The New Guy
We finally moved back into Matt’s huge house, and when I say huge, its not an understatement. There were three floors to this amazing light blue house with white shutters and an amazing garden in the front. To me it seemed like everyone and there mother lived here and once I walked in I realized that I wasn’t too far off.
As soon as we walked through the doors all the guys were bombarded with hugs and kissed from all of their friends, and girlfriends.
Matt had Val who practically tackled him to the ground when he walked in. Brian had Michelle who he practically slobbered all over her when he saw her. Then Jimmy had Gena who stood in his shadow. Johnny had Leana who towered over him. I laughed to myself when I thought that they should switch, but I would never say that out loud, I know how much they love them. Then Zacky had Amy, who, currently at the moment was in tears of joy because the guys had been gone for 8 months.
Then it hit me again, that feeling of loneliness that I had felt after it sunk in that Ricky was gone. Everyone else had somebody to catch up with, someone who they cared about, and someone who cares about them. I know that all the guys care about me but they haven’t seen anyone in a long time, and I wasn’t on their minds anymore.
I sighed and sat on the couch and turned on the TV, then the door bell rang, and since no one else seemed to notice it I took the liberty of opening the door.

There in the door way was someone who I had never seen before in my life, but let me tell you, he was gorgeous, my type of guy.
Before I could welcome the stranger in he was already shouting from the doorway across the room to Matt.
“Jacoby!” Matt yelled back from the kitchen.
“Welcome home Mattie! Seems I missed your grand entrance though.”
“Yea you did, but that’s ok you’re here now. So come in you have to meet the newest addition to my family!”
“No way, you and Val had a kid on the road or something?”
“Naw man I adopted a sister.”
“Oh cool man where is she? I wanna meet her.”
“She is right there”
It took me a couple moments to realize that he was pointing to me and that Jacoby was staring down at me which made me extremely uncomfortable.
“Hi, I’m Bree, nice to meet you” I waved and gave a small smile.
“Hi. I’m Jacoby, so how does it feel to be the sister of a rockstar?”
“Its awesome, I couldn’t imagine being anyone else’s sister now.”
“So how do you know Matt?” I asked since they seemed to be good friends.
“Matt helped me and my band get started a couple years ago, so I owe a lot to him.”
“Oh so your in a band too. Cool what’s the name?”
“Papa Roach”
“That’s defiantly original cool.”
“Yea we are on break right now, but if you ever want to come to a rehearsal just let Matt know, he can drive you to my house.”
“Oh cool thanks.”
“Yea, well I got to go, but I’ll probably see you next week for Johnny’s birthday party.”
“Yea so see you next week then”
I shut the door after letting him out and went to the third floor where my room was and all I could think about was Jacoby.
