I woke up to darkness and noticed the stars in the night sky. I tried to get out of bed but the pain in my side made me lay back down. I closed my eyes back and went off into a deep sleep.

I woke again with the room lit up with lights and the room empty. Not even Rogue was here. What the hell happened to me? I heard the door open and Rogue walked in.

"Hey you're awake!" She said walking over to me. I tried to sit up but the pain in my side wasn't letting me.

"You in pain?" She asked and I nodded. She ran out of the room and seconds later Zacky appeared with Rogue. He came over to me with bandages and pills and I hoped that was something to make this fucking pain stop.

"What happened to me Zacky?" I asked.

"You were hit in the side by one of the deer's antlers. Any farther and you wouldn't be here with us." He gave me some pills and I chugged them down with the water Rogue handed me.

"How long have I been out of it?" I said setting the water on the night table.

"About a week. That's normal for such an injury like yours." I nodded my head and could feel the pain killers working.

"Do you want to sit up?" Rogue asked and I nodded. Her and Zacky gently pulled me up where I was sitting. I looked towards the door and seen Matt propped up. Zacky and Rogue backed away as Matt came closer to me. He sat down in the chair.

"Leave us." he said and they left my room closing the door behind them.

"What all have I missed?"

"You've missed training and the part where I approved of Zacky's relationship with Rogue." he said smiling. My smile faded and my thoughts flooded my mind. I had feelings for Zacky and I somewhat think he did too. Why was I so stupid.

"Aerial?" Matt said as he waved his hand in front of my face.

"Huh?"

"What were you thinking about?" he asked.

"Oh nothing. I guess these pain killers are making me see shit." I laughed and he did too. Good he fell for it.

"I'll let you rest. Zacky will be in here later to check on you." he walked to the door and opened it.

"Matt?" I said and he turned around.

"Thanks for everything."

"No problem. You're one of my pack and the pack sticks together through everything." he said and with that he walked back over to me and kissed my cheek.

"Now rest." he said smiling and I smiled right back at him. He walked back to the door and shut it as he walked out of my room. Now I'm alone with my thoughts. I can't believe Rogue and Zacky are now in a relationship...I really wanted Zacky but I can always pick someone else in the group. The medication must be really kicking in because my eyes grew heavy and I fe;l off to sleep once again.
