you saved me

I pulled into the parking lot to find the five men standing outside. Zack, Brian, and Johnny were puffing on cigirates. Jimmy had his arm around Johnny and his head on Johnny's shoulder. Matt was just leaning on the wall. I parked my bike, took off my helmet, then placed it in my saddle bag and grabbed my purse. As i approached the guys Zacky held out his pack of cigirates. "Smoke?" He offered.
I reached out and took one, "Dumbest question ever after the night I had last night." we all laughed. Zack flicked his lighter and lit my cigirate. I took a welcomed drag but then the memoried hit me like a semi. Will and I, 16 years old, smoking on a dead end road that nobody ever drove on. Praying we didn't get caught.
I winced at the pain of the memory. Zack placed a hand on my shoulder, "you okay?" He said. "Yeah," I replied, "just a bad memory." He wrapped me in a bear hug, "I'm here if you need to talk," he whispered. With those words i began to sob. He simply stood and rubbed my back, trying to calm me.
"Hush little Jessy don't you cry," he began to sing softly, "some day you'll find another guy. He may be closer than you think. You'll be fine before you can blink." With those words i stopped crying. Zack still didn't let go. He held me tight and made sure I was okay.
Once we pulled apart I finished my smoke and we all headed in. "Table for 6." Matt told the woman behind the counter. "Right this way," she replied and lead us to a corner booth.
"I'll take the inside." I said as we bagan to sit. "Me too!" Zack quicky said as he slid into the booth across from me. I bit down on my lip ring.
Once everyone was seated we were each given a menu and asked what we wanted to drink. The guys gave me a strange look when all I asked for was water but I ignored them, I get that look alot. We sat in silence and stared at our menu's.
After we ordered we bagan to talk. "So Jessy," Matt said, "why don't you tell us about yourself." "Well," I started, "my name is Jessica Rose Alverize, I hate being called Jessica, I was born in West Middlesex Pennsylvania and lived there untill I was 20. That's when William and I moved out here. I'm an only child, both my parents are still around, and I had a dog named Baker but Will took him along with our appartment."
"I hope you don't mind my asking," Matt said, "but how long had you two been dating?" "Since we were freshmen in highschool." I replied as a wave of grief hit me.
"Wow," Jimmy exclaimed, "I've never been with a guy more than 2 years." "Yes," Johnny interjected, "but you're going to be with me alot longer than 2 years." Jimmy gave him a quick kiss on the lips before turning to look at me. "We're gay by the way," He said. "Well no shit!" I replied, "never would've guessed it in a million years." We all laughed. "Huh," Johnny said, " you're the first person who hasn't pounded us with questions about how we came out and stuff." "Honestly," I said, "I don't get why 'coming out gay' is even a thing. Like nobody here had to come out straight right?" Zack and Matt shook their heads, "so why should people need to come out gay?" I finished. "Wow," Zack said, "I've never thought of it like that. That's the coolest thing I've ever heard." I bit down on my lip ring again and looked for a distraction.
Next thing I knew there was a plate of pancakes infront of me. Thankful for the distraction i poured syrup on them and dug in. The table dropped silent as we all began to eat.
