Izzie’s POV
We were pulling up to Brian’s house and I heard Leyla and Rye let out gasps of amazement “Is this all his? This house looks fucking amazing” I smiled, I had thought all these things when I saw it for the first time. My attention was now completely derived by my handsome man, pacing up and down in front of Brian’s house. As soon as I got out of the car he was standing next to me, kissing me hard. “Matt, slow down, there are people here” I smiled against his mouth. He grabbed my hand “I don’t care” his deep voice made my stomach turn in pleasure. God, how I missed him. He started dragging me into the house, there was certainly no stopping him now. He was walking for the stairs, we walked passed Zacky who halted in his way to come and say goodbye to us “What the hell?” But we were already gone.

Matt was taking big steps up the stairs and I was almost not able to keep up. “Matt, slow down. What are you doing?” He pulled open one of the first doors he came across, Brian’s jazz room. Matt dragged me in, closed the door and then pushed me against it with force “What does it look like I am doing?” He kissed me again, sliding his tongue in, taking over my mouth. He moved his hands over my body, pulling the hem of my top, eager to take it off. “Matt, stop, we can’t do this now. Everyone will know what we are doing!” He growled “I don’t care, I have to have you now”.

He got his hands under my skirt and pulled my panties down. I felt his fingers slide in “So wet already” Matt murmured. I sighed and my breathing increased. Who was I kidding, I needed him just as bad as he needed me. I fumbled with his shorts, pulling the string and immediately pulling the whole lot down. His erection was rock hard. He pushed me up and thrusted in me hard. “Ahhhh” Matt moaned. “I need this, I need you, please don’t ever stay away from me that long”. He kept thrusting me as I was holding on to him as if it was my dear life. “Matttttt, faster, ahhhh” I was so close. Matt kissed me, mouth open, tongue wildly moving around mine. He was a lot rougher then he normally was with me, but I felt so much need in him “attacking” me, he could do this to me every time. He increased his speed once more and I felt my orgasm coming over me and with a few more thrusts he unloaded in me.

I was heavily panting when I let myself fall against Matt’s chest. He kissed the top of my head “Hi, I missed you” his low voice spoke in my hair. “Yeah, I got that” I giggled. My body jolted a little when there was knock on the door “Get out of that room now! I’m in misery here and you just do it!” Brian. He sounded annoyed. Matt and I laughed quietly. “He is just annoyed that he didn’t think of doing what I just did”. He kissed me softly “I really did miss you a lot, I don’t want us to be apart for that long ever again” I kissed him back “I know, I missed you too. But we will have to work and tour again one day.” I cleaned myself up in the bathroom attached to the room and put my panties back on. Matt had put his clothes on too and put his arms around me “I’m dreading that day already” he sighed. I smiled against his lips “Let’s not worry about that right now, okay? We really have to get down now and face Brian’s wrath” He kept one arm around me and with his other hand, he opened the door. We walked down to the garden where everyone was hanging out “It’s about fucking time you two came to say hello” Johnny laughed.

Lizzy’s POV
While Matt dragged Izzie upstairs like the first caveman alive, I tried to find Zacky. I really needed to tell him that Tess was back in town. We needed to come up with a plan. He was in the kitchen, just on his way to find me. “Babe” He pulled me to his body and gave me a million dollar kiss “Wow” I sighed when he let go of me. “That’s it?” he smiled. “Yes, just wow” I replied. “I really missed you, I can’t wait to wake up next to you every single day” I smiled. “Me neither, but now I really have to tell you something” Zack moved away from me a little, still holding me and looked at me his brows raised in question “Tess is back in town”. He looked at me startled “You are fucking kidding me. I really thought she was out of our lives for good” I nodded “Me too, but I ran into her at the supermarket yesterday. We need to tell Matt, he needs to be prepared, in case he runs into her. But I agreed with Lynn that it’s better that Izzie doesn’t know” Zacky shook his head “Liz, that will only give trouble. You have to tell Izzie too. She needs to know.” I pursed my lips “Maybe we should leave that decision to Matt. If he wants her to know, he will have to tell her”. Zack took my hand and we walked outside.

I sat down next to Arin and I noticed he wasn’t participating in the conversation. “Arin, what’s wrong?” I asked him quietly. He shrugged. “Does it have something to do with Elise and why she isn’t here tonight?” He nodded. “Do you want to talk about it?” He still didn’t say anything. If I wanted to get to know something I would have to drag it out of him, he wasn’t a man of many words. “Come on Arin, you’ve got to work with me” I smiled at him. He finally started talking, quietly “She was amazing, but she just couldn’t stop talking about Jimmy. How I was different in my playing, how she loved him, how he was her first love and well, how he was her first everything. She even had a foREVer tattoo” “Oh god! I knew she looked familiar” Zacky blurred out at once “At Brian’s superhero party. I thought I knew her. But I was distracted by a certain angel and one sleezy Loki guy that couldn’t keep his hands of her” Zack put his finger under my chin and kissed my lips gently. I smiled... “You are such a ignorant ass” I said lovingly, kissing him back.

“Allright, Arin, you were saying?” He tried to smile “Yeah, I just couldn’t win. She was always comparing me with him. I know, those are big shoes to fill, but it would have been nice if she just tried to really be with me instead of with the Jimmy replacement. I broke up with her” I put my hand on his shoulder “I’m sorry Arin. You were cute together, but you will find someone else.” I looked around our group of friends. I got an idea “Arin, have you met Rye?” I motioned Rye to come over and sit next to us. They shook hands and started talking immediately. They didn’t need to fall in love with each other, but for now they maybe could just find a new friend.

On my other side Leyla and Zack were discussing guitars. I couldn’t really follow, so I just listened and enjoyed this nice gathering of my friends. The nice and quiet got interrupted by Brian storming out snorting “I can’t fucking believe those two. They are in one of the guest rooms. They didn’t even have the fucking decency to say hi to everybody first” “Fucking is kind of the right word here, isn’t it” Johnny joked. Brian shot him an angry glare “Oh Brian, just leave them be. You are just jealous that you didn’t think about it first... Hell I know I am” Zack said, pulling me to him, kissing the top of my head.

A few minutes later Matt and Izzie came in, both giggling. He had his arm around her, and was putting little kisses on her head with every step he made. They looked so in love, Zack really needed to talk to him. I didn’t want Tess to fuck this up, my friend was finally happy again, after she broke his heart so nastily. I poked my elbow into Zack’s ribs “What?!” He said “You need to talk to him, now! I have a bad feeling about this” Zack sighed but got up from his chair “Matt, want to help me get some new beers?” Matt kissed Izzie and got up too “Sure”.

Matt’s POV
Zack and I walked into the kitchen, he took some beers out of the fridge and handed me a few too. “So, what’s up?” I asked him. He hesitated “Zack?” He sighed “Okay, we just thought we needed to tell you, but don’t freak okay? Tess is back” I sighed. How did he know? Did Izzie know? I bent my head. “You knew didn’t you?” I nodded. “I walked into her yesterday at the take out place. She asked me to sit with her and have dinner together, so I did” Zack sighed “Oh Matt, please tell me that’s all you did”.

I sighed. “That was all I did, Z”. Zacky looked at me at a certain way, like he was searching for something else. “Was it all you wanted to do? Or did all those old feelings came up again?” I let out a long breath. “At first I was just amazed that she was there. We were sitting at that table and at one point she put her hand on mine. All those nice old feelings came back to me and I remembered why I loved her back then” A worried face was looking back at me “And then I thought about Jimmy and how she left me when I needed her and all the hurt came back. I left. I just couldn’t stand her asking about how you all are. I didn’t want her to know. She didn’t deserve to know.” A sigh of relieve left Zacky’s mouth. I put my hand on his shoulder. “I love Izzie, I wouldn’t do anything to hurt her.” I looked at him “How did you know about Tess anyways?” “Lizz bumped into her at the supermarket” I shot my face at him “Was Izzie with her?” Zack shook his head. “No, she was together with Lynn. They both think you shouldn’t tell Izzie, I disagree. This will go bad if you don’t tell her”

I honestly didn’t know what to do. I wanted to be totally honest with her, I got nothing to hide, but it would only freak her out. And we just got to this completely, no doubts anymore – state. I didn’t want to fuck that up. And what were the odds that I or her would run into her again? She was moving to San Diego.

“I don’t know Zack, I don’t want to hurt her and everything is so good right now. She will only worry and for what?! Nothing happened, nothing will happen” Zack shrugged “Okay, whatever you want, but don’t come crying to me if things go sour”. He walked outside, his hands full of beers. I walked after him slowly, thinking about what he had said.

Truth was, I wasn’t as sure as I wanted to show Zack just now. I did love Izzie and I was sure about being with her. But Tess did put some things in my head. Me taking Izzie just now in Brian’s guest room was me proving to myself that I made the right choice, that I belonged with Izzie and not with anyone else, most certainly not with Tess. I walked outside and Izzie looked up to me, a smile creeping over her face. Yes, I definitely made the right choice, she was the one I wanted to grow old with.
