I just hoped the package insert was right and they would fall asleep within the next hour and before that I could sneak out to my meeting with Matt’s friends.
I needed to be on a good schedule to go before they actually fell asleep and be back with the rest of the boys when they were sound asleep.
The best thing was that came handy into my plan was that Carl and Will had stayed up nearly all night drinking and watching stupid dvds yesterday, so they wouldn’t think it suspicious to fall asleep early.
I just had to inform the guys about my plan and then prepare the room to make it look like that Matt and Alicia had escaped on their own while Carl and Will slept.
They couldn’t blame me, cause I told them I wouldn’t be around…
That was the plan… I just hoped it would go as it was planned.
Will began to yawn and I walked over to them.
“You guys ready? I need to leave soon, got this meeting with my roommate again… told you he wants to sublet my room since I wasn’t there often… I need to convince him not to throw me out.” I said and it was a little truth in it. I did talk to my roommate today, but he didn’t even realize that I wasn’t home often… and even if.. he didn’t care as long as my part of the rent came to his account.
“Oh yeah.. you said something like that. We are fine… go and settle this thing with your roommate.” Will said.
“Yeah, here take the food away, we are done.” Carl handed me his plate and I took Will’s as well and threw it together with mine into the trash.
“You two will be fine without me?” I asked again.
“Yeah yeah.. just go…” Carl waved me away and I nodded.
“Alright guys, we see us later.” I waved and went out of the door.

I prayed a final time that my plan would hopefully work.
Alicia’s POV

“What will you do when we are final free?” I asked Matt who was pacing the room… again.
“I don’t know… kiss the earth beneath my feet maybe?” Matt replied with a smirk.
“Oh really?” I asked “Why that?”
“Isn’t that something that we are supposed to do? I don’t know… I will just run out of here with you and when I will finally be home and we are safe I will just be happy to grab all my friends into a hug and then finally you and meet you the first time as a free person, how does that sound?” Matt looked at me with a smile.
“That sounds like a plan to me. I would like that and I think I will just do the same… I hope Caroline will be there.. and Bradley. And whoever your friends are they sound amazing. Let me try again, Arin, Brian, Johnny and Zacky, right?” I asked Matt and he leaned down to me so our noses were nearly touching.
“Perfect. You know my band.” Matt said and I frowned.
“What do you mean band?”I asked him finally.
“Wait… I didn’t tell you, did I? I kinda thought you knew already… sorry my fault.” Matt shrugged his shoulder and sat down next to me.
“What do you mean?” I asked him confused.
“My friends and I we are in a band. Avenged Sevenfold, ever heard about?” Matt asked with a smile.
“No.. I don’t.. you are trying to fool me, right?” In a band.. Avenged Sevenfold.. how did he make up such a name in a short time.
“What you don’t believe me?” Matt looked at me astonished.
“Not really… Alright fine, then tell me what is your part in the band?” I asked him with a frown.
“What do you guess?” Matt asked and I felt that his mood was finally getting better.
We had a good chance in being freed and I could distract him with my questions again and could find out a little more about him as well, both my benefits.
“Hm.. show me your fingers.” He held his chained hands out to me and I let my fingers explore his.
I let my hands run over his palms and then over his fingertips, they were not rough they were soft.
“Not a guitar play.. or at least not a steady guitar player.”
“I could show you a thing or two on a guitar.” Matt replied with his dimple smile.
“But you are right. Not a guitar player.”
“Hmm… so that would also include a bass player, right?” I asked him with a smile.
“Yes, that’s right. Not the bass player.”I still held Matt’s hand in mine and he closed his hands on mine, rubbing his thumb over my skin which made me shiver.
“What a shame, I always had a weak spot for guitar players, you know?” I smiled at him and he lifted an eyebrow.
“Oh really? How about Drummer?” Matt asked and I looked at him closely.
“Dummer? Hmm.. that could fit… But I guess that’s also not it.”
“Oh really, why is that?” Matt asked took his hand away from my hands and softly caressed my cheek.
“I don’t know.. you don’t seem like a drummer… So what’s left is a singer. Are you the singer of Avenged Sevenfold, Matt?” I asked him finally.
“Very good. Yes, nice to meet you I am M. Shadows, the lead singer of A7X.”Matt held his hand out to me again and I shook it with a laugh.
“Wow, I was chained to a rock star and didn’t know it… Sorry for not being all fan-girl on you…” I smirked.
“Oh damn, thank god you weren’t. Or I would have begged the guy to hit me again with the gun to be knocked out.” Matt laughed and I laid my head on his shoulder.
“I’m glad that it had been you and me here…” I told him honestly.
“Me, too. And hopefully in a couple of hours we are out of here… look it’s already getting dark outside, we should stay on alert… everything can happen now.”
