Show Me Your Rock Star Life!

Lana's POV

The show was awesome despite of the cold we had earlier me and James. Me and Emily had a lot of work in the before the show and at the end, but between we could just go behind the stage and watch them play. I was really impressed how James was that good. He always had been my favorite drummer and today, I really saw why. He's putting all his love in his work, he does is for his own pleasure, not only for the fans. He looked so completed on the stage, so confident and happy. It seemed that he didn't have no worries anymore.

Emily and I, were packing the rest of the merch in boxes when we saw Zacky and Matt coming near us.

"Do you need some help?" Matt asked, they were just done showering after the show.

"No guys, serious you did your work for today!" I said as Emily handed me a empty box, that I can put all the Avenged necklaces and bracelets.

"We're almost done anyway!" Emily said as she showed them the almost empty counter in front of us.

"Ok then! We'll wait you backstage! James is in the shower and Brian's just came out, I think.." Zacky said.

"That's fine, we'll come soon." I said and gave a smile to them. They were both really nice guys.

Emily and I were done with all that merch thing. In less than 5 minutes we were backstage. It was a pretty small room with 2 couches. As soon as we were there, we saw
Brian changing his guitar's strings. Emily came near him and jumped on the couch next to him and asked.

"Why do you change them now? You can do it later.."

Brian looked at her, almost offended.

"Never! I need to change them now otherwise my guitar will be all messed up!"

Emily rolled her eyes up in the air, amused by his acting.

"Oh come on! You have a hundreds of these!"

"So what?! It's like if we had 5 kids and we would take care of only one!" He said, proud of his argument.

"It's different!" Emily said, rolling her eyes again.

"No" Brian said still very much confident.

"Yes!"

"Oh shut up, come here!" He said as he placed his guitar on the other couch next to them. He took Emily in his arms and kissed her all over her face. They were both laughing the whole time. They were the cutest couple I've ever seen, they seemed so happy together, without having worried or anything. I wished it was like this with James too...

"Do you feel better?" I heard James saying behind me.

I turned myself and saw a fresh, just out of the shower, Jimmy Sullivan, his hair were still wet and sticked to his face.

"Yeah, I'm okay." I said.

"Sure about that?" He said as he grabbed my waist and brang me closer to him.

"I'm good" I smiled at him. I didn't want to make a drama out of this for the moment.

I just laid my head on his chest, he smelled really good. I felt him kissing the top of my head. He took my hand and ran out of the room. A second later, I realized that we were in the bathroom. The mirrors were full of steam, and it was extremely hot in the place. At first, I thought he wanted to have sex with me. What I was really not in the mood for..

"Oh James, I don't want to..." I said as I took a pace backward. As soon as he saw me taking my distance, he cut me.

"I don't want to fuck you, I just want to know what's going on, you seems fucking quiet since this morning..."

I never thought he would have ask me that question. I just didn't know what to answer.

"Me ?! What! No, I'm good! I told you!" I said, trying to look sincere but of course, I'm the worst liar that exist on this planet.

"Come on babe... I know that you're hiding something to me, please don't lie to me..."

He said as he took my face in his hand. So gently that on other situation, my knees would have already fell down. But I just couldn't help myself and exploded. I suddendly removed his hands from my face and became furious.

"Are you really the one to tell me that?!"

James looked straight in my eyes. He was puzzled, he didn't know what was going on.

"What?!"

"YOU are hidding stuff from me!" I said as I crossed my arms on my chest. " And I don't like it." I said calmly.

"What do you mean?!"

"Why didn't you just tell me what happened between you and Adam?! Everyone except me knew what happened!"

He was still looking straight into my eyes, I could see his jaw clenching and his neck getting red, he was really tensed. This wasn't going to be funny at all...

"Who told you?!" He tried to say with calm, it wasn't easy for him on the moment.

"Emily." I said quickly.

He just turned his back to me, rested his both hands on his neck and after ran them on his face as he sighed.

"Fucking Brian!" He said as he faced me, leaning his head on the wall behind him. He wasn't looking at me, probably to ashamed for.

This made me well more pissed. I felt the rage boiling inside of me. I just wanted to slap him on the face to make him realize that I'm there too.

"It wasn't stupid from Brian! HE was right to tell her, she's his GIRLFRIEND! They share everything together, you know! It's just normal! DON'T YOU GET IT?!" I yelled as I burst in tears in front of him.

He didn't say anything just kept looking at the ceiling, which was exremely insulting. I just kept going.

"I'M YOUR GIRLFRIEND, DON'T YOU REMEMBER?! YOU SHOULD..."

"DO YOU REALLY THINK I WANT TO TELL YOU HOW ASSHOLE I AM?!" He yelled at me, which scared me, last time I saw him like this was that night... He started crying, heavy tears.

I couldn't speak, he looked so desperate. I instantly felt so bad. So bad, that I made him feel like this.

"I HATE MYSELF! THE LAST THING I WANT IS THAT THE GIRL I LOVE THE MOST IN MY LIFE IS LEAVING ME CAUSE I ACTED LIKE AN ASSHOLE BEFORE!" He yelled in front of me. Giving punches into his chest, having much problem to breath.

It was too hard for me to see him like this. I just ran into his arms, I didn't care if he was doing a big crisis or not. All I wanted is to tell him that I wouldn't leave him. Never. He didn't realize for the first moment that I was holding him. I just tried to calm him. Which was hard cause I'm much smaller than him. After a few seconds, he relaxed into my arms and held me tight. We were both crying in each others arms. He brang me to the floor as we sat down still holding each others and crying.

"I..." He said weakly.

"Shh.." I wispered as I kissed his lips. I could taste the saltiness of our tears together.

It was on that moment that I saw that the strong Jimmy Sullivan that everyone thought he was, was only a broken man inside. He needed me and I needed him..

"I will never leave you." I said as I wipped his tears and kissed his cheeks.
