Zacky’s Pov
I sat at the skate park watching Lily and Brian have a highest jump competition. Currently Lily was winning and Me, Matt and Johnny were cheering her on. Brian was failing miserably and we were all laughing at him. Brian jumped for the 19th time and he slipped and fell causing me and matt to laugh. We heard a cackle behind us as Jimmy came bounding over.
“Have a nice trip Brian?” He laughed along with the rest of us as Lily helped Brian up. He scraped his knee pretty badly and his elbow was bleeding.
“Are you okay?” Lily asked him pulling him up off of the floor.
“My elbow hurts” Brian pouted like a kid.
“Aw does Brian want me to kiss it better!” She replied like a mom. He nodded like a child trying not to laugh. She kissed his elbow and then his cheek and I felt a pang of jealously go through my body. They always flirt like this and I could tell Brian had a crush on her but I’d known her since we were babies so I kinda get first dibs. I think that’s how it works anyways.
“What’s shaking bacon?” Lily said as she sat down next to me.
“Not much” I shrugged still kinda jealous.
“What’s up man?” She said nudging my shoulder.
“It’s… I just… Never mind” I said trying to make her drop the subject.
“Zacky tell me!” She said poking my cheek.
“Can we like talk in private or something?” I asked looking over to the guys who were not laughing at something Jimmy had said.
“Sure man” She said getting up and extending her hand so I could take it. As i grabbed it I felt a spark of electricity flow through my body. I smiled at her and we walked behind a tree so we would have so privacy to talk.
“Wanna tell me what’s up now?” She said poking my stomach.
“Not really” I mumbled.
“What will make you tell me?” She asked me. “Metallica CD? Uh my new Misfits shirt? Please Zacky tell me you’re like my brother I hate it when your upset.”
“I like you okay I really like you Lily when you’re with Brian I get jealous and I wanna rip his fucking head off!” I said quite loudly. She stood there in silence as she took it all in.
“Zacky.. I” She stuttered.
“Sorry just… I’ll stay away from you for now” I said walking away.
“Zacky wait!” She said grabbing my arm and turning me around. When we were face to face her lips crashed into mine. I stood there frozen for a moment then realised I’d wanted this forever. I kissed her back putting my hands on her waist. She giggled a little as we kissed making butterflies go crazy in my stomach. I pulled away and she rested her forehead on mine. She shuffled a little bit because she was on her tiptoes and she wrapped her arms around my neck.
“You don’t know how long I’ve been waiting to do that” I laughed.
“Same to be honest,” She giggled making the butterflies go crazy for the second time.
“What now?” I asked her swaying us slightly.
“We could kiss again or… we could skate!” She said pausing for a long time making me think she was going to say something else.
“I like the first option” I said pushing her up against the tree.
“I like the second..” She whispered wiggling out of my grip and running toward the ramps again.
“For fuck sake!” I laughed and ran after her. She ran behind Matt and tried to hide.
“I wonder where Lily went!” I sent sarcastically.
“HA! I KNEW MY MATTHEW DISGUISE WOULD WORK!” She said loudly making us all laugh. I chased her round Matt and round the skate park. She ran out of sight and I stopped to catch my breath. I put my hand on my knees and bent over trying to regain a steady heartbeat.
“SURPRISE BUTTSEX!” Lily yelled behind me slapping my butt and running away.
“FUCK YOU!” I yelled running after her. She slowed down behind a tree thinking I couldn’t see her. I snuck around the back and grabbed her by the waist throwing her over my shoulder.
“Fucking rude!” She said hitting my back. “Nice ass Baker” She added laughing.
“You too Iero!” I said walking over to the guys as lily struggled on my shoulder.
“You caught a wild Lily!” Jimmy said like a nature programme narrator.
“Yes and it was a great struggle” I replied in the same voice.
“Loving the view of your ass Lils” Jimmy said smacking her butt. She kicked her foot out and it connected with his chest making him fall over.
“OW!” He said loudly rubbing his head.
“Nice shot Lily” Matt said highfiving her.
“Why thank you Matthew.” She said pretending to tip her hat. “Dude you gotta put me down my stomach hurts!” Lily said hitting my back. I let her down and she kissed me on the cheek.
“OOOhhh Zacky and Lily Kissing in a tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G” Jimmy and Brian chanted.
“Fuck you guys” Lily said flipping them off.
“All night long, Baby” Brian teased, winking.
“Bet you’d love that wouldn’t you Brian” Lily joked.
“Of course babe, only you” He winked again. I couldn’t help but feel jealous I knew they were only joking but I didn’t want Brian to get the girl again. Especially not this one because Brian tends to just fuck ‘em and Leave ‘em. They don’t seem to care because everyone wants to be with Brian. He’s a nice guy but he goes through girlfriends like he goes through water.
“Careful guys you’re making Zacky-poo jealous” Matt teased.
“Shut up no they aren’t,” I retorted. We all started walking to Lily’s house so we could hang out some more and Lily walked over to me.
“Were we making you jealous?” She asked me.
“Yeah kinda” I shrugged. She grabbed my hand and smiled at me.
“Hey I was wondering maybe you’d wann-“I began.
“How about tonight at 8?” She smirked.
“Sure.” I said before she ran off to join the others. I couldn’t help but look at her ass as she ran away. I mentally slapped myself and carried on walking.
Lily’s Pov
I ran back over to the guys knowing full well Zacky was watching me.
“Hey guys” I said panting as I joined the group again.
“Babe I can make you pant harder than that!” Brian whispered into my ear making my breath hitch in my throat.
“Shut up” I said shoving him into a lamppost.
“Ouch!” He said rubbing his arm.
“Sorry babe” She said rubbing his arm.
“It’s okay” He said kissing me on the lips and running away.
“DICK!” I called after him. Zacky walked over and grabbed my hand.
“Hey” He said looking at my hands.
“Oh look our hands are touching” I said acting surprised.
“Oh yes they are!” He said acting surprised too. We both laughed and I felt a load of butterflies floating around the pit of my stomach. I’d liked Zacky for at least 4 years but he’d never had this effect on me. I smiled shyly feeling my cheeks go red and looked down at the floor.
“You’re blushing” Zacky smirked.
“No shit” I said sarcastically.
“You’re cute when you blush” He smiled.
“Thanks” I smiled back feeling my cheeks flare up again. He laughed at my reaction and we carried on walking. After a while he let go of my hand and threw his arm around my shoulder pulling me slightly closer to him. I smiled to myself liking the closeness and we walked the rest of the way to my house in blissful silence. When we reached my house we all ran up to my room and sat in the places we normally sat. I was on my bed, Brian led out on the floor, Zacky sat next to him, Matt at the end of my bed, Jimmy on the chair in the corner and Johnny where ever there was a space.
“So, what now?” I asked looking around the room.
“Truth or dare?” Brian suggested.
“Sure but no dares where I have to make out with you babe cause it’s weird” I laughed
“I’m making no promises.” Brian laughed making me laugh too. “Truth or Dare Matt?” Brian asked turning to Matt.
“Uh dare truth is for pussy’s!” He laughed shifting slightly.
“Lick Jimmy’s foot!” Brian said with a smug smile on his face.
“Truth!” Matt said.
“No going back now” I laughed placing my hand on Matts shoulder. “Good luck buddy” I saluted him. Jimmy ripped off his sock and threw it in Zacky’s direction making it hit him in the face.
“EEWW!” Zacky exclaimed throwing it towards Johnny. It landed in front of him and he shifted back so he didn’t have to smell it.
“I’m not licking that!” Matt said getting a whiff of Jimmy’s stinking feet.
“Fine um put this in your mouth!” Brian said picking up some trash from my bin and handing it to matt.
“Can I have a dare that isn’t totally gross?” He said throwing the trash in the bin again.
“I have one!” I said
“Anything is better than Brian’s dare” Matt laughed.
“Kiss Zacky on the cheek” I said.
“Ew no!” Zacky exclaimed.
“Aw c’mon!” I said laughing “It’s only the cheek”
“Ugh fine whatever, but you have to kiss me after!” Zacky smirked.
“Fine” I smirked back. Matt kissed Zacky on the cheek and when he pulled away he made a face like he’d kissed a hobo and we all laughed.
“My turn!” Zacky said smugly.
“Fine!” I said clambering off my bed and kneeling down in front of Zacky. I put my hands on the side of his head and kissed him roughly causing the guys to wolf whistle behind us. I felt sparks of electricity flow through my body as Zacky put his hands on my hips. I heard a cough behind me and turned around to see Matt, Brian, Johnny and Jimmy sat there with raised eyebrows signalling we’d kissed for too long. I blushed and sat down next to Zacky. He smirked at me and we went back to play truth or dare. Another 3 hours passed and everyone started to leave. Eventually it was just me and Zacky.
“That kiss was awesome!” Zacky laughed.
“Dude that was like 3 hours ago” I laughed too.
“Yeah but I couldn’t stop thinking about it” He said walking over to where I was stood by the closet. He put his hand on the wall next to my head and pressed his body against mine so I couldn’t move.
“I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you since we were 13” I said in a whispered his face centimetres from mine.
“Wanna give me something else to remember?” He asked in a husky voice making shivers travel down my spine. I nodded biting my lip and our lips crashed together. He pushed me against the wall kissing me harder. I put my hands in his hair and played with it as his hands made their way to my hips. He slipped his hand under my shirt and I breathed sharply and his cold hands connected with my skin. He smirked into the kiss and pulled away. I tried to kiss him again but he shook his head and walked down the stairs. I followed him silently as he walked out the door.
“You think you can do that and get away with it?” I smirked folding my arms over his chest.
“Of course!” He said putting his hands in his pockets and walking away “See you at 8” He called over his shoulder.
