They Say That ALL Beauty Must Die.

*Jimmy's P.O.V*

That damn Johnny. I'll show him what stinks! Ha ha I'm kidding.
Today was well spent. Thanks to Brian & Cherish.

We weren't really doing anything at Matt's. It was getting just a little boring. I thought Cherish would want to test her arm because she removed her cast when she wasn't supposed to.
I was sitting on the couch, hitting my thighs with my hands playing the beat that was stuck in my head.
I was playing it and nodding my head. It was time for the "solo" but Brian slapped my head and told me to go play it on my drums.
I got up off the couch and went up to my drum kit. I picked up the drumsticks and started to play the beat.
I finished and the guys and Cherish started to clap. I got up and walked back to the couch.
"What was that song called?" asked Matt.
"It's not a song, it's just something I had in my head." I replied.
"That sounds fucken sick man." said Zacky.
"thanks man."

It was really starting to get late now and Cherish was still here at Matt's. Aah, who cares? No school tomorrow and that is a good thing.
The guys & I were playing cards and Cherish.. well.. she was getting cozy on the couch.

About an hour passed by and we were still playing cards. It was about 3 am but I didn't care. I wasn't gonna go home.
"You going to spend the night again?" Matt asked me.
"Yeah.. I don't wanna go home."
"Alright."
We continued but stopped after a little while because Brian said he couldn't keep his eyes open any longer. He got up and went home, same with Zacky & Johnny.
We were about to go inside, but Matt's mom stopped us and asked us if we forgot anything. Matt looked clueless and I turned around.. and Cherish was passed out on the couch.
She looked so perfect when she was sleeping.
"Sorry, I'll wake her and take her home." I offered honestly.
She smiled and went into the house,
"I'll keep the door open for you bro." said Matt.
"Alright man." I said.
I walked up to Cherish and sat in front of her for a few seconds. I put her hair behind her ear hoping she would walk up.
"Mom.. please.."
I laughed a little and did it again.
"Mom please.. just let me sleep."
I shook her a little bit and she got up really fast, sweating, taking deep breathes and looking around her, recognizing her surroundings.
"Oh.. Jimmy." She said and calmed down.
"Do you wanna go home?"
"Yeah.." was all she said.

*Cherish's P.O.V*

Everything was black. I was wearing the clothes I wore at my moms funeral. I started to panic a little but it all of a sudden, it stopped. I felt like I was falling or something. I closed my eyes tightly as I felt my body fall. I opened my eyes and I was in a place bright.
Really bright. I felt safe. I don't know where I was but it felt right because I usually panic when I don't know where I am.
I took a deep breath and smiled as I exhaled. I closed my eyes lightly and a tear of happiness came running down my cheeks.
I felt a hand on my cheek and I opened my eyes. It was my mother.
"Mom.."
"Hello, my dear." She said. I gave her a hug and started to cry a little. Not too much though.
"How's Huntington Beach?" She asked.
"It's boring." I said. She laughed and I just chuckled. She put my hair behind my ears and asked me,
"So.. who's Jimmy?"
"What?" I asked her.
She playfully punched my shoulder and she asked me again.
"A friend." I said shyly. I started to cry again because it felt so good to be with my mother. I hugged her again but this time only tightly.
She let me go and she put her hands on my face.
"Everything will be alright my dear.. you'll see." She smiled as she told me.
I smiled back and she put me on a bed. I fell asleep almost instantly and slept for I don't know how long.

I felt a hand on my cheek,
"Mom, please.." I said.
Only again, to her touching my cheek again. Something she would do to get me awake.
"Mom please.. just let me sleep."
All of this sudden, I felt someone or something starting to shake me. But from what I felt, it felt like I was being pushed violently. One more little shake and I felt my body falling back into the darkness I came from.
I screamed at the top of my lungs and then.. I woke up.

I shot up and looked around. I was sweating and was having a panic attack.
I didn't know where I was until someone spoke.
"Oh.. Jimmy." I said bluntly and a little scared.
"Do you wanna go home?" he asked in a soft voice
"Yeah.." I said and he started to walk me home.

It was a quiet walk. Jimmy & I weren't talking at all.
I started to think back at the "dream" I had and almost started to cry. I didn't want Jimmy to see me like this so I immediately wiped it away.
Ugh, I hate being such a softy!

We got in front of my house. Jimmy & I were standing in the front lawn for a while until I finally spoke,
"Nervous?" I asked him.
"Yeah.. I am actually."
I felt butterflies in my stomach and my cheeks starting to heat up.
"Well.. Good night Jimmy." I said to him.
I gave him a quick hug and tried to walk away but he grabbed my hand.
He lifted it to his lips and kissed it.
"And good night to you, lovely Cherish." he said.
My cheeks burned up and I covered my shy smile with my hand.

The next chapter will be of Cherish's & Jimmy's date :)
