Right Where I Belong

Jimmy’s POV

I arrived at Elise College nearly on time, since I have been here before I knew the way.
But I had a discussion with Brian before. He wanted to come with me and visit Elise. I didn’t really know why but he said he wanted to spent time with us, he liked Elise.
I told him we could sure hang out again, but I just wanted to spend this time with Elise alone.
And since these guys made fun of Elise and her innocence, I didn’t have the nerve to have them around her right now…
She needed to get more used to them before I let Brian loose again…

I walked to the secretary office and saw Elise waiting for me outside sitting on the stairs. She looked down and hadn’t seen me.
She seemed lost in thought so I carefully stalked up on her and sat down besides her, looking at her profile.
“Waiting for somebody?” I asked her and tried to disguise my voice a little.
“I.. yes.. my..” she looked up at me and when she recognized me, immediately a broad grin lit up her face and she threw herself into my arms.
“JAMES!” she hugged me and kissed my lips quickly.
“Babe.. hey, it’s so good to see you.” I grabbed her cheeks in my hands and pulled her in for a long kiss. Only 4 Days and I had missed her so much already…
“Hmmhmmm.. Mrs. Warren?” A voice said behind us.
Elise pulled away for me and looked at the source of the voice.
“Oh sorry. Yes, James, this is our Principal Mrs. Hallworth. Mrs. Hallworth this is my boyfriend James.” She introduced us.
I stood up and saw the old lady looking at me suspiciously and I knew this look, she was eyeing my piercing and my tattoos and my hair which I perfectly styled this morning for Elise.



“This is your boyfriend, Elise?” she sounded disgusted and I knew she wanted me to know it.
“Yes.” Elise replied and looked at me with a smile.
“Come on, James, we gonna sign you in and then I show you around.” She grabbed my hand and pulled me forward and I had to restrain myself not to call that bitch all the nasty names that were swirling around in my head right now.
“Mrs. Warren?” the old bitch called after us and I felt Elise stiffen next to me.
“Yes, Madam?” Elise replied and held my hand a little tighter.
“You know that your Graduation is in 2 Weeks, correct?”
“Yes, of course.” Elise replied and smiled.
“Did you invite Mr… what was your name again?”
“Sullivan.” I replied shortly.
“Did you invite Mr. Sullivan to our celebration?”
“I.. no.. I didn’t have the time… but..“ Elise turned towards me, “I wanted to.” She smiled and I smiled back ignoring the old lady watching.
“Maybe you should really think about coming here, when all the parents and family members of the other Students will be here, I don’t think that it will be appropriate if he would come. Maybe it would be best if only your brother would be here, Mrs. Warren.”
“What?” I asked her. “Are you fucking serious?“
“Watch your tone Mr. Sullivan! Exactly because of something like this, it might be better not to come and… embarrass Mrs. Warren with your manners.” With that the BI-A-TCH turned and before I could reply she was gone into her office.
“What the fuck was that?” I looked at Elise and she looked ashamed, damn does she really think I would embarrass her? Is that why she didn’t ask me to come?
“I’m sorry, Jimmy.” She turned away and wanted to shut me out, but not with me. AH AH No way.
I grabbed her shoulders and put my finger under her chin until she finally met my eyes.
“Do you want me to come?” I asked her softly.
She nodded.
“Then I will come.” I kissed her lips until I felt her lips quiver.
I ended the kiss and saw a tear running down Elise cheek.
“What’s wrong, babe?” I grabbed her into a tight hug.
“She shouldn’t talk to you like that. You could never embarrass me you are the best thing that ever happened to me.” She stood on tiptoes and kissed my lips so softly that I felt every word she said in the middle of my heart.
“I love you.” I whispered but didn’t know if she heard me.

Elise POV

After we had signed in I wanted to walk with Jimmy outside, the weather was good and I didn’t want to run into Samantha in our corridors.
But Jimmy told me he wanted to see my room just one time… so I gave in!
We walked hand in hand and I was so proud having him here and with me, let everybody see how happy I was… but I hoped no one would recognize him right away.
Was that normal to let everybody see how happy I was?! I never had a boyfriend before and I just felt good!
Jimmy made me feel so good, with all his little touches and saying that he missed and loved me.
I felt cherished, loved and just whole. Like the missing piece of the puzzle was in place.
“Here we are.” I opened the door slowly and peaked inside.
“Samantha?” I said but there was no answer.
Thank god.
“Okay, come on in.” I pulled Jimmy inside and he looked around.



Our room was tidy… I took care of that and had thrown all of Sam’s clothes which were lying around into her wardrobe.
I didn’t have that much of things that could lie around anyway.
Jimmy looked around, “Where are all your things?”
“What things?”
“Don’t know.. I only see books… no pictures.. nothing? Where are the pics of your family and friends?” Jimmy asked and looked around, then he stood before Samantha’s bed were some pictures were standing on the far side.
“Is that your room mate?”
“Yes, Samantha. We.. are complicated together.“
“Nevermind… I dont wanna talk about her.” Jimmy let himself drop onto my bed and patted the spot next to him.
I sat down and he grabbed me and pulled me on top of him.
He kissed my lips and I immediately sighed into his mouth, god how much I missed his taste.
I led my hands wander into his hair and ruffled the strands.
But he didn’t seem to care, he let his lips wander from my mouth to my throat and then back up to my ear, “Oh Elise, how much I missed your taste, your soft lips on mine…”
“I missed it, too.” I moaned when Jimmy’s hand wandered to my breast and began to softly knead my breast through my shirt and bra.
I moaned again and suddenly the door burst open and I jerked away from Jimmy.
“ELISE IS GEEK BOY HERE ALREADY?”Samantha’s loud voice sounded from the entrance.
I sat up straight and Jimmy looked confused and annoyed at my disturbing roommate.
“Yes, Jimmy is here. And we were about to go.” I replied and grabbed Jimmy’s hand to pull him up and get out as soon as possible, without Samantha asking too much.
“Oh.. where?” Samantha walked towards us and looked from me to Jimmy and back and creased her eyebrows together.
“I know you… OH MY GOD.. This can’t be true.. this can’t… YOU ARE-“ Samantha nearly screamed but Jimmy interrupted her.
“Hi, I’m Jimmy.” Jimmy held his hand out to her.
Samantha ran towards him and hugged him tight and I felt a strange feeling in my belly.
I hated to see her hands on him and the way she was staring up to him and I also saw her hands on some places they shouldn’t be when it was a normal hug but before I could say anything Jimmy pulled away from her hug and stepped back.

“I can’t believe it, ELISE.. from where do you know The Rev?? Why didn’t you tell me that you know him!? I can’t believe it THE REV is in my bedroom.” Samantha was still staring at Jimmy and had a big smile on her face.
“Elise doesn’t just know me. I’m Elise boyfriend. And I would appreciate if you wouldn’t hash about it, we want to have some peace. Come on, babe.”
I had to grin, how Jimmy said he was my boyfriend and that we wanted to have our peace, oh boy. Could I be even more in love with this man?!
Yes, I think I could!

As long as it took the day to come it was now over way too fast. Jimmy and I had excused ourselves from Samantha and went outside.
We walked around and finally sat down on the table where we first met.
He laid his arm around my shoulder and hugged me to his side.
I wished we had more time for us and we were at his home and not in the public and without a place where we could just lie on his couch or bed and make out.
I wanted to feel his lips again, on my body and his hands as well, I couldn’t wait until the weekend.
If I was ready to give him my body fully I didn’t know.
I wanted to but still was afraid but with each day and each stroke of his hands lovingly on mine and with each kiss he gave me, my heart melted a little more…
“I wish I could just take you with me, babe.” Jimmy said and we walked towards the parking lot.
“I would love to come with you… but we will see us again on Saturday right?!” I asked him and he hugged me a final time.
“Yes, on Saturday.” He kissed my lips and then turned around and walked to his car.
It was already dark outside and I walked back to my room.
I knew that Samantha would be waiting there for me and I dreaded talking to her about Jimmy but damn I had nowhere else to go…
