I woke up with a stringing sensation in my hand and on my face. I looked down at my hand and seen the teeth marks that had scabbed over. I seen caked blood all over my arms and just wanted to know what happened last night. Was I attacked? Did I attack someone or something? I pulled myself out of bed and grabbed some clothes and headed into the shower. I stripped down and jumped into the shower and scrubbed every inch of my body making sure the blood was all gone. I got out of the shower and put on my clothes before walking out of the bathroom and down the stairs to find something for my hand. Zacky was seated in the living room on the couch. He seen me and jumped up and came over to me.

"I was wondering when you were going to wake up. I need to clean those." he said pulling me along to the hall bathroom.

"Sit down." he said and I did. He grabbed some things out from the cabinet.

"Your hand?" He asked and I extended my hand.

"This might sting." He said before putting the alcohol pad down on my hand. I turned my head away so he couldn't see the pain on my face. He finished cleaning it and wrapped a bandage around my hand. He cleaned the scratches that were on my face before putting everything away.

"Those should heal up pretty quickly. Now I think Matt wants to see you in his office." he said and I got up and walked back up the stairs and to his office door. I knocked and walked on in.

"Ah Aerial. Brian and I were just talking about you. Please take a seat." I nodded and sat down in a chair next to Brian.

"Do you have any questions?"

"Yeah. What happened? I mean last night?" I asked.

"You don't remember?" I shook my head no.

"The only thing I do remember is being in pain and running out into the woods. After that, I don't remember a thing." I said and Matt nodded.

"That's usual for someone in their first phasing. You'll start remembering after this. Now Brian has something he needs to say."

"Aerial I'm sorry about attacking you last night. I mean I'm more dominant than you and when you attacked me, I wasn't going down without a fight." Brian said.

"I attacked you?"

"Yes. Then you didn't want to fight anymore so you laid down in submission." he said and I started to remember what was happening. I thought it was just all a dream but I guess it wasn't.

"Anymore questions?"

"No." I stated.

"Alright but from this moment on you'll be trained. Today I want you to watch us on how we train and when I think you are ready you will begin training with us as well." I nodded and we got up and headed out of his office and downstairs with everyone else.

"Johnny, you and Jimmy outside. Zacky and Brian outside as well." Matt commanded and they all dropped what they were doing and flew outside. I followed Matt outside on the porch and we sat down.

"Johnny and Jimmy. Fight." Matt commanded again and again they did was they were told. Matt lifted his hand and they stopped.

"Next Zacky and Brian." Matt said and they began to fight as well. When Matt raised his hand again, they stopped. I perked my head up and I could hear something off into the distance.

"What is it?" Matt asked.

"I don't know. Something off in the distance...That way." I pointed.

"Zacky and Brian. Go check it out." Matt said and they ran off into the woods.

"Did you sense someone?"

"I don't know. It had a weird sound to it and now a weird smell." I said covering my nose. Matt sniffed the air and smelled it too.

"Another wolf...and it's a pup." A few minutes later, Brian and Zacky brought a young boy back with them and sat him down in front of Matt.

"Who are you?" Matt asked. I looked down at the young boy. I knew him.

"Corey?" I said bending down.

"Aerial?"

"Yes...Corey what are you doing here?" I asked hugging him.

"I ran away...Something happened to me last night...I changed and my parents kicked me out. They said that they didn't want my kind living in their house. What the fuck does that mean?"

"Donna and Doug told you that?" I said boiling with anger. Corey nodded his head. I jumped up and began walking off the porch. I seen Zacky and Brian stand in front of me.

"Aerial! Come back over here." Matt yelled and I turned around and walked back to the porch and sat down.

"You are not trained to go out and fight someone."

"I'm sorry Matt. Corey is my friend...Me and him grew up together. I can't believe his parents would be like that." I said with my head down. Corey sat down beside me and hugged my side. I licked his head and he looked at me strangely.

"I'm one of you too. So are they." I said softly.

"What am I exactly?"

"You're a wolf." Matt said bending down next to me. The look on Corey's face was the same look I had on my face when I found out. He would have to go through the same training as me but now he has a pack to call his home. I'm not letting him go and I don't give 2 shits if Matt wants him here or not.
