“But then, you’ll always wonder why… don’t get me wrong, I would NEVER want you and Brian to separate, but kids are a big thing.”

“I’m sorry… I hope this doesn’t ruin your honeymoon.”

“No, its okay. I understand.”

“Well talk to you later.”

Matt puts his cell phone back onto the nightstand. He looks back at Brian. Kids or not, Matt plans on staying with Brian. Just then, there’s a knock on the door. Confusion flooded Matt’s mind. He slowly got out of bed, put on a pair of boxers and pants, and went to the door. He looked through the peephole but something covered the hole. A bad feeling filled Matt’s stomach. “Who is it?” Matt asked. A female voice answered, “Police. We need to inspect the entire hotel. Please open the door.” Matt took a deep breath and opened the door. It wasn’t a police officer, but a woman… a woman Matt NEVER expected to see. She has a gun pointed at Matt and had an evil smile on her face.

“Long time no see Matt… but if you want Brian to stay alive… you’ll have to come with me.”

Lots of things in life were hectic and now this whole Covid-19 pandemic didn't help either! I promise I'm not done writing. My mental health dropped a lot due to my job I was currently in before I fell off the earth. But it has improved!! I do take a hiatus here and there but not as long.

I hope everyone is staying safe, and hopefully sane, during these strange and crazy year that is 2020
