you saved me

When we got into the bedroom I looked over at the clock, 5:00. "So you up for just hanging out the rest of the day?" Zack said as he dropped his towel and slipped on a clean pair of boxers. "Actually," I said as I started to dig for clean clothes, "I have karate at six." He nodded, "how late will you be there?" "Untill nine." I replied as I started to get dressed. "Three hours?" Zack said in disbelief.
"Three different classes," I began to explain, "half an hour for the first class, an hour for the second class, an hour and a half for the third. They're split up by age, youngest to oldest." Zack nodded, "you want a bite to eat before you go?" "Sure," I replied with a grin.
We went downstairs to the kitchen. "What do you want?" Zack asked as he headed for the fridge. "Babe you don't need to cook for me." I said as I walked over to him. "Go sit down and tell me what you want." He said before giving me a kiss on the forehead. I pouted and walked over to take a seat, "whatever you want to make me."
"Grilled cheese?" He asked with a grin. "I said whatever you want to make." I said in a smart ass tone. He shook his head as he started the sandwiches. When he was done he put my sandwiches infront of me and sat doen accross from me. We ate in silence.
"I'm going to get dressed," I said when I was finished. I walked upstairs, got dressed, grabbed my bag with my gear then returned downstairs. I gave Zack a kiss, "see you later." I said before heading for the door. I opened the door to see rain, "babe it's raining can I take the car?" Next thing I knew Zack was behind me, "I need to run to the store anyway so I'll just take you." I nodded and we headed towards the car.
"Right here," I said as we pulled up outside the building. He pulled to a stop and I leaned over to give him a kiss, "see you at nine." "Later babe." Zack said with a grin.
I walked into the building to find Dan sitting behind the desk. "Hi Jess," he said in a friendly tone. "Hi," I replied with a small smile. I saw his eyes dart to the faded, hand shaped bruise on my neck. "Jessy, do you need to tell me something?" I shook my head as I took out my nose and lip rings. "Jessica," he said as he moved closer to me, "did Will hurt you?" I forced myself to look him in the eye, "Will and I aren't even together anymore." I said before turning my back and walking onto the mat.
Class went by slowly. The little kids were as entertaining as they always were. The teenagers threw attitude at you every time you corrected them. Everything was the same, untill Zack, Matt, Brian, Jimmy and Johnny walked in the door. As I continued to teach I kept glancing at them.
When class ended I walked straight to them, "what are yo doing here?" I said in shock. "Suprise!" Jimmy said with a grin as he hopped up and gave me a hug. "We're going to take class." Brian said with a grin. "I'll get you papers to fill out then." I said as I walked over to the desk. "Dan I have five guys who want to take class." I said with a grin. Dan nodded and handed me five clip doards and five pens.
I walked over and handed the guys the papers, "fill these out and I'll see you on the mat." I said before I walked away.
