you saved me

I threw my empty bottle onto the bar. "Goddammit Will," I whispered as more tears fell. "Leave me," I continued, "everyone does. He never loved me." With these words, tears flowed like a dam had been broken.
Next thing I knew, there was a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see a man. He looked slightly familiar but my vision was too blurred to know for sure. "C'mon," he said gently, "lets get you out of here." He slung my arm over his strong shoulders.
When he stood me up the room spun and i gripped his arm tightly. He gave me a second to steady myself then began to move. He had to practically carry me out of the bar.
Once we were outside the change in light caused my stomach to flip. "Wait," I said before staggering to a nearby garbage can. The stranger said nothing, he just simply held my hair out of my face.
"You okay?" He asked when i was done. I nodded, unable to speak. He scooped me into his arms and began to walk. And that's the lazt thing that happened before everything went black.
